Clean, comfortable, easy access, equipment with dining facilities, washing machine, fans, air conditioning, wide room spaces, living room, dining room. Very quick response from the owner and very clear instructions given. Easy to reach varieties of good foods. The apartment photos shown are the same during our stay.

got a 3-bedroom apartment with 1 room locked up & inaccessible, host assumed our sleeping arrangement would be 2 + 1 without checking with us. living room air con not working, one of the bathrooms did not have a full toilet roll with extra supplies locked up and inaccessible, picked up a bowl from the kitchen to use and it had not been properly cleaned with food scrap still stuck in the bowl. the box of board games was unusable - torn with missing items.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Location is super convenient to get to Aeon Tebrau mall, with a back exit that leads straight to the carpark. Love that there's also a mini mart just right below the apartment for some cold drinks and snacks if needed.
The main road around the apartment is often jam, especially the side to the toppen mall area. I took almost 1 hour to reach toppen mall after checking out, due to the bad traffic. Finding parking at toppen is also a nightmare. Apartment has a bit of ant near the living room/corridor area, bed a little shaky, other then that all is good.

Austin). 5. **Spartan & Unkempt:** The apartment feels dusty, under-furnished, and cheaply set up, with ugly bunk beds crammed in the hallway. 6. **Cleanliness Issues:** Utensils seem dirty, and the balcony/yard are poorly maintained. 7. **Low-Quality Amenities:** Appliances (including the TV) appear decorative rather than functional—cheap, off-brand, and unusable . 8. **Neglected Maintenance:** The common toilet light is barely working, and the host showed no interest in fixing it. 9. **Unacceptable Water Pressure:** The water flow is so weak that we had to use buckets to shower—completely unreasonable. **Final Verdict:** The cons *far* outweigh any pros. Only consider this if you’re in a large group, indifferent to poor conditions, and desperate for budget lodging. This listing shouldn’t be on any reputable booking platform.

Water pressure was low, common problem for JB as a whole based on the few other properties that we stayed in too.

Shower rooms floor maybe too slippery for old people. Host replied they will add an antislip for their next guest.

place is pretty run down compared to pictures and reviews. from the time we entered apartment, things like fan remote is missing hence unable to adjust speed, water pressure too low, sofa bed has crumbs, tv isn’t working despite saying it was, mozzies inside the house, place smell musky. the place was dusty and had poor ventilation? as a family who is sensitive to dust, we were coughing and sneezing almost daily. could it be coincidental? i’m not sure. bed isn’t great, condition of things around the house is just poorly maintained.

It’s abit an old place and the walk to the unit is abit dodgy and musty. There is no Netflix provided as well so you have to depend on YouTube or normal tv programming.

the house is filled with ? moldy or smoke smell when u first enter some room. have to let the air ventilate. found a silverfish on 1 of the mattress.

Would be great to have more water absorbent floor towels. Premises are a bit dated.

The availability of washing machine and lots of bed is great for my family of 6. My 4 kids enjoyed as there are soft toys to play with, too. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided. Very responsive in chats and very well detailed in the T&C. Recommended.
The air con is not so cold although it's on high mode but the fans supplement the air ventilation.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2024before checking in till we check out, instructions were very clear. Overall the 3 bedroom apartment was well kept clean and the amenities were superb!! The internet WIFI was great and so was the toilet amenities.
All the bathrooms/toilets were a little rundown and needs fixing. One of the toilets, the sink tap was loose and made it hard to turn on, the doors needs refurbished and there was no microwave oven. Not enough floor mats too.

There were patches of visible mold in the toilet. Shower and tap in the common toilet often produce a loud resonance sound when switched on. Living room air con produced a loud whirring sound when switched on.
