Bilik lantai kotor..berhabuk..

1. Lokasi waze/google map yg diberi xtepat ya, so mana2 yg nk booking hotel sila pastikan dulu lokasi yg sebenar. Mujurlah sy biasa dgn kawasan sini, jadi xdela ssh sangat nk mencari. 2. Bilik ad bau yang kurang menyenangkan spt bau masam dan x fresh, perfume apa x ada!! Tlg tmbahbaik sikit. 3. Staff unfriendly (especially front counter) 4. So so hotel, less recommended

Alls good

Floors and tabletop were sticky. Bed hard as rock. Sheets and towels.smelly . Very noisy traffic unbearable at night as windows did not insulate. The location at Empre City is in the middle of a convoluted roadway impossible to find even for the Grab drivers. And the entire mall is a dying dinosaur...just a haunted city. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first.

All very satisfied and comfortable clean very affordable prices will not look elsewhere..best All very satisfied and comfortable clean very affordable prices will not look elsewhere..

Nothing

Everything. The lobby smell was soooo nice. Staff were nice.

Route to go there. So many flyovers and junctions to go there and it gets very confusing. Got lost twice before i was able to find the place.

Mallnah, schnitt der zimmer , style

Es war rauchgeruch zu vernehmen, moebel kaputt, dreck im flur, dreck unter den kissen in sofa , benutzte Zahnbürste im badezimmer, unbequeme betten

The checkin was fast, the facilites of the building were nice and clean. There was a small 24 hour shop downstairs which had a lot of stuff available. The host was quick to reply to communication, they got the bedsheets changed when we complained and also offered to have the cleaning staff vacuum and mop the floors again.

Sadly the cleaning was not good, the bedsheets and carpet were stained, there was hair on the carpet and chairs and I almost stepped on a large needle on the floor. The worst part was the mould and humidity in the room, it caused an allergic reaction and we checked out early.

Nice gym and decent food options close

Too high density - waiting for lifts even though they had 6!

The building condition is prestigious and new. Facilities like gym and pool are acceptable. Fulfill the modern living type of people. Value for money.

The access to that place, so confusing because of the multi layered road that even the map unable to lead me correctly. I have difficulties on getting to the place, as well getting out of the place. The elevator has no aircond, and too slow. Hectic surrounding, noise from vehicle sounds even the room is located at high floor.

สงบ แบบครอบครัว

ความสงบ สะอาด.ราคา

พนักงานชาย แสดงสีหน้าไม่พอใจแทนคำพูด รู้สึกไม่โอเค

Tiada masalah berbangkit dari start booking, check in sehingga check out. Bilik luas & sangat selesa.

Lif bermasalah. untuk naik & turun lif sentiasa penuh & terpaksa tunggu lama. hari check out punya la lama tunggu nak turun ke lobby terpaksa turun dengan tangga dari tingkat 22. dah 2 hari kaki aku urat tegang!! Lif service 1 star.

Nice all

It was as expected

Weird feeling that you are trapped in a hotel- mall area. Confusing even for grab drivers.

My daughter lugage missing, when she left the lugage ,because she not yet can check in ,because she arrive ealier then 2 pm

Clean

I stayed at level 18-02 , and the neighbours upstairs is very very noisy - rearranging furnitures for prolonged hours during late night and early morning

Room is nice. Semua kelengkapan ada. You can cook if you want to. Check in very smooth.

Lantai berhabuk..

All good!

The staffs and hosts were very fast responsive. They even allowed me to send my online shopping packages (eventhough I canceled the packages — but when I asked they allow it).

Location is near to the Axiata Arena

The check in time is 3pm, but i arrive at 4pm, they are still doing the cleaning...

The room was clean, there was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of parking.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the carpet was more comfortable.

Very clean

The lifts are very slow and worse during peak times

Your SuperHost desk was easy to find and the rooms are well laid out and designed. Microwave, kettle, fridge and water machine provided and easy to use.

Waiting for the elevators and the door not opening once. Elevators are often full - unless you have the advantage of being on the 35+ floor. Grab drivers often cancel, as they cannot find the entrance or are on the wrong level of the Dash. (I know this is not the hotel's fault)

Process check in & out is easy, the room is super nice with wonderful scenery

So far so good

The lifts are too slow

Parking is free, room is huge for couple. Facilities in the room is perfect! Complete with water dispenser, fridge and microwave
