The property is not at all clean. You will get smell everywhere.. The rooms are okay. They disn’t even change towel in the bathroom. The bedsheet seems dirty.. Cleaniness is a BIG CONCERN here..

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Booked a Deluxe Room through Booking.com for 2 nights. After changing my dates, I was informed that the Deluxe Room was unavailable and had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for an Executive Room. Upon arrival, I also discovered that the hotel does not accept card payments, which would have been useful to know in advance. As a foreign traveler, the experience was disappointing. I was initially checked into Room 301, but the AC was not cooling properly. The staff member who came to inspect it kept insisting that the AC was working fine rather than addressing the issue. I was later informed that a technician would be sent, but instead I was moved to Room 101. Room 101 was noticeably smaller than Room 301, despite being described as the same Executive Room category. As a result, it felt like I paid an extra ₹1,200 for an Executive Room but was ultimately accommodated in a room that appeared to be of a lower category. On a positive note, the morning receptionist lady was polite, professional, and helpful. Apart from the room-related issues, the rest of the stay was ok.

Staff was polite, helpful, and always available for support. The location is very convenient near Har Ki Pauri and railway station, which made traveling easy. Rooftop view and food were also amazing. Overall, a great stay with good service and value for money. Highly recommended for family visiting Haridwar! ✨🙏

The only downside is the high cost of transportation, so it’s better to come with your own vehicle. The room was very comfortable, we chose the devnadi room with a balcony facing river ganga and it was a mesmerizing view. We enjoyed our tea and meals on the balcony. The staffs are very courteous and polite. They were very helpful especially the members of the kitchen. Very professional and provided excellent service and food. The food was delicious! I would truly recommend staying at ganga heights. Keep up the good work!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025Location. It is very near to Har ki Pauri. Finding autos and cabs is very easy and the Ganga is visible from rooms. Helpful and good natured hotel staff, they were able to prepare Jain meals for my parents. Food was well prepared and tasty.
It rained heavily on our second day and our rooms were flooded. One of the rooms’ lock was jammed and we had to call the staff every time to open or we had to leave the room door open. However the people were very friendly and supportive.

Name is also ganga but nothing is related to ganga. Staffs are very casual. Foods are good but over priced. Rooms are also over priced.
