Este hotel tiene una magnífica ubicación y fue un excelente centro de buceo, pero está cada vez más abandonado y sin reformas. Es una pena, hemos estado cuatro veces y cada vez está peor.

La progresiva degradación, es una pena que no lo cuiden más.

L’électricité sautait assez régulièrement ce qui nous coupait la clim pendant de longues heures, les photos ne sont pas d’actualité l’établissement est assez dégradé et la plage est vraiment sale

La struttura ha molto potenziale ma non sfruttato, un solo asciugamano a persona e non c’è possibilità di averne altri, per due giorni va bene

Lo único la ubicación

Nada, las habitaciones no las limpiaban, sólo hacían la cama, la habitación llena de hormigas, todo sucio por dentro y por fuera. Teníamos un cojín en el suelo y lo dejamos a propósito para ver si lo recogían y aún debe seguir en el suelo. En conclusión no vayáis porqué es un desastre. Ahhh y habían larvas también en la cama.

The pool and short distance to the sea is great. The rooms are ok.

We had 2 beach bungalows and they were right on the beach which had fabulous sunsets. The location was great, quiet but a short stroll down rhe beach you restaurants, bars ans shops. Pool was nice. Boat taxi right on beach.

The rooms were tired. The beds were incredibly hard, much worse than any other hotel we have stayed in during our trip to Thailand. One of the bungalows had a wooded bath/shower tray which felt weak. Termites, mosquitos, ants cockroaches in the bathrooms. Staff weren't particularly friendly and a little rude/short. Only 1 of the several lights in the room worked.. toilet kept blocking even though we didnt put toilet roll down it.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Je voyage régulièrement et je laisse très rarement, voire jamais, de mauvais avis sur Booking. Si je prends le temps d’en écrire un aujourd’hui, c’est parce que mon expérience a vraiment été très décevante. L’hygiène de l’établissement est inadmissible : j’ai trouvé des taches de sang sur les draps, des taches jaunes sur les rideaux, une odeur d’égout extrêmement forte dans la chambre pendant la nuit, et une salle de bain très mal entretenue avec une douche dont l’eau s’évacue très mal. La piscine est également dans un état très décevant : elle semble mal nettoyée et ne donne absolument pas envie de s’y baigner. En plus de cela, j’ai laissé un sac avec mes affaires personnelles à l’hôtel, notamment du linge, et celui-ci a été perdu. Aucune solution satisfaisante ne m’a été proposée. Le comportement de la personne à l’accueil a également rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Dire simplement bonjour ou accueillir les clients avec un minimum d’amabilité semble déjà difficile. L’accueil est pourtant la première impression que l’on a d’un établissement. Entre le manque d’hygiène, le mauvais entretien, la perte de mes affaires et un accueil très froid, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. C’est une grande déception, surtout pour un établissement où l’on attend au minimum de la propreté et du respect envers les clients.

The only this we liked about the property was the location

The room was dirty, the air conditioner was broken and it leaked water all over the room and the closet had water all over it, we had to put the trash can under it since there was no one at reception and the morning after was full of water, they didn’t change our towels for the whole week. When we first got to the room it was full of mosquitos and we had to tell the worker to spray with anti mosquitos. The staff was not helpful at all and not really nice to us. The reception had cat throw up all over the place. The pool was in really bad condition and also the chairs.

Right on the beach. Comfy bed. Big room. Aircon. Restaurant was fairly good and the staff were good.

Not well kept. Mgt clearly not interested in maintenance. Many power points and lights dont work in the rooms. Rubbish isn't cleaned in front TV has no channels and no Netflix etc Bedside lights don't work Kettle leaked Power tripped most nights and I woke up sweating. Receptionist said it was island wide power failures but there were other lights working. Unclear what the task cause was. Boat taxi men sitting and chatting all day on the 'private' beach 5m in front of our room. Woke me up at 7:15 twice Mr sweepy woke me up twice as well. Opened a window and it fell out of the frame. One room faced onto the back of the restaurant where they dumped their junk like old chairs and general rubbish. The toilet was not cleaned properly with cleaning products. Coffee cups and glasses were just rinsed in the bathroom and left there to dry. Pool was usually full of leaves. Looks to me like the owners are just milking the place dry and not reinvesting in the upkeep.

The only thing I liked about this property was its beachfront location. It’s in a great spot with easy access to the beach, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, aside from the location, there wasn’t anything else that stood out positively for us

Quiet location. Beautiful views. Ample loungers. Simple, but tasty, fare from the restaurant. Clean linens. Helpful, friendly and readily accessible staff. Well maintained grounds. Cute cats. Free shuttle to the pier. Unexpectedly excellent WiFi and air conditioning! They helped arrange a private snorkelling tour which was a real highlight of our trip and fair price. Enjoyable Thai massages on the beach. The bungalows are simple, a little weather-worn, but cute and spacious inside. The resort has an island charm which I think is lost in the newer resorts around the island.

Temizlik konusunda çok yetersiz çünkü bunalımlar aşırı bakımsız , çalışanların bir kısmı güler yüzlü ve ilgili fakat geneli fazla nezaketsiz , lobide kahve içerken elimden kahve fincanını aldı resepsiyondaki kadın , ayrıca çok suratsız , akşam otele gelirseniz elinizdeki telefonların ışıklarını açmalısınız yoksa önünüzü görmeniz mümkün değil

Posizione sicuramente comoda, resort molto selvaggio, accesso diretto alla spiaggia con uno scorcio bellissimo, ha del potenziale ma ce ne sono molti meglio di fianco uno attaccato all'altro che sono tenuti meglio

Sembra un posto abbandonato e ripreso in gestione dopo anni, le camere non corrispondono alle foto mostrate. Asciugamani strappati, bagno sporco (abbiamo addirittura trovato la pipì nel water appena ci hanno dato la camera), scarico della doccia lento, sporcizia ovunque. Il getto della doccia non è regolabile ed esce pochissima acqua. Non riprenoterei mai qui se tornassi a Koh Tao!

Nært til stranden og hovedvei.

Renhold på rom var ikke det beste, støv/skitt på vegger og tak/møbler Gulv var rene, så det er jo bra. Dør på begge sider (mot resepsjon og mot strand) er ikke tett i det hele tatt, store glipper - derav mye lys. Om noen av naboene røyker sigaretter/hasj kommer den røyken inn på rommet. Resorten har bærer preg av at det trenger oppgradering/vedlikehold…

Air conditioner leaked water constantly gap between between door and door frame let mosquitoes in.

Very nice location on a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly. It was 10 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants which was great. The resorts restaurant was great!

I feel it can be maintained a little bit better around the whole resort.

Nous avons été upgradé à cause de l'état de notre premier bungalow. Ce bungalow deluxe était bien mieux. La piscine bien, quoi que sale. La plage par contre est très bien, belle vue avec petite balançoire sympa.

Notre premier bungalow était sale, les draps étaient troués et tâchés, aucune isolation sonore, nous étions réveillés par les gekos et la lumière qui traversait les lattes de bois mal attachées du mur. De plus, aucune TV ne fonctionnait dans tout le resort. Nous avons donc été déplacés dans un bungalow deluxe, déjà bien mieux, mais très chaud en journée même avec la clim et pas de lumière dans la salle de bain. Pas de serviettes non plus, que nous avons dû aller chercher nous-même car personnel de ménage trop occupé. Nous avions clairement l'impression de déranger la dame de l'accueil avec nos demandes.

Helemaal niks, maar dat wel uiteindelijk weg konden omdat de dagen voorbij waren.

Personeel is zeer onvriendelijk en onbeschoft.

The location was near the centre

The staff at reception were very rude and had an attitude. The hotel room was disgusting and dirty, very rundown. There were blood stains on the covers. The biggest issue was this resort has an ant infestation, leading to hundreds of ants in our hotel room , on our beds and all on our belongings. The staff moved us to another room however the ants were still everywhere, in our second room the same problem occurred ants everywhere. The air condition was terrible, our hotel room was boiling. The beds were uncomfortable , the bedding provided was gross . I would not recommend whatsoever

The location is nice.

We stayed there3day 2night. We requested to not make up our room but on second day house keeping and reception refused to give new towel as they said only stay after 2 night can get new towel. Also no one inform us that we can get beach towel at reception. The blanket and bed sheet look very old and have some stains.

Personal war leider sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig.

Das Resort ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen weil er voller Dreck und toten Insekten war. Wurde nie gereinigt. Das Personal ist extrem unhöflich, nicht hilfsbereit und genervt. Die Dusche im Zimmer meiner Freundin hat GAR NICHT funktioniert. Das Wlan auch nicht. Als wir es an der Rezeption mitteilten schauten uns die Mitarbeiter nur kurz an, reagierten gar nicht. Eine ist dann einfach gegangen und die andere hat auf ihrem Handy weiter gespielt. Sowas habe ich in Thailand noch nie erlebt. Preis ist überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt.

Very close to the beach. They have also a free transfer service from/to the port. Staff friendly.

The property was located nicely at the beach

Very aged and not clean. It‘s not the Owners fault that there are lizards in the Bungalows but the overall cleanness of rugs, towels and bedsheets definitely is. Also the Lady at the front desk doesn‘t seem to like her job too much. She just didn‘t care about anything. For all this the price was way too high. If it would be cheaper, I‘d just accept all those things and say nothing.

Location was Ok

If I could use 1 word it would be "Grimy". This place was unsanitary. The batroom , the room walls , the grounds, railings ,buildings, everything was filthy. Absolutely no money was ever put back into this place. I could go on, but whats the point. Never going back, I would never reccomend it. Its to bad really ,because this property is awesome and right on the beach. It needs someone who cares and likes a clean facility.

Reception staff were absolutely miserable and the hotel is falling apart. The pools filter was broken so it looked like a stagnant pond. Even if it was working the place is trash All of the pool and beach loungers are broken. This place was awful and so over priced for what it is

L’attitude du personnel Nous sommes rentrés d’excursion la porte donnant sur le balcon était restée ouverte toute la journée Le papier wc avait disparu…. L’hôtel est délabré mal entretenu, le personnel a l’accueil n’a pas compris l’hôtellerie

The location was awesome and only a short walk from our room to the beach. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelt fresh every day.

We didn't love the shower 😭 a shelf to put the toiletries would have been nice and an adjustable shower head would have been great. Water went everywhere. We didn't have a TV but we were busy so didn't need it.

The location is fantastic. The bungalow was directly onto the beach which was idyllic.

The bathroom was grim. Accessed down 3 steps into a very basic area. Shower was weak and in effective. The reception staff went very friendly either

The place was okay, location was good, just a short walk to everything but far enough to be just out of the hustle and bustle during peak season. The pool was ok, nice and deep. They gave free transfer too and from the pier which was handy on our travel days.

The place was very very dated. We had to move room after 1 night as the fridge was making banging noises so loud it woke me in the night. The floorboards were falling apart with some gaps in the floor. Part of our roof fell down at one point, luckily this was the patio area of the bungalow so it didn’t affect our actual room. The old diving pool has just been left there to rot and was just outside our room, the stagnant water disgusting and attracted a lot of bugs.
