Konum mükemmel. Metro istasyonu çok yakin. Ev sahibi ilgili, bir sorunuz olursa anında geri dönüş yapıyor.

Oda biraz küçük. 1 kişi icin ideal ama 2 kişi veya çocuklu aileler icin zorda bırakır. Banyoda yeterli yer olmasına rağmen lavabo baya küçük ve duşa kabin yok. Her yere su sıçrıyor. Havlular, nevresim, yastık ve örtülerin yenilenmesi gerekli. 2 kişilik yatak var ama baya ses yapıyor. Koku hassasiyeti olanlar için çevredeki cafelerden baya ağır yemek kokuları geliyor.

Ein sehr hübsches Apartment mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Nicht-Fenster ist sehr originell. Ich habe es nicht vermisst, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, die richtige Tür zu finden. Allerdings habe ich einen katastrophalen Orientierungssinn – aber vielleicht haben das andere Gäste ja auch. An der Tür direkt stand keine Hausnummer (jedenfalls habe ich keine gesehen). Mir wurde geschrieben, dass es eine grüne Tür sei. Dummerweise gibt es direkt daneben eine noch grünere Tür, sodass ich zweimal vor der falschen Tür stand. Vielleicht kann man die Tür deutlicher kennzeichnen oder den Gästen zumindest schreiben, dass es nur ein schwaches Grün ist und die Tür nebenan grüner ist. Mich hat noch etwas gestört, wofür der Gastgeber aber überhaupt nichts kann. Die Straßen in der Umgebung haben ausschließlich Kopfsteinpflaster. Ich habe mich aus östlicher Richtung dem Apartment genähert, was mit Koffer sehr mühsam war. Eventuell geht es aus westlicher Richtung leichter (ohne Garantie).

Es muy pequeñito,la fregadera imposible de usar casi por ser tan pequeña que mojas la vitro. Pocos enseres en la cocina. Y el lavabo muy pequeñito ,ya que no puede ser mas grande por el tamaño del apartamento si seria necesario una estanteria al lado para poder dejar las cosas.

Bit small and cramped but it added to the overall cosiness, the lack of a pot in the kitchen is a slight issue if you want to make pasta. But still overall good.

Місцерозташування відмінне чистота, затишок, набір посуду, холодильник, духовка, плита, чайник, все компактно. Якщо сказати тепло то це дуже тепло в номері. В номері є фен, праска. Набір миючих засобів, рушники, телевізор, шумоізоляція відмінна. Зручність відкриття вхідних дверей.

Занадто тепло в номері, потрібно охолоджувати кондиціонером, занадто шумна витяжка, в одному стільці була невелика поломка, замість посудомийної машини можна було б обладнати місце для зберігання

The location was amazing in the centre of Gamla Stan.

There was a ventilation noise that we didn’t know where it was coming from until we discovered the ventilation screen and controls late at night. It’d been very helpful to have a printed welcome sheet with instructions explaining this and other things. Curtains were not blocking light properly.

TVがいろんな沢山のチャンネルが見れたのが良かったです。音楽や英語のチャンネルです。スタッフの方は、すぐ返信をくれて、助けてくれる優しい方です。いただいたコードで問題なくドアは開きました。良い場所に手頃な値段で泊まれて窓ガラスなくても良ければおすすめです。

bookingcomで指し示しているこのアパートの住所が違い迷いました。通りの名前だけじゃなく番地まで書いて欲しい。あとからアパートから来ていたメールにその住所があったのが分かったが、探し回ってからだったのでその労力が無駄でした。スプーンが汚れていたのがあったのとレンジの台が汚れていたのが残念です。バスタオルは固くてごわごわしていました。石畳なのでスーツケースは運びづらかった。あとゴミ出しまで、、出来ません。その建物に閉じ込められるリスクがあるので敢えてやめました。窓はやはりあったほうが良いね。

The location is outstanding if you want to be in Gamla Stan, on a charming cobbled street with a view of the German church. The room itself is pretty spacious. Although it is advertised as "windowless" it does have a large window, it's just that the window is frosted (for privacy, as otherwise all the tourists walking through Gamla Stan would be looking into your bedroom), so there's plenty of natural light.

Temperature control was tricky. Although the outside temperature was quite cold, the room was kept at about 23C, which I found too warm to sleep comfortably in. Fortunately, there is an air conditioner to cool it down again (as inefficient as it sounds), but the air conditioner points directly at the bed and blows chilled air onto you. So I had a choice of being too warm or too cold. The bathroom is a strange wet room. The shower has no curtain, so everything else in the room is likely to get sprayed. The towel rail over the toilet is also a strange choice: thankfully there were two towels in the room, as one of them fell into the toilet!

Great place to stay for a few days in Stockholm. Excellent location, had a kitchen, good bathroom. Otherwise, I recommend the place and would return if I go back to Stockholm. This place is ideal for getting around almost everywhere on foot.

The towel drying system in the bathroom wasn't working very well.

It was all great. You cannot find better location and the communication with the host was brilliant.

Stylish, extrem zentral, praktisch mit Kühlschrank & Herd, größer als erwartet, Badfußboden schön warm, Temperatur angenehm, Lüftung kann abgeschaltet werden.

Leider nicht ganz sauber - eine Tasse im Schrank sah aus als wäre Erbrochenes drin, eingebrannter Topf, Schuhdreck am Boden, gammlige Ritzen, Toilettenbürste voll, Spülschwamm total nass in einer Ecke. Man kann den Raum nicht abdunkeln & Leute, die draußen vorbeigehen, hört man sehr laut. Das Bett ist nicht bequem.

Super petit logement, idéalement situé avec tout le confort: four, micro onde, petite cuisine, frigo, lave vaisselle, bouilloire. Le matelas était très confortable. Nous avons également apprécié avoir bien chaud en cette période neigeuse grâce au chauffage rapide. Nous avions une serrure à code, sans clef ce qui top. Un seul mot: parfait! Je recommande vivement ce petit nid douillet

La ubicación es excelente. Justo en el medio de Gamla Stan y cerca del metro. Tiene una cocina (sin microondas) lo que ayuda mucho. La ducha del baño es abierta. Cuando uno piensa que va a mojar todo, lo bien hecha que está y la losa radiante lo hacen bien funcional.

Por más que lo sabíamos, sentimos incomodidad para movernos ahí adentro.

1.το δωμάτιο μέσα είχε πάρα πολλή ζέστη,επικοινώνησα με τον/την διαχειριστή κ η απάντηση ήταν ότι η θέρμανση είναι κεντρική,δν ρυθμίζεται κ αν θέλω μπορώ να βάλω το κλιματιστικό. 2.οι πετσέτες μυρίζει σαν να μν έχουν στεγνώσει καλά κ υπήρχαν μόνο 2 σώματος,προσώπου όχι,κάποιες έξτρα επίσης όχι.Δεν υπήρχαν ούτε έξτρα μαξιλάρια κ το στρώμα δν ήταν καλό. 3.το καζανάκι ήταν δύσχρηστο (όσο κουλό κ αν ακούγεται, ήταν αφής κ κάποιες φορές δν έπιανε με την 1η). 4.Στο τέλος στις πληροφορίες του τσεκ άουτ μας είπαν να πετάξουμε κ τα σκουπίδια σε παραδίπλα ειδικό χώρο, ενώ να προσθέσω ότι είχα ζητήσει αν μπορούσα να κάνω τσεκ ιν 1ωρα νωρίτερα, είχαν αρνηθεί,σεβαστό οκ αλλά από πλευράς του είχαν απαιτήσεις που δν αρμόζουν σε πελατειακή σχέση. Τέλος το δωμάτιο θα ήθελα κ λίγο παραπάνω σκούπισμα.

Bardzo przyjemny mały apartament, zlokalizowany w samym środku starego miasta, wszędzie blisko, zaskakująco blisko. Do metra chwila. Ogrzewanie podłogowe miło zaskoczyło, łazienka czysta, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Trochę mało miejsca w aneksie kuchennym ale ważne że był.

W łazience mogłaby być dodatkowa półka na kosmetyki

No hay instrucciones para usar el aire acondicionado (por la noche hace mucho calor y el aparato está justo al lado de la cama) ni para la ventilación. En el baño no hay mampara, por lo que todo se moja. Tampoco hay ningún estante donde apoyar las cosas. El fregadero es demasiado pequeño. Almohadas incómodas

Όταν φτάσαμε είδαμε πως τα σεντόνια κ οι μαξιλαροθηκες δεν ηταν σιδερωμένα και ήταν τσαλακωμενα όλα.Ο βραστήρας είχε μέσα νερό κα ικαποια πιάτα ήταν βρωμικα ..

Alojamiento perfecto! Muy amables y serviciales, nos escribieron varias veces a través de booking, no tienes que ver a los dueños ya que te mandan las claves por mensaje y son cerraduras automáticas que no necesitan llave solo el pin. Está en pleno centro justo detrás de la calle principal (Gamla Stan), así que es ideal para ahorrar en transporte. Encima es de lo más barato de la ciudad. Es una habitación pequeña pero tiene de todo, microondas, lavavajillas, cocina de vitrocerámica, papelera, champú y gel, toallas, aire acondicionado para el calor o calefactor para el frío. Muy moderno ya que está recién reformado. Tiene mucha luz gracias al ventanal que da a la calle, no se puede abrir pero tiene cortinas para evitar luz por la noche. El baño es grande y la televisión también. Nos ha encantado!

Por la noche se oye algo de ruido ya que está a pie de calle, pero no molesta demasiado.

Very convenient location in the center of the Old Town. There is no window, but that's more of a plus than a minus. The apartment looked smaller in the photos than it actually is. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big bonus is the air conditioner.

It’s a really cozy apartment situated at the really center of the old town Gamla Stan. Because of its location, it’s 2 feet away from all the activities that you can book about places to see. The apartment is clean has I think underground heat which makes it warm if you want to walk inside the apartment naked you can easily do it without feeling cold even if the outside temperature can reach below 0 degrees.It is at the center of the old town and you can reach any destination by feet or by the metro station that is is located a block away .At the beginning. I couldn’t even believe that is situated this apartment in this location I loved every moment of my stay in this apartment and for sure if I come again in the future at Stokholm, I would love to stay again in this small apartment.

Very nice place in the heart of old town.

Location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! In the heart of the old town, on a charming street, close to everything, easy access from the train station in Gamla Stan! The studio is very comfortable, beautiful, the bathroom floor is heated, there is a functional kitchen, the room is beautiful, comfortable bed and nice sheets/blankets. If you stay here, make sure you book a dinner at Aifur, a few meters away, for a Viking experience.

There’s no explanation regarding how to regulate temperature and the room got quite warm during the night - which is better than cold, of course. But we would like to be able to regulate it and it was not possible. The shower support was broken and it was difficult to find support for it. Nevertheless, we were able to take comfortable showers and we reported the issue, so they will likely fix it soon. The shower is amazing, by the way! A suggestion to make it even better is to install a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and to put a rug on the floor to prevent water spillage. Another suggestion is to provide instant coffee and herbal/black tea bags for the guests, as most hotel and AirBnBs do.

Studio is on the ground floor with a frosted window which doesn't open. It has ventilation.

The location was perfect. The security and access is good, I really enjoyed the modern, clean features and renovations. I would stay again.

I was only there for a short stay so it did not affect me. A bathroom fixture clamp could use a swap out from accidental damage before my stay, but one can work around it easily.

This ground floor stidio is located at the center of Old Town. Really in the heart of Stockholm. Very clean apartment. Everything was perfect.

It was easy access we got the front door and apartment door codes that morning before arrival its 3 minutes walk to Gamla Stan (Old Town) metro station and it is only 5 minute walk for the 82 ferry to the abba museum, vasa and skansen museum. It has all sorts of restaurants nearby for every budget and an Irish bar called the liffey 2 minutes walk away but still very quiet. We took some risotto and basic breakfast foods and the two hobs, saucepan and frying pan with kettle etc were ample for cooking. There was basic salt,pepper and oil in the press. There's a hairdryer, clothes steamer and shampoo/showergel and conditioner provided which was great. The staff did come back quickly to us on every small matter.

There needs to be instructions on the TV remote/ and how to lock the door upon leaving (very simple but not completely clear) There is so little room to boil a kettle, use a frying pan and chop any food together it is possible to scald or burn another person(we were fine it just needs care), a small pullout screwed in collapsable table by the hob would block the bathroom door slightly but would give some space for 10 minutes when cooking. The chairs are needlessly high, Im quite short I had to climb on the bed to get on one (Funny really) and would just roll onto the bed to get off it lol. All good none the less. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thankyou.

The apartment is in the old town. It has underfloor heating. If you do not mind the Cons, it is good for the given price.

TV did not work. There was a ventilation noise all the time, not too loud, but not quiet either. The washbasin is 30x30 cm (20x30 inside) so your feet get wet every time you wash your hands. There was used tissue under the bed. It would be good if the curtains were not tied so that you could darken the room.

Location is convenient. All basic amenities in the room are available. Clean bed sheets and towels. Clean bathroom. Private bathroom.

The shower was falling, No kettle or in the room. No early check in was provided inspite requesting it.

Small room very well located, in the heart of the old town, decent bed & various basic necessities (shampoo, dishes, etc.) BUT...

NOT for claustrophobic people!! The room is hermetically sealed (you cannot open the window and there's a heavy metallic front door) so NO AIR flow. The room quickly becomes stuffy, warm, dry, almost lacking oxygen. The owner left us a small fan but this doesn't help with air circulation/heat. The result is, you don't want to spend too much time inside this room. It's okay for a short stay/sleep only.
