FORSTHAUS 29 FREE GARAGE

We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing facilities, iron, and hairdryer. The cleaning and linen change were available upon request, and even laundry was free of charge. The location is great, with a bus stop just 2–3 minutes away, making it quick and easy to reach the city centre. The private garage was also a big plus. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

One small suggestion would be to add a shower curtain in the bathroom. No matter how careful you are, some water inevitably splashes onto the furniture, which could cause damage over time.

The appartment was very clean and we had enough space for 3 persons. It's quite easy to reach the centre by tram. Parking was also very convenient! The price is reasonable! All in all we had a good stay!

No habia aire acondicionado y hemos pasado calor

Everything was very good

Very clean apartment, has its own parking space in the garage, which is very important in Vienna. Due to very good city transport, even though the apartment is far from the center, you can reach the center in 20 minutes. The rating is not 10 because of the "emptiness" of the apartment in the sense that some things are missing, for example the liquid soap was almost empty, there was no coffee at all...and of course a big problem with the toilet, because the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom in a room where there is no ventilation. You get used to it but it's really weird.

Everything was correct, we would come back again.

place was clean

outside is a little bit noisy and it was a little bit away from the center

The apartment is close to a bus stop, which is well connected to the city. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and it has the advantage of having its own garage. There are also markets and bakeries nearby. The heating is also good; even though it was February, the apartment was quite warm

A downside is the lack of towels and the absence of a dishcloth or paper towels. The hand towel is too small and is more suitable as a face towel, so I would recommend either bringing your own towels or that the owner provide more.

The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher... excellent internet, garage space. Quiet area, no noise.

Everything is ok.

Super miejsce. Proste, konkretne instrukcje jak wjechać do garażu, jak odebrać klucze. Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo ciepłe, kompletnie wyposażone. Wszystko widać nowe, bardzo miło spędziliśmy cztery dni. Na miejscu podziemny garaż, blisko do metra, autobusu, tramwaju. W pobliżu jest Lidl itp. Polecam.

Amazing place to stay in Vienna. All is clean, personal parking place right in house!

Location, bright and spacious apartment, parking space in Garage

Some additional kitchen utensils would be useful, as well as a towel holder in the bathroom

The location had the garage that was very helpful. Location had good connection to the center with the tram no 2 or combination bus a11 and underground u1. It was clean with basic kitchen utenciles and even a dishwasher if needed. It had shower gel and shampoos, as well.

The extra toilet tissue was on the floor next the toiled bowl. The bed was 160x200 so if you have a small child prepare for that. It was nice and warm for the winter period, if you come on summer it might be a bit uncomfortable as it has no ac in the location.

Nov cist aparman

Nema dzezva za kavu, i prva pomoc kafa secer itd...

all good

nothing

Close to public transportation, parking garage without additional costs, clean and comfy. The bakery across the street is just amazing.

Totul a fost super

Vse je bilo top.Mirno,čisto,garaža.Še se vrnemo

Pekný, priestranný apartmán v tichej štvrti. Veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do mesta. Parkovanie v garáži.

Apartmán by potreboval generálne upratovanie.

Számunkra minden tökéletes volt

Nem tudok olyat említeni :)

Clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment in a great location. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Everything was as expected.

No smart TV. No capsules coffee machine, only a filter coffee machine.

Apartman celkově, parkovani v domě

Malé vybaveni náčiní v kuchyni

Blisko do komunikacji. Garaż podziemny.

Everything

We easily entered the garage and apartment with just a few simple instructions from the host. Flat was extremely comfortable and clean!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is in a good location, with easy access to public transportation. The self-check-in process was easy, and we had no trouble finding and entering the property. It's great that the property has a garage. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a pleasant fragrance. The temperature inside is comfortable, there is a towel dryer in the bathroom, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and thick blackout curtains in the rooms. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the sound isolation is excellent, giving us the feeling of being alone in the building, which allowed us to rest well. There is a great bakery-café nearby.

There is nowhere to hang towels in the toilet, no soap, and the toilet paper is placed on the floor. Additionally, only one towel per guest is provided, which is something I have never seen in other apartments. There are no paper towels in the kitchen, and the bedroom lacks bedside lamps, which are greatly needed. I read other reviews and saw that I’m not the only one who has complained about these things, and I find it surprising that the owners still haven’t addressed them, as these are easy and inexpensive items to provide, which would make the stay much more comfortable for guests.

Host respodns quickly and gives clear instructions, it is very clean, the location is good, garage is a great advantage.

The apartment is located approximately 30 minutes from the city center. Access to public transport is very easy - the bus station is nearby, which made traveling very convenient. The area is quiet and safe, within walking distance of grocery stores. Another great advantage of this apartment is the included parking. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is equipped. The dishwasher was a big plus and the WiFi works perfectly.

Host was exelenta,we did not see him bat we have all information

Parking is a big plus.

Too far from city center. The place didn't have a proper cutting knife and other basic kitchen ustensils. People complain in the comments and I can't understand how you can't read the reviews and just buy a knife or a pan.

Spacious, modern, clean flat! Really nice place to enjoy winter Vienna. Very warm, as there were heated floors everywhere. Lots of space for three people, so we could enjoy living room and watching films together. There's everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you!!!

A spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with large windows and a large balcony. There is everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, comfortable bed and sofa, hair dryer.

It would be more convenient if there was a microwave and a holder for toilet paper. And one more pan.

All the facilities were new the place was spacious. Clean, not bad location as well. The host was very clear and helpful.

Nice place, quiet location, parking garage included. New flat. Good value for money.
