La proximité directe avec deux bars qui mettent de la musique jusqu’à tard le soir. À avoir en tête lors de votre réservation si vous avez le sommeil léger ou que vous voulez vous coucher tôt (cela est mentionné dans plein d’autres commentaires et n’était pas une surprise pour nous). Cabane un peu rustique (poignée de la SDB qui ne fonctionne pas très bien, poignée de la porte d’entrée qui a du mal à se verrouiller parfois, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas totalement à certains endroits). C’est dans son jus de « cabane sur la plage ».

They didn't clean the rooms till late in the day so if you went b out for the day expecting to come back to a clean you were disappointed every day.

Great location to the beach, nightlife, and nearby restaurants. Small room but enough for a night or two.

Good location if you want to party and like to go to sleep late. Easy beach access.

Old facilities, uncomfortable mattress, no way to darken the room, curtains are not sun proof. Music goes on till 2am

Its very close to some of the party hostels so you do hear the music a bit at night. However, I am sensitive to noise and still slept well!

Silver Sand gives a dirty and poorly maintained impression. The outdoor areas are not well looked after, with rubbish around, and overall the place feels quite neglected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Onze kamer was recht tegenover/ zelfde hoogte als de rooftop Baracuda bar. Ik reisde met mijn zoontje van 7. We trilden echt ons bed uit … geen gewenste kamer met een kind

Přístup na recepci když jsem chtěli zrušit naše ubytování - nevyžadovali žádný storno poplatek, pochopili situaci a ještě nám zavolali taxi. Takže za to klobouk dolů.

Pokoj jsme ani neviděli. Nebyl připravený když jsme přijeli, tak jsme se šli projít po areálu hotelu a po pláži. Areál byl jedno velké staveniště-bagry, toalety použité se válely po areálu, odpadky, rámus - masakr .... Takže jsme po asi 14 h cesty z Bangkoku zařídili transfer za dalších asi 5 h na Koh Samui a po cestě jsme si našli jiné ubytování zde.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage et de la rue principale avec les commerces; le personnel est gentil et serviable.

L’état de la chambre était vraiment moyen, les murs sont fissurés, le bureau est très abîmé, les coins de lit en bois sont cassés ce qui peut être dangereux et il y avait une invasion de petites fourmis.

Great location Vary close to a lot of attractions. I didn't have noise problems like others mentioned.

The separation between the shower, bathroom and the rest of the room isn't great so the floor can get wet in some spots. Also because of the structure of the place the room feels less private( you must cover all the windows constantly)

Strašný bordel všude kolem hotelu, smrad. Každý den šílený kravál z baru okolo, naproti je hned potápěčská škola která už v 6 ráno dělá šílený kravál, otřesné ubytování.....

Posizione vicina alla spiaggia e nel centro cittadino. Abbiamo usato una delle camere nel corpo principale dell' hotel, affacciata verso la spiaggia. Stanza silenziosa e molto luminosa, bagno grande e con tante finestre.

Stanza piccola, non adatta a una famiglia con 2 adulti e 2 figlie ci hanno proposto una brandina per la figlia piccola ma alla fine si trattava solo di un piumino da stendere per terra con una coperta.. Pessimo servizio di lavanderia: ci hanno consegnato bucato con un giorno di ritardo e, dopo che hanno provato a consegnarci quello di un altro, abbiamo temuto che lo avessero perduto

De locatie is top en de bereidheid van de medewerkers ook. Zodra je iets aangeeft gaan ze het voor je oplossen.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Als je verwachtingen niet hoog zijn (wat ook niet kan voor dat geld) dan is het prima.

Ubytko hned u pláže, restaurace, obchody jsou doslova na pár kroků. Hned přes ulici je i potápěčské centrum. Personál nás odvezl zdarma k trajektu.

Sehr einfach, etwas verlebt, daher günstig. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Restaurants und alle möglichen Einksufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, mehrere Steckdosen, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Extrem Laut, aber das haben wir uns ja so ausgesucht. Liegt halt direkt an der Partymeile. Innenhof wird von einer 6 köpfigen Katzenfamilie beherrscht.

An affordable accommodation right by the beach. We had a great time and it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

A fürdőszoba elég kritikus, a zuhanyból alig jön víz így elég nehéz a zuhanyzás, tusfürdő nincsen és takarót sem kaptunk.

Atendimento, muito prestativo. O Hotel ao lado faz festas e o som invadia meu apartamento. Pedi para ir para um quarto mais silencioso e prontamente me realocaram. A localização é ótima. Em frente ao mar e bem próximo dos restaurantes. Quarto espaçoso, bom ar-condicionado.

Apenas achei que precisam verificar a manutenção dos quartos. A porta de meu apartamento não conseguia ser fechada com chave (deixei sempre aberto). O Banheiro tem vazamento na pia, deixando alagado quando usas. O chuveiro aquece bem, porém a posição onde fica molha o banheiro inteiro. Não há tomada na pia (não tens como usar barbeador elétrico). Quanto a tomadas elétricas no quarto, apenas duas, em um disposição difícil. Ainda, o quarto não tem mesa para usares teu notebook ou tomares um café ou comer sanduíche, por exemplo.

Rudest and worst communication a staff can have. They didn't answer us for weeks on booking, so i had to contact the assistance to ask whether they have pick up from the pier which they had. They came 1 HOUR LATE to the pick up point without any communication so we asked every car around whether it was our pick up or not under the 35 degree sunny weather for AN HOUR! When we finally arrived to the hotel, i said that we waited for an hour without receiving any answer from them, they were so rude to us saying but you got a free transportation so deal with it... as if i would mind paying a taxi if i had known... anyways the location is good for tourists and partying, cute bungalow and airco works.

ישנו בחדר הכי גדול - מרווח מאוד וגדול מאוד עיצוב מעניין מקלחת גדולה מיטות נוחות נקי מיקום מצויין והבעלים ממש ממש נחמדים ועזרו לנו בכל מה שצריך ניקוי חדרים כל יום מקבלים בקבוקי מים קרים במיני בר WiFi חזק לגמרי קרוב ממש ממש לים מרחק הליכה קטן המיקום ככ טוב שזה פשוט עוזר בהכל הצוות מדהים גם דברים שלא אהבנו תמיד ניסו לעזור יש הנחות במסאג רק צריך להראות את המפתח של החדר ויש הנחה

לחדר אין באמת דלת וזה דלת ויטרינה של חלון צריך לשים לב שבאמת נועלים וסוגרים אותה טוב בגלל המיקום אז יש טיפה רעש אבל לא משהו רציני אפשר לישון מעולה גם ברעש (בסופ״שים הרעש קצת יותר חזק) יש נמלים קטנות בחדר המלון כן מוקף בעצים אז יכול קצת חרקים קטנים אבל זה באמת בסדר חוץ מנמלים לא היה לנו משהו חריג בחדר

Beaucoup de bruit, personnel pas très cordiales

There are cleaners that come in everyday that give you fresh towels and tidy up. It's very close walking distance to everything. The porch and hammock are great bonus. The host speaks good english and was able to help with booking boats etc

The room was quite dark, not much natural light gets in and the lights arent strong. The AC was pretty weak. Not very soundproof, we would sometimes be kept awake by loud music or loud neighbours. Pillows were very hard.

Rooms were disappointing. One of the rooms we booked had mould covering the air con unit and it had a damp smell we were able to switch luckily We didn’t receive towels as a standard and the towels we did receive were stained The shower had only one temperature and was falling off the wall The WiFi did not work at all in one of the rooms and was patchy in the other And worst of all they had 2 sugar gliders kept in a cramped and rusted cage with dirty water and rotting food, which was there for the entire duration of our trip. Really grim treatment of such sweet animals, it was very angering.

Séjour absolument parfait ! Les bungalows sont encore plus beaux que sur les photos Booking — les images devraient vraiment être mises à jour, car la réalité est largement meilleure. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, confortable, avec un super rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel a été irréprochable du début à la fin, toujours souriant et serviable. Des bouteilles d’eau fraîches étaient déposées dans le frigo chaque jour, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal : tout est à proximité et on peut absolument tout faire à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande à 100 % ! 🫶✨

Lækker beliggenhed lige ud til stranden. Vi boede på hotelværelserne og opdagede dermed ikke den larm, som andre ellers snakker om. Personalet var søde, med daglig rengøring.

Hovedpuderne var pænt hårde, ellers ikke andet værd at nævne.

One of the more affordable accommodations, it was basic to be expected, but had everything we needed. Great location in terms of being in a great part of town, close to the beach and being right next to our dive shop, which is what we were mainly on the island for, however...

Unfortunately the block we stayed in was right next to some very loud bars / nightclubs playing awful music from 10pm - 2am. We had earplugs so it wasn't too bad but it did disturb us a little.

Ik was jarig en ze hadden de hele kamer versierd! Super lief. Elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt, nieuwe handdoeken, bed opnieuw opgemaakt, laundry service en perfecte locatie! Ook was personeel mega lief en behulpzaam. Beste accommodatie die we in heel thailand hebben gehad.

Amazing location and great value for money. Staff were super helpful and gave us a free shuttle ride to the ferry pier.

Not the quietest as it is next to beachfront bars but is the price you have to pay in Koh Tao for a good location.

Great location with good cafes / bars / restaurants surrounding the resort

Bungalows are located right by the jazz bar. Hear the music / noise from people drinking until the early hours of the morning. No sound proofing within the rooms, also front of the bungalows all located by the pathway leading to beach so hear every bike as it drives up and down also. Beds are hard and likewise with the pillows.

Gratis taxi till båten var bra. Allt annat uselt!

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were cleaned daily. Great value for money

The only thing was the aircon was not the best but it worked enough to keep the room cool at least so wasn’t a big deal for us.

The guy and girl at the reception are great people! Very nice and helped me with everything. Great place, great location, everything is amazing, I will definitely go back there again!

Der Herr an der Rezeption ist auf jeden Fall eine 12 von 10 Punkten. Er war von Anfang an super freundlich zu uns und hat direkt mitgedacht, wie er uns den Aufenthalt mit Baby noch entspannter gestalten kann. Auch das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Wäscheservice für 60 Baht/Kilo - da hat alles gepasst, vielleicht ein bisschen viel Weichspüler. Die Lage ist super, man ist mitten im Geschehen. Restaurants, Strand, Massage-Salons und Läden sind rundherum platziert.

Die zentrale Lage bringt mit sich, dass man mitten in einem Party-Hotspot ist. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Bungalow mitten auf der Tanzfläche des nächsten Strandclubs war. Wer sowas nicht möchte, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Für uns hat es für die paar Nächte, in denen wir dort waren aber gepasst. Unsere Kleine hat trotz Beschallung gut geschlafen. Im Bad wären Ablagemöglichkeiten noch praktisch.

Posizione eccellente, vicino alla spiaggia e alla walking street di sairee beach.

La camera non aveva mobili per appoggiare i vestiti o i bagagli e fare la doccia in bagno significava bagnare tutto. I bungalow in spiaggia hanno 2 problemi fondamentali: la musica alta la notte proveniente dai bar vicini e la pressione dell'acqua scarsa, a volte addirittura inesistente. Il Wi-Fi non funziona nonostante ci siano svariate password da provare.

Entra troppo luce in camera (dal bagno). Non adatto per chi vuole relax: è in mezzo alla movida notturna, che però all una finisce. A noi ci andava bene così

Notre bungalow vue mer était dans l’allée vers la plage mais nous n’avions pas exactement une vue face mer, seuls les premiers bungalow en bénéficient. Le débit de la douche n’est pas incroyable.

l’emplacement est idéal , on sort on est déjà à la plage en quelques secondes. Proche de tout, la plage et la rue avec les restaurants et petits marchés. Le bungalow est mignon, avec une terrasse. N’hésitez pas à demander un taxi à la réception pour le retour au ferry avec vos bagages, ils s’en occuperont.

Manque de chance, notre bungalow devait probablement se trouver tout proche de la bouche d’égout et l’odeur était vraiment horrible depuis l’extérieur, odeur de matière fécales fortes. De plus à l’intérieur comme une odeur de pipi malgré que les lits soient propres et changés. Le sol est tellement poussiéreux j’ai jamais vu ça. Ne regardez même pas sous le lit ce n’est pas fait… Aucun savon ! Ni pour les mains , le corps, les cheveux, rien. Je trouve ça vraiment absurde Un seul linge pour le corps par personne et pas un autre pour le visage (mais ça encore bon ok) Attention la douche mouille toute la salle de bain même les toilettes.
