Auf das Frühstück musste man 30-45 Minuten warten, obwohl war das Resort gar nicht voll.

We had a family cottage across 2 floors. The room was beautiful and the gardens are stunning. It is a very chilled and quiet place - not a party hotel - where you have to be quiet in your rooms. This is because there is no sound insulation between huts. We loved it here! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is a great place to chill all day where staff bring you food and drinks - whatever you want. The views are gorgeous. Having come from Arambol beach, this felt very different. Very much more lux and higher quality. We were very well looked after. Prices were higher than Arambol but worth it!

The food is more on the 'western' side. We, personally, would have liked more Indian dishes on the menu

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est merveilleux, la vue sur la mer splendide. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon, on peut regretter de n'avoir droit qu'à une seule boisson chaude.. Peut être, quelques fruits seraient bienvenus .... Se baigner dans la piscine avec une telle vue est un bonheur !!!!

Les cabanes eco sont vraiment basiques, on y étouffe rapidement. De plus, elles nécessiteraient quelques menus travaux !!

Удачное расположение, никакой суматохи, при этом в пешей доступности соседний шумный Арамболь и Морджим. Отель чистый, ежедневная уборка (без напоминаний), смена полотенец, в том числе пляжных. Ну и конечно экзотика, потому что фактически через стены просвечивает улица.

Есть свои издержки. В комнату легко проникают комары, поэтому включать свет в темное время суток не рекомендую. Очень хорошая слышимость, мы отдыхали не в сезон, но если отель полный, то будете слышать все что происходит в соседних бунгало.

De locatie in Noord Goa is perfect. Niet aan het drukke strand, maar alles is er gemoedelijk.

Excellent reception staff, excellent breakfast- freshly prepared, great menu, lovely food- we chose to eat in the hotel for some lunches and dinners as well as breakfast . Cleaning and restaurant staff very good. Lots of shade at the pool. Easy to swim in the sea

Just to mention- consistent with the eco-vibe there is no air conditioning or fridges in the room.

From the organisation of the taxi pick up, to the checking out, was great. The staff although only staying one night made me feel very welcome. The setting is stunning and staff that clean the rooms are so attentive. The safe’s are huge! Overall, a great find

В предпоследнюю ночь бурундучки осмелели и залезли к нам в домик. Нашли шоколад, погрызли. Один залез прямо на кровать сквозь сетку.

I knew that I'll be staying in a beach hut. But still, it really had a camping ground vibe. I did not have a single night of good sleep due to the other guests being so close. I had to leave early. My hut was so small, I could barely open my luggage!

The whole resort looks beautiful and it's location on the beach is just perfect. They have these little Cabanas that look out on the beach with lots of different colour cushions and bolsters, and it feels so nice to chill out there will a drink in the shade, whilst watching the waves. Our room was 2 rows back from the beach, but they have positioned the huts, so you can still see parts of the beach, which is beautiful. The design of the hut is gorgeous, as is the details in the shower and the taps etc. Good amounts of storage. And a very comfortable bed with good pillows and sheets.

The restaurant lets you smoke. Even though it's outside, eating your breakfast when the wind is blowing someone's smoke into your face, really ruins the experience if you are not a smoker. They also 100% NEED to change their knifes. They are thick and twisted (part of the 'fancy design), and so hard to use. And we heard other couples struggling with their knives on other tables - PLEASE change your knives. Fancy is not necessary - usable is!!!! And they don't match your simple and functional fork, so it should be no issue to change them! You do have to be aware that you are staying in a hut, and so you can hear EVERYONE next to you. There are signs up saying to be silent, but if you are next to a family like we were (and you are most likely to be, as the huts are organized - 2 floor hut (perfect for a family), a double bed hut (for couples), 2 floor hut again and so one, you have to deal with the screaming kids until they fall asleep (which thankfully for us was about 11ish) This is just a personal one for us - we would have liked the restaurant and bar to play soft music in the evenings, but they never did, so we didn't like the vibe (which ascetically looks beautiful). Instead every night we ate out and drunk at other restaurants along the beach (which are plentiful). They do play music at the pool (which also has a bar) - but this is a very family area and nowhere near as nice as the actual bar that is outside and under beautiful trees, with lovely lighting, so I personally thought that was an odd choice. Lastly, they have NO sun loungers on the beach itself. Only a few inside the resort. They mentioned something about wanting to protect the turtles (which I fully support), however every other resort along the beach had sunloungers, so it doesn't really make sense.

Perfect location on the beach

The staff were so kind and helpful ,arranged a taxi pick up for us from the airport a 45min drive .breakfast was exceptional plenty of choice,good clean fresh food and the waiters very good .great location on the beach front .yoga every morning was lovely .The hut very clean .beach towels and room towels provided .It was a very relaxing way to spend a week .

Comfortable bed, good shower, wide choice of good quality food and drink. Loved the spicy margarita and keto breakfast. On previous stays, on occasion, service in the restaurant had been less than warm. Happy to say this time, it was friendly and professional. Appreciated the two large water bottles provided in the room.

We were in 11, the first cottage in the row. This was very convenient but a lot of noise at night from the main building. Sounded like workers, not guests.

Beaches are great. The lazy dog restaurant‘s menu gives you a wide range of very nice meals during the whole day, same for breakfast that lasts till 11.30h. The managerial stuff is attentive and try to be helpfull

I stayed in a beach front hut. The view on the veranda is nice. There are no windows and no brick walls, except for straw walls. The huts are near to each other and you hear your neighbors talk; it lacks privacy. I had to leave earlier as planned after partying by neighbors more or less the whole night.

Mais quel endroit formidable!!! Tout est fait pour que vous n’ayez à penser à rien, juste à vous détendre. Nous avons réservé un cottage et c’était tout simplement génial! Magnifique, en pleine nature et parfaitement décoré. S’endormir et se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues (et des oiseaux), c’est vraiment déconnectant. Si vous arrivez à l’aéroport, l’hôtel peut vous envoyer un chauffeur (moyennant des frais de toute évidence) et peu aussi se charger de vous organiser toute une journée de visite avec les lieux à ne pas manquer. Je tiens aussi à souligner le restaurant qui se trouve sur place. D’abord, le cadre avec la vue sur la plage est INCROYABLE, et la nourriture est absolument délicieuse!!!! (et ici, vous pouvez manger des légumes crus en toute tranquillité). Le personnel a été formidable avec nous (merci (: ) et la plage privé offre les plus beaux couchés de soleil. J’ai déjà hâte de revenir ici! PS : Vérifiez bien vos sacs avant de partir car des lézards peuvent se glisser dedans... ;)

Property is very big and private, right at the beach. Breakfast was quite good as well. Huts are clean and nice looking.

Price for a night was approximately 3 times more than usually for huts and hot water didnt work in shower. Price vs quality didnt feel like quite a match. But denefetly more comfortable/clean than other hut options in Mandrem.

As usual the breakfast was excellent! love the location. And the only place we actually find some peace.

Сняла отдельно стоящее бунгало с видом на океан и это было великолепно. Понравилась обстановка, большая кровать. Не сразу разобралась с выключателями, но если понять и запомнить какой за что отвечает и света достаточно. В бунгало очень чисто, комары не беспокоили (всегда включен в розетку фумигатор). Персонал очень вежливый, каждый день спрашивали о потребности в уборке и давали новые бутылки с водой. Есть момент по завтракам, я взяла вариант ВВ (bed & breakfast) - в завтрак включен один напиток и одно или два блюда, всё, что возьмёте сверху нужно будет оплатить, об этом меня предупредили сразу при заселении. Нужно понимать, что бунгало полностью из натурального продукта и шумоизоляции фактически нет - я к этому была готова, но хочу написать для других - могут быть шумные соседи, которые очень громко разговаривают в 5:30 утра или поздно ночью 😅 или семья с маленькими детьми, которые тоже могут начать капризничать в любое время суток, беруши в уши и всё ок.

My small child and I were placed in a room a meter away from a huge restaurant, right behind the fence. Loud noise was coming from the restaurant. We were forced to move out after the first night because we couldn't sleep.

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück bietet nur begrenzte Auswahlmöglichkeiten, war aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Das Essen war überteuert, und es kam mehrfach vor, dass Gäste ihre Speisen zurückgeschickt haben. Das Personal war jedoch großartig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Vishnu, der Manager, war immer bereit, seinen Gästen zu helfen und sie trotz der eher schwachen Qualität der Einrichtung zufriedenzustellen. Ich habe oft beobachtet, dass er ein echtes Allround-Talent ist und ständig hin und her rennt, um die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Auch andere Mitarbeiter wie Rahul oder ein Kollege aus Himachal Pradesh waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir sprechen hier über eine 3- bis 4-Sterne-Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer sind für zwei Personen in Ordnung, für drei oder mehr jedoch zu eng. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind von geringer Qualität. Die bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukte bestehen nur aus Shampoo und Duschgel, die ebenfalls sehr minderwertig sind. Weitere Pflegeprodukte gibt es nicht. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der eingebaute Safe ist von innen extrem schmutzig und voller Insekten, Kakerlaken, Mücken und Spinnen. WLAN funktioniert nur teilweise. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es vier Tage lang gar nicht funktioniert – offenbar wegen der schlechten Qualität des Geräts, obwohl sich das Personal, insbesondere Vishnu, ständig darum bemüht hat. Man kann kein Essen ins Zimmer mitbringen, da sich sofort Insekten, Ameisen, Spinnen, Mistfliegen und Kakerlaken einfinden. Selbst wenn man nichts Essbares im Zimmer hat, kommen die Tiere trotzdem. Obwohl ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett vorhanden ist, bleibt es ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Ich hatte das bei einer Hüttenanlage zwar erwartet, aber nicht in so schlechter Qualität und schon gar nicht zu diesem Preis. Für denselben Preis bekommt man beispielsweise in den Niederlanden an der Ostsee eine deutlich bessere Hütte – sauber, gut beleuchtet, klimatisiert und insektenfrei. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es mehrfach stark geregnet, und das Restaurant „Lazy Dog“ war dabei stark verschmutzt. Nach zwei bis drei Tagen wurden zwar einige Steinplatten nach der Überflutung verlegt, das Problem wurde aber nicht gelöst. Besonders im Außenbereich in Richtung Straße, wo man auch parkt, ist alles überfüllt. Autos bleiben dort regelmäßig im Matsch stecken. Es ist kaum vorstellbar, dass das Hotel beim ersten Regen überrascht wurde – dafür spricht auch das beigefügte Foto. Nach dem Regen kann man kaum nach draußen gehen, ohne sich schmutzig zu machen oder auszurutschen.

Breakfast is Great - Location is amazing. I really like the place. It was raining, but my spouse and I had a great time.. Cant wait to go back :)

I can really recommend this Hotel. It is in a quiet Area directly at the beach. The Cottages are nice. Just keep in mind that it is an Eco Resort. So if you need a fridge or TV in you're room, that is not your place to stay. For me it was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quit Resort. Good restaurant with nice drinks and good food. I really loved to stay there. And would always go there.

From start to finish we had a great experience at this resort and especially with the staff. Everyone was really kind and helpful and every day our room was nice and clean. The pool had a perfect view toward the beach and every night you're able to watch the sunset! The breakfast we had was included and was the best we've had so far in India. We also enjoyed the happy cocktail hours.

The food in the restaurant is a bit expensive, compared to other stays in India. Nonetheless it was amazing food. It's possible for people outside the resort to use the pool, which can make it busy and noisy. If you're here for the quite resort, this could be a bit disappointing.
