Compact but got everything you need

We stay at Lighthouse 249, Room 301. Perfectly suited our family of four. Great location, close to transport, shops and restaurants. It was a lovely apartment. Rachel and Rio provided a really helpful manual about the property and also local information. Would highly recommend for a stay in Seoul.

Perfect location, good amenities, beautifully designed, and the beds were very comfortable!

ロケーション、清潔感、ホストの対応は完璧です。 駅からも近く、スーツケースを持っていても問題ない。宿泊施設は非常に清潔感があった。ベッドメイクも綺麗だし、タオル類も十分な量を用意してくれた。 家具や電化製品もこだわりが感じられた。 ホストの対応も素晴らしく、スムーズなチェックインが出来たし、分からないことを質問すると素早く返事をくれたのでとても助かった。 また泊まりたいと思う。 Location, cleanliness and host support are perfect. It's close to the station, so there's no problem if you have a suitcase. The accommodation was very clean. The bed makeup was beautiful and enough towels were prepared. Furniture and appliances were also particular. "The host's service was excellent, and I was able to check in smoothly, and when I asked questions, they answered me quickly, which helped me a lot." I would like to stay again.

良くないわけではないが、シャワールームとトイレは一緒のスペースにある。 仕切りがないので、シャワーを浴びるとトイレが濡れてしまう。日本ではあまり見ないスタイルなので、日本人で初めての海外旅行という人は少し戸惑うかもしれない。 It's not bad, but the shower room and toilet are in the same space. There is no partition, so the toilet gets wet when I take a shower. It's a style that you don't see often in Japan, so people who are the first travel abroad may be a little confused.

母娘2組の女子旅で利用した。 3部屋とリビングなので、子ども部屋、母、母と プライバシーが保たれる。子ども達は子供部屋で楽しんでいた。 綺麗で清潔。言うことなし。 東大門歴史公園駅の大通りから一本入っただけで、 ガイドブックに載っているごま油店、クィーンズバゲットのすぐ裏手。 ここは、本当に美味しいので、2回も行きました。 重たくてもすぐ持ち帰れて楽ちん。 三階まで階段なので、お年寄りは無理かも。 入り口の柵が 注意書きはあるが、寄りかかると落ちそうなレベル。 それがなければ満点だった。 惜し過ぎる。 韓国の工事的にこう言う感じなのかも。

柵を頑丈にして欲しい。

雪櫃是壞的，我買的水果及食物放一晚，全部結冰，食物都爛了。床單有污漬，民宿好細。中伏。

環境很乾淨，房東回覆非常迅速，設施（烘衣機、洗衣機、地熱、冷氣）很齊全👍🏻

廁所只有一間，8人入住時，要排隊使用廁所，小小不方便，但還能克服。

Magnifique appartement conforme aux photos et parfaitement équipé. Tout est pensé pour optimiser l’espace , il est confortable pour une famille de 6 personnes sans souci. Le quartier est calme et son emplacement est pratique pour visiter la ville , à 3 minutes de la station de métro la plus proche. Notre hôte était très attentionné et réactif . À recommander sans hésitation.

Petite difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement du chauffage / climatisation en coréen mais notre hôte a été d’une aide efficace et rapide .

写真で見た通りのお部屋で本当に綺麗。 3家族で行きましたがプライベート空間を守りつつ 宿泊できてよかったです！ お部屋も十分に広く、 シャワー洗面台トイレも一部屋ですが快適に使えました。 洗濯機もドラム式と乾燥機が設置してありました。 洗剤も置いてくれていて快適に利用できました。 コップやお皿も揃えてくださってます。 カトラリー系はないのでお店でもらってくる必要ありです。

テレビが見れなかった。 (YouTubeなどは見れます。) 目の前のセブンイレブンがなくなってました。

Close to DDP and Euljiro, great places to shop and eat within short driving distance and walkable. Very cute cafes downstairs.

L’escalier d’accès qui n’est pas idéal surtout avec les valises

L'emplacement était idéal, légèrement en retrait des grandes artères de circulation mais suffisamment proche des lignes de métro et de quelques lieux touristiques importants. Le confort proposé par le logement était assuré par des équipements récents, un climatiseur dans chaque pièce, une excellente literie, une connexion wifi sans faille, une décoration intérieure raffinée. Mais par dessus tout, la qualité d'accueil de notre hôte et son indéfectible soutient pour résoudre nos problèmes de réservation ont rendu le séjour fluide et agréable. Merci encore !

Amazing location and the host was very helpful and prompt in communication.

The bathroom constantly smelled like there was drain water stuck.

The overall space was very comfortable, and the interior design was beautiful and tasteful. Every detail was well taken care of, and you could really feel the thoughtfulness behind it. A truly pleasant and cozy stay!

The only downside is that there’s no elevator, but everything else was great.

Great deco and quiet neighborhood. Metro is near by, so transportation was quiet easy. Communication was easy, Rachel and Rio provided clear instructions. Be aware that all the pictures are mixed up. We were 4 and got the 101 accommodation with 2 double beds in a same room. There wasn’t a lot of space in the apartment, we could open our suitcases at the same time. Bathroom is Korean (shower + toilet, so toilet is wet). 101 was almost in a basement so not very bright.

We stayed at Lighthouse 249 room 101, with 2 kids age 2 and 8 years old. The bed was 2 queen beds side to side which our kids absolutely loved. When my 2 year old was napping my older child had his own space to watch iPad which was really loved. There is a little restaurant about 7m away, we ate there 3 times. It’s a little hole in the wall ran by 2 grandmas, they served delicious soups that was only 8,000won. Convenient, inexpensive and delicious. The neighborhood was great for little kids. It’s not as busy as Myeungdon but had plenty of things to do with little kids. We went to the DDP and both kids loved running around and exploring the space, we also walked to the toy market several times and bought some Korean toys. There is also a bus right in front of the home that takes you to deer park. The only con I would say is the shower room is on the same room as the toilet. It’s in the middle of Seoul so it’s understandable that space is limited. But overall for the price, location and cleanliness I would recommend this property. My 8 year old asked if we could stay here again when we come back which is always a good sign!

Lovely property in a great part of Seoul. The aesthetic of the property is nice and overall it’s really clean.

1. super convenient location close to Exit 4 of dongdaemun station, DDP and the nearby shopping district. 2. SUPER SUPER clean. The hosts definitely take hygiene seriously. Cleaner than any hotel you can imagine. 3. amenities are new and work very well from taps, showers to washer and dryer 4. hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative. I had some questions about where to store my luggage at the subway station and the hosts contacted the customer service of the locker company on my behalf. They were also very proactive in contacting me before, during and after my stay to ensure I had a good experience

The only downside - it's a walk up apartment with stairs so for guests with mobility issues or lots of heavy luggage, it's not the most convenient

Perfect house in Seoul and very close to transports. I highly recommend it.
