Ulrika's Suite -Free Parking-

This is a beautiful, chic and spacious apartment. Location close to excellent cafes, bakeries, shops, about 15 minutes' walk to the city centre. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Certainly to be recommended, once you have access (see issues below).

1. Check-in was a nightmare. The keys were not in the lockbox when I arrived, which was very frustrating late in the evening. The owner/representative Arttu was first rather standoff-ish on the phone (saying "this has never happened before"), but more apologetic when it became clear that it was a mistake from his end (no check made to see that the key had been correctly despoited for me to collect). However, there was no back-up plan and it would have taken a few hours to get the key to me. The alternative accommodation for the first night offered by Arttu (Luotsi 1911 Suite) was 2km away, far more basic than I booked and in a district that with fewer cafes/restaurants than Ullanlinna,. My score reflects this mixed experience for my booking. Positively, Arttu was proactive in arranging to move my luggage between locations whilst I was at work meetings. 2. The shower gel, shampoo, etc in the flat are far lower Cien/Lidl) than the beautiful flat deserves :) 3. No kitchen towels (paper or cloth). 4. I was surprised that the building maintenance let themselves into the flat when I was out during the day (leaving a note about this). Guest should be informed in advance. 5. The lockbox information in the booking.com system was different to the actual details sent by Arttu, which might be confusing.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed kitchen utensils, olive oil, salt, coffee, tea, and other thoughtful items. The bed was great and the whole space felt very cozy.

Nothing worth mentioning everything was very pleasant.

Well laid out and really comfortable apartment which was a great base for our 3 days in Helsinki. The availability of car parking really helpful.

The arrangements for the pick-up of keys need to be studied carefully to avoid confusion.

The location is a quiet residential area. There are cafes, antique shops, bakery and supermarkets nearby. Host was very kind and responsive. Definitely recommended.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-decorated. We spent a long time out during the day but we were always looking forward to spending the night here, it felt like home. :)

We could have had more towels, as we only had one hand towel, and there was no towel for the feet after the shower. Also, the shower door could have been improved, as it didn't block the water from passing.

We absolutely love every detail of this apartment. We want to have it! 1. Location: in a chic neighborhood, loads of restaurants and boutiques. Close to tram station and the most beautiful church of Helsinki. 2. Decoration: what you see in the pictures. Love it, love it, love it. All the tableware are from iittala. 3. Comfort: I slept like a baby every night and I love my shower time! 4. Service: the owner is very responsive. They have prepared a chinese black tea which is coincidentally my favorite. Thank you! This is probably the best travel accommodation that we have ever had.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful design district. The bed is so comfortable it's hard to even get up. But if you do, the next tram ist just around the corner. Alternatively, everything is within walking distance. Thank you Arttu, highly recommended!

Cozy and central, the host was incredibly responsive. Super experience.

It is a beautiful and confortable apartment, with a perfect location in the Design district, close to shops, cafes and restaurantes an public transport. It has a washer dryer that is very convenient in longer trips. Artuu is the perfect host. We would certainly recomend it.

Everything was absolutely perfect! So stylish and beautiful apartment, super clean. Design furniture, marble bathroom. Host was friendly and responsive. 5 star experience!
