Booking - die haben uns zum Glück geholfen !! Vielen Dank dafür !!

Das Apartment wäre ab 15 Uhr frei gewesen,was eigentlich schon sehr spät ist.Am Tag vor unserer Anreise habe ich schon mal höflich gefragt, ob ein einchecken ab 12/13 Uhr schon möglich wäre,da bei den meisten Anreisen dies problemlos möglich ist,zumal dieses ab spätestens 11Uhr frei gewesen wäre.Dies wurde schon im Vorfeld als eher unwahrscheinlich abgetan. Um 15.10 Uhr versuchten wir dann ins Apartment zu gelangen. Vor dem Apartment stand ein Einkaufswagen in dem schmutzige Wäsche lag.Aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Zeit, versuchten wir die Tür zu öffnen, doch diese wurde sofort wieder zugeschlagen, eine weibliche Stimme dahinter schrie uns an,noch 5 Minuten warten zu müssen. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten mit den Gepäck vor der Tür, haben wir geklopft, wurden dann widerwillig reingelassen von einer Dame die im freizügigem Outfit nur mit BH und Leggins bekleidet die Räumlichkeiten reinigte und wir mussten wieder warten denn es war nicht alles fertig und sauber! Die Couch war feucht,die Spüle noch dreckig die Spülmaschine nicht fertig,die Betten nicht bezogen,das Bad nicht fertig,der Tisch noch dreckig.. Der Sessel im Wohnzimmer war eklig schmutzig,darüber war nur eine Decke geworfen, Alles in allem machte das Ganze einen sehr unangenehmen Eindruck und wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht willkommen! Inzwischen war es schon 15.45 Uhr bis sie fertig war und wir äußerten unseren Unmut darüber,zumal alles nicht so wirklich sauber war. Die Reaktion hat keiner von uns erwartet: wütend und schimpfend rannte(!) sie einfach weg,mit dem Einkaufswagen und ließ uns stehen,Toilettenpapier und Bettwäsche fehlten immer noch. Das was schief laufen kann, kann ja mal passieren, aber anstand freundlich zu sein und sich entschuldigen, werden die Gäste beschimpft und stehen gelassen, was ist das für ein Verhalten ?! Das alles geht für uns gar nicht und so was haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt !! Wir sind schlussendlich umgezogen,dennoch haben wir den kompletten restlichen Tag dadurch verloren!!

Clean and cozy apartment

We had to buy our own paper towels, seasonigs, toilet paper,etc. We were always waken up at 6AM either by the neighbours or the construction workers. Apartment was great tough.

Fajne czyste mieszkanko, wszystko co powinno być było na miejscu.

Przyjechaliśmy w weekend więc była cisza ale w poniedziałek rano o 5:30 na działce obok zaczęli rozładowywać ciężki sprzęt i zaczęło się kucie, nie da się spać w rytm młota... Kolejna sprawa jest temperatura, mieszkanko jest skierowane na południe ma okna z jednej strony nie da się zrobić przeciągu więc jak byliśmy na dworzu było 30 stopniu a w mieszkaniu jeszcze ciepłej... A otwierając okno wpuszczało się roboty do środka ;)

Wohnung war sehr geräumig und bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Für uns war die Küche ausreichend bestückt, allerdings wurde die Küche nur zum Frühstücken benötigt. Die Nespresso Maschine war super fein. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne zum Duschen (keine reine Dusche), war für uns aber auch kein Problem. Garagenplatz für das Auto war auch vorhanden. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist sicherlich nicht der kürzeste, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Der Sessel neben dem Fernseher (eine Decke wurde darüber gelegt). Also wenn man den Sessel anschaut, der ist eklig. Ich würde diesen Entsorgen, der hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck.

Everything was perfect.

The accommodation is perfectly clean, and a reliable internet connection is available. It is a great advantage that a covered parking space in the garage is included with the room. The property is also easily accessible by public transportation. Several shops can be found within walking distance.

The apartment is very poorly equipped. The bed in the room squeaked loudly even with the slightest movement. When we reported this issue to the host, we were told that it would be fixed the next day, but nothing happened and nobody contacted us.

Тут в качестве плюсов указан вид из окна. Так вот вид этот будет на стройку, которая находится на этапе разрушения экскаватором соседнего здания, с соответствующим звуковым сопровождением и пылью. А самое главно, что начинается это все в 6-30 утра. Если закрыть окна, то шум почти не слышно. Но! Кондиционера нет, и летом я думаю будет очень жарко. Мы быле в начале июня, и в целом было еще терпимо. И последнее - это парковочное место. Чтобы заехать и потом выехать, особенно если рядом стоит машина, нужно будет очень постараться. Ну и опять же выйти после этого из машины если вы не маленький человек - это отдельный атракцион!

Very good apartment, ultra clean, especially since we went with children. Kid friendly, lot of space and well equipped. Even couch is fine for two person and beds are very conformable. Easy to park and easy to enter building, garage and easy check in. Bus 11A is near and after 3-4 stops you can reach U4 metro and continue journey to center with single ticket. Bus also takes you near prater so you can make full circle. Windows are good since there is construction nearby and you cannot hear anything in apartment. Awesome coffee with great food in street, and there are tabak and bila shop near.

No problems, everything was good. Suggestion to improve would be window blinds or shutters, since there where only curtains and at around 6 AM there is plenty of sunlight that woke up kids super early, but no big deal.

Cartierul linistit ,a fost relativ aproape de metrou si statia de autobuz, billa la doar 5 min.

Patul era descentrat,efectiv scârția din toate incheieturile! Lenjeria pentru canapeaua din living era pătată de sânge sau vopsea rosie! Nu am gasit capsule pentru cafea , am cumaparat si am lasat câteva si pentru urmatori turisti. 😀

​The overall experience was quite good for our 2-night stay. The apartment is located in a new building, which felt very modern and safe. The biggest advantage was the secure underground parking, which is a huge plus in Vienna and gave us great peace of mind.

​The only minor issue was a stale/musty smell inside the apartment when we first arrived. A bit more ventilation right before check-in would have made the first impression perfect.

Doručak, preko puta Simichi izvanredna Turska kuhinja ili Italijanska picerija Senso. Parking u zgradi, fantazija. Dobra lokacija ko koristi javni prevoz.

We had a wonderful time in Vienna. Accommodation was as presented on the pictures - Basic, but it had everything we needed and it was clean, which we prefer over unnecessary amenities and details. Garage within the building was a huge bonus for us as finding parking in Vienna may be quite challenging and expensive. Property location is fine, close to the U4 metro line which takes you to the city centre. Using public transportation in the city is a must since it’s exceptionally organised and will take you anywhere you’d like. Communication with property owners was excellent and response is immediate in case you need anything or just a piece of advice to get around the city.

Poduszki bardzo wielkie i miękkie, nie da się na tym spać.

Cisto, dobro opremljeno, korektna lokacija, parking, odlicna komunikacija...

Apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. Convenient parking underground and the location relatively close to the centre. Well maintained building, quiet neighborhood. Hosts well communicated with us, very polite and responsive.

Brak klimatyzacji- akurat trafiliśmy na bardzo gorący czas.

Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, duża lodówka w kuchni, osobno umieszczona toaleta,duży balkon, miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Z centrum Wiednia można dojść piechotą wygodnym deptakiem wzdłuż kanału.

Wohnung gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Fahrradkeller und Garagenplatz prima.

Everything was fine with our stay, apart from the fact that bed was creaking (making noices) even when lightly turning to the side.

A Great value for money. Very big advantage the parking inside the building since we were traveling by car. Not far from the city center. Approx 15-20 min by car. Clean and warm apartment with dishwasher.The couch was big enough for our two children. all in all is a great choice

There are a few things missing like more kitchen equipment, some more glasses since two of them where broken, a couple of chairs in the balcony, a little More decoration

I liked everything. The apartment is very nice. Clean, neat. Close to the bus station, close to cafes , Lidl/Hoffer,Spar. Actually everything is at hand. Very very warm. Large balcony. Very comfortable bed.

The apartment was clean and always is warm inside in winter, and it's new. The place is quietly to rest and sleep The apartment have own parking spot in garage ,but it's little difficult to park when there's a car next to you.

I didn't like the bathroom because to go to shower you must go to bedroom and if you are 4 people and not a family is little disturbing. The apartment have one bedroom and one sofa bed and is not good for stay for 4 people. There aren't enough utensils in the kitchen like forks, knives, spoons and after every eat you must wash them but didn't have dishwashing sponge and you must buy. There is no trash can in the toilet😡

The apartment is in a new building, and looks to be newly furnished. Having a parking place in the garage is a big bonus. Bus stop is about 3 minutes walking distance. 2 stores at about 10min walking distance. Public transportation to the city center is frequent (every 5-10 minutes), it takes about 25 min to Stephansplatz. The host provided coffee, shampoo and soap, which was really nice. Kitchen equipped with a toaster, microwave and coffeemaker.

The place was booked for 3 people, and upon arrival, the couch hadn't been made for sleeping. Perhaps it's too much to expect, but it would have been a nice gesture, especially when the arrival was announced to be late at night. The bed sheets in the bedroom had a dark spot, as if something previously dragged on the floor had been placed on them. Very limited selection of glasses and cutlery. No recycling bins or instructions. The toilet room could use a mirror and additional hand soap. No A/C, and the fan was broken - it seems to have been like that for a while.

There are almost no dishes in the kitchen, the cutlery is missing, there were a few spoons, knives two forks in the drawer. It was very hot in the apartment, there is no air conditioning, and the fan was broken. The apartment is too expensive.

It was a very enjoyable place to stay, a new apartament, with very good isolation, in a quiet area, very close to bus station 11A ( 3-4 bus stop until underground U4), an excellent communication with the host, free parking space.

The only complaint is that there is no smart tv.
