Die U-Bahn Station war gut zu Fuß erreichbar und man konnte ohne umzusteigen direkt in die Innenstadt von Toronto fahren. Ruhige Wohnlage.

Bei lauten Geräuschen hört man die Zimmer nebenan. Licht von Badezimmer und dem Vorraum (neben dem Bett) hängen zusammen.

The hosts were friendly and checked on us during our stay. We found the room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was strong.

The location was extremely quiet but there was noise from other guests (for example, somebody using the tumble dryer late at night). It was a 20 minute walk to the Metro and then up to 30 minutes to get downtown. This wasn't an issue for us as we didn't mind the walk but if you're in a rush or don't have long in the city, a closer location might be more suitable.

The property was clean and comfortable! It had everything I needed for my stay. The host was really friendly and I was pleased with the space!!

To get into downtown, it’s usually 40-50min. And the buses to the main station don’t run too frequently so if you miss it, you wait or walk further.

This is a hidden gem in Toronto. The room was clean and cozzy. Each room has a private bathroom, and a small mini kitchen including minibar, plates, cuterly, sugar, salt, sink, and a small dinner room as well. Common area include another big kitchen with microwave, oven, and sink. Easy to check in and check out use only code access. The place is near the airport around 19 minutes by car. The property include parking free. Rooms are in the basemant but not noise at all. Owner was really friendly, and highly responsive. I really recommend this place.

Un'adorabile appartamento in una casetta tipica, sembrava di essere in un film. Ambiente accogliente, staff presente e molto gentile. Molto comodo anche per il parcheggio auto. Il letto è veramente king size, enorme e molto comodo.

Posizione distante dal centro, con l'auto non abbiamo avuto problemi tuttavia abbiamo impiegato circa 40-50 minuti.

Owner was WAY to nosey! I booked the room for 2 people but was not allowed to bring anyone inside, watching the cameras constantly and making me feel so uncomfortable! Far away from any mall and amenities!

El apartamento es bonito y acogedor. Aunque el centro está un poquito lejos, hay una parada de metro cerca donde hay un parking para poder dejar el coche por muy poco dinero. Los anfitriones respondieron a nuestras dudas al momento y muy amablemente salieron a despedirse de nosotros.

Sehr schönes Apartment, super bequemes Bett und gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Zentrum in ca 30-40 min gut erreichen.

​A great stay. The living room is very spacious with a large, comfortable bed, sofa, big TV, a functional kitchenette, and a bathroom with a great shower. We appreciated the nice towels and sheets. The location is good—bus stops, cafés, and shops are all within a 5-minute walk. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

L'emplacement est super dans un quartier résidentiel très sympathique. Pour courir le matin c'était top. Le métro n'était pas loin. C'est très pratique pour aller au centre ville. Nous avons eu besoin de contacter l'établissement et les réponses sont très rapides (des fois immédiates !)

Comfortable, clean and modern with great attention to detail and amenities that make it a comfortable and convenient to stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe but also with a few shops and food spots walking distance away. The bus stop and train station are easy to access to connect to the city centre Smooth check in process too

Everything looked as described. It was spotless with clear instructions on how to use the facility. The host was attentive and asked questions to ensure we enjoyed our stay and overall it was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

The room was clean and quiet

it didn’t look like the photo I was shown from the listing and the kitchen / walk in area looked run down - also there was a BOOK of rules. I get having expectations but a book of rules is a bit much.

Il monolocale era accogliente, grazioso ed essenziale. C’era tutto l’occorrente per un breve soggiorno.

La posizione è molto lontana dal centro. Non conviene se si vuole visitare spesso il centro, perché tra metro e taxi si spende quasi quanto un alloggio in zona centrale.

Chris was an exceptional host! The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms and the common living space were kept pleasantly cool during the summer heat. Chris made us feel very welcome upon our arrival and was always available to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend!

We had a 2-night stay here, and I highly recommend this place. The hosts, Rebecca and Cris, were very helpful. We had a little problem with the stove (which was our fault because we were using a different pan HAHAHAHA). A minute after I messaged them, they already went to check in with us to see the problem. Not gonna lie, the service and the hosts' hospitality are top-notch compared to the other stays and hotels we've been to. Also, it's a 10-minute walk to Starbucks, McDonald's, LCBO, Shoppers, and many more! We will definitely book this space again when my best friends and I want to hang out!

Very neat, clean and modern room with everything needed for a comfortable stay

Bed was very comfy, entrance was easy and the hosts are sweet !

Only bad thing was the shower, smell like moisture a bit, need a good clean up in the bathroom

It was so comfortable and quiet! I am a person with hearing sensitivity and I struggle a lot finding places where there’s no noise, but this place was exceptionally quiet and the environment was calm all day and night, perfect for a good night sleep. The room was spacious enough for a couple and you also have your private space for kitchen, laundry and bathroom, so it almost felt like living in your own tiny apartment. The hosts were super kind too, and since they’re in the property you can ask for help in case of anything. It was a great experience indeed, i definitely would come back if I’m in town again!

The king size bed was very comfortable. A dresser was nice. access to a full sized kitchen was nice even though we did not cook at all during our stay. Wi-fi worked great. Their check-in direction was very thorough. Told me exactly where to park and where the entry door is located by a diagram. Having Britta water filter was a nice touch. We left some clothing in the dresser by mistake. Chris and Rebecca were kind enough to hold them for us. Would definitely book again if we return to Toronto.

The room itself was very cozy, comfortable, and clean. A little bit far from downtown, but it isn’t a problem - there’s a bus station and subway near.

Location, but I knew in advance I would have to walk to go to the subway. It was ok as the weather was cooperating. Nothing you can change here ! :)

The location was great. the property was gorgeous, the garden in the front was very beautiful and we were able to take some photos in it as well. The hosts Chris and Rebecca were amazing. Rebecca even offered to take our photos when she saw us in the garden trying to take our own photos.Their communication was excellent.

Modern Lux Studio is very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The hosts, Chris and Rebecca are delightful and very accommodating. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We strolled a few minutes to and from Shepard West station and caught the train into Union Station every day for $5 each, each way in justv25 mins. Nonhasssle with traffic or parking

Good location - you can just take metro to downtown. Quiet area and close to supermarket. Very good bed and fine kitchen. Nice and caring host. Gave us late check-out and always very respnsive. Great place for visiting Toronto and areas around.

Super clean and cozy accommodation in a quiet residential area. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom. Very experienced, friendly and attentive hosts. Parking space available. Private entrance to the accommodation at the side of the house. The studio is small but very well thought out and equipped, including the kitchenette. We especially loved the French press for fresh coffee in the morning. The large main window overlooks the back garden of the house (south facing). It was very quiet at night and we could watch squirrels in the morning. You can slide part of the window open so that fresh air comes in (there is a mosquito net). There is also a washing machine and air conditioning (neither of which we used). We had a very enjoyable five days here visiting Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Well connected via Sheppard West station (about 1.5 km away), but still quite far to the city center (when we were there, the trains were often delayed due to track work and took 45 minutes instead of 30).
