Ho scelto il riad anche per la.piscina. Dalle foto sembra che ci sia una piscina spaziosa, in realtà é minuscola. L'ho fatto presente , ma in realtà la foto riporta la grandezza scritta sul muro ma io non ci avevo fatto caso.

The property it self was lovely, and was very central to most things, The staff were exceptionally, lovely people and really helpful.

The room we stayed in was lovely even had a terrace however the air conditioning did not work properly so we had to be moved to another room. The lights kept flickering and the safe was very hard to open. The pool was a bit small more of a paddling pool, the breakfast although there was plenty of it didn’t really suite our taste, would have preferred fully continental.

Un manque de communication au niveau des prestations, des extras , nous avons découvert au moment de notre départ que la carte Revolut n'était pas acceptée ( non indiquée sur Booking), qu'il y avait une commission de 3% sur la carte bleue et l'affichage était dans un lieu sombre derrière le comptoir. Il aurait été préférable que ce soit indiqué le jour de l'arrivée et non pas au moment du départ. Ces informations doivent être affichées sur Booking. De plus, nous avons appris que le Riad propose une formule petit dej complet en ajoutant 50 dirhams tout en sachant que chaque jour nous avons pris un oeuf en extra à 30 dirhams . Nous aurions aimé avoir cette information le jour de notre arrivée vu le petit déjeuner léger que nous avions . Il manque dans les chambres un Frigo au vu de la chaleur Nous avons dû réclamer du gel douche,et dans une des chambres,il manquait une ampoule mise à la fin du séjour. Ce n'était pas une piscine comme indiqué sur Booking mais un très petit bassin.

The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and always accommodating. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, serviced every day, air-conditioned, big bathroom with riad breakfast included which we enjoyed. The rooftop area with plunge pool is nice although we didn't get the opportunity to use it. Location is good too, walkable to most main attractions in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room could do with a mini fridge to keep water or drinks cold.

Il Riad si trova vicino ad una strada principale dalla quale facilmente si possono prendere taxi ma dall' interno è possibile utilizzare un' altra uscita che attraverso una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti porta alla piazza principale. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è splendido, sempre a disposizione, accogliente e premuroso. La colazione era preparata con cura e con attenzione anche per un ospite con allergie. Qualsiasi necessità o esigenza è stata prontamente soddisfatta. Un grazie speciale a Karim che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti.

Dat je vanaf het dakterras een begraafplaats ziet. Klein zwembad. Korte periode voor ontbijt en ontbijt is erg beperkt.

La estancia fue excelente. Al llegar nos recibieron con té y bizcocho, un detalle precioso. Una amiga era intolerante al gluten y a la lactosa y le adaptaron el desayuno sin problema: fruta fresca, tortilla francesa o huevos cocidos. El hotel es acogedor, tranquilo y a solo 10 minutos andando del centro, con todo a mano. El personal es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a explicar, ayudar y cuidar cada detalle. Karim estuvo pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. Contratamos con ellos el transporte (no está incluido), y tanto la recogida como el traslado al aeropuerto fueron perfectos. La relación calidad‑precio es genial y te sientes muy bien atendida. Los desayunos son deliciosos: zumo natural de naranja, fruta, fresas, pan recién hecho y crepes. Volveremos sin duda

The shower

The size, lack of traditional breakfast, there was not a pool - the picture is deceiving. Overall not a worthy experience

La posizione: abbastanza vicina al centro, a piedi circa 30 minuti dalla piazza principale. Struttura pulita e profumata

Colazione tutt'altro che abbondante e poi era ripetitiva. La camera pulita, bella però buia. Finestra alta, non si poteva aprire, quindi non c'era cambio aria. Le altre 'finestre/aperture' della camera affacciavano sulla loggia interna. La mia camera sapeva un po' di muffa ed era molto rumorosa, perché la struttura si trova sull'incrocio di due strade molto, molto transitate a tutte le ore, h24. La 'piscina' è piccolissima, una vasca direi, in foto sembrava molto più grande.

De ligging was rustig en toch niet ver van bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was perfect in orde en heel mooi ingericht .

De drank in Marrakesh vond ik niet goedkoop.

Kellemes hangulatú, gyönyörű, családias hely. Nagyon kedves, barátságos a személyzet, mindenben segítenek. Szuper transzfer szolgáltatás. Tiszta szoba. A tető nagyon hangulatos ki lehet ülni az asztalokhoz. A vacsora nagyon finom volt. Távol a nyüzsgéstől, de mégis 15 perc alatt kényelmesen be lehet sétálni a Medinába. Mindenképp visszatérünk! Köszönjük a vendéglátást!

Location is superb. Close to the airport, easy to find on the edge of the city as well as 10min walk away from Medina. Interior design is amazing. Very clean and rustic feel. The building itself must be really old as some cracks appear in the walls. Also the layout is very traditional. Inside courtyard/dininig area surround by guest rooms, quite unique. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Roof terace is really nice and relaxing. Pleanty of additional options to chose from like food menu which you can book in advance, excurcions, massage or airport transport.

The place is really clean, traditional and very old. Which obviously has some perks like cracks in the walls. Not an issue at all. The only thing which was little bit concerning was a ceiling in the bathroom, especially the corner above the shower with black mold on it. Otherwise the place was perfect.for us.

Trevlig och mysigt ställe en härlig miljö, rent och fräscht, personalen var toppen och hjälpte till med allt. Bra läge även om en bit till det stora torget, men lugnet läge istället.

Poolen är bara en ” plunge pool” typ 2 x 2 m o 50 cm djup, så den Egan bilden dom har är något missvisande.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was decorated beautifully and spotless. The toiletries were all lovely and infused with argan oil, I even purchased the soaps to bring home as gifts!! We had a short stay and a lot of excursions booked so didn't get to try the food. We were told, to order in advance and they go out and buy the ingredients fresh to cook that day. Peppermint tea and biscuits on arrival with a bottle of cold water waiting in the room and peppermint tea and biscuits whilst waiting for the airport transfer. Location was great a 25 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Would 100% recommend 😊.

Nothing to dislike, we had to leave early each morning for trips and breakfast was at 8am so we didn't get to experience it which was a shame.

Nous avons effectué plusieurs séjours au Riad Kech Soul et nous sommes toujours ravis de retrouver le même excellent accueil. Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres (et la literie) très confortables, le petit déjeuner servi dans le patio est très bon. C'est aussi un havre de paix tout en étant très accessible à pied de la Medina. Un très grand merci à tout le personnel qui est aux petits soins et qui contribue grandement grâce à sa gentillesse à la réussite du séjour !

Tout est très bien entretenu. Peut-être un peu plus de ventilation dans les chambres.

Edit (vu votre mauvaise foi dans votre réponse) : voici en pièce jointe les photos du plafond de la chambre vous trouverez facilement les traces de moisissures. Le bruit, la chambre donne sur une grande avenue, y'a du bruit toute la nuit. Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses, ça ressemble plutôt à une baignoire. Moisissures sur le plafond de la chambre et de la salle de bain et fortes odeurs d'humidité. 200€ pour 2 nuits sachant qu'en plus c'était en discount je trouve ça complètement abusif. Ça vaut à peine 50€ la nuit. Vous trouverez beaucoup mieux sur Marrakech.

Localisation proche du centre

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans ce riad. La première fois, il y a environ trois ans, j’avais été très satisfaite du service et de l’expérience globale. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, j’ai constaté une réelle dégradation de la qualité. Tout d’abord, la literie était peu confortable et donnait une impression de mauvaise qualité. La chambre avait également une forte odeur d’humidité, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins agréable. Le petit déjeuner, quant à lui, était très ordinaire et assez décevant par rapport au standing attendu. Le choix était limité et la qualité laissait à désirer. Nous avons même demandé une simple omelette au petit déjeuner, et on nous a expliqué que cela était facturé en supplément, ce qui est assez surprenant pour ce type d’établissement. C’est dommage, car j’avais gardé un très bon souvenir de ma première expérience. J’espère sincèrement que le niveau de service et de confort sera amélioré à l’avenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. L’emplacement dans le quartier de la Kasbah est idéalement situé, proche de Jemaa el-Fna et d'autres sites clés. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. Le riad est très beau, propre et bien décoré. La chambre était confortable et la climatisation très appréciable après les journées passées à visiter Marrakech. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et qui varie chaque matin. Mention spéciale également pour l’espace rooftop et sa petite piscine qui permet de vraiment se détendre après une journée dans l'effervescence de la médina. Je conseille également d'y manger au moins une fois, comme le petit déjeuner, le dîner était très bon et généreux. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Had a truly memorable stay at Riad Kech Soul Boutique & Spa during my 5 days in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, the manager and the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The hospitality felt warm and personal throughout the stay, which made a big difference as I was travelling solo. A special mention to the staff, especially Karim, and Hannah the Manager, who was incredibly supportive, kind, and always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and anything I needed during my stay. Everyone at the riad was friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. The riad itself was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located to explore the Medina and all the main attractions in Marrakech. After long days exploring the city, it always felt nice coming back to such a calm and comfortable place. Overall, it was a memorable experience in Marrakech, and I would definitely recommend Riad Kech Soul Boutique & Spa to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming stay.

У риада есть два выхода: центральный и внутренний выход через кухню. Чтобы зайти, нужно звонить в звонок или стучать в дверь. В один из дней мы вернулись с прогулки в 17.00, подошли к центральному входу и позвонили. Никто не открывал дверь в течении 20 минут, мы звонили и стучали раз 50. Было жарко, плюс нам очень хотелось в туалет, но дверь нам так никто и не открыл. Пришлось обходить, а это минимум 15 минут пешком.

Fantastisch mooie Riad, op een kwartiertje wandelen van de drukke Medina. Hannan is een geweldig lieve en gastvrije host die je veel tips geeft voor restaurants en uitstapjes. Het hele team is zo aangenaam. Riad Kech ligt vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamers zijn 'zen' en smaakvol ingericht, je komt in dit hotel zo tot rust. Er is een zalig dakterras met een plonge pool en ligstoelen, het ontbijt is heerlijk en vers bereid. Ook beauty-sessies zijn hier te boeken. Ik zou deze Riad zo opnieuw kiezen mochten we ooit terugkeren naar het prachtige Marrakesh. Niet twijfelen. Doen!

Excellent location comfortable stay

Good location, 25 minute walk from the center, unique design of the riad, very friendly staff and nice rooftop. Changing the towels daily.

Small room, the photos give the impression that there is a balcony, but in fact it’s the riad’s hallway. Also, the room seemed nicer in the photos. Despite the fact that the room’s design is nice, the walls are cracked and moldy, the AC unit and hairdryer seem to be there for some while. A big issue we had was that early in the morning there was noise coming from the outside from heavy traffic and also from inside of the riad, as people were eating and laughing 2 meters from our door. The biggest issue we had, that ruined our experience a bit, was the fact that the windows could not pe opened, as they were blocked by the curtains, so no view, no outside light, and no fresh air. Whenever we got back from outside and entered the room, a humid and stall air was the first thing that hit us. We had 4 inculded breakfasts, but after having it in the first day, we didn’t have it the rest. For one person you receive the following: one tiny pancake, jam, low quality chocolate, orange juice, tea, coffee, bread, butter, one tiny triangle of cream cheese and a tiny slice of cake. Not filling and not good at all, but maybe it’s our opinion only. Giving it at 7 because of the friendly staff and unique design, apart from this, a big thumbs down for us.

Very pretty Riad with quiet location on the outskirts of the old city walls

Le lit était très confortable et le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié l'option "taxi" proposée, le thé et biscuits d'accueil. Une grande salle de bain.

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donc très humide.Pas de tv non plus. Dommage pas de salé au petit déjeuner. On s'attendait à une piscine mais c'est un bassin de 3m2.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil avec le thé et les gâteaux faits maison nous a tout de suite mis dans l’ambiance. Le Riad est magnifique, plein de charme, et idéalement situé : nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Notre première chambre avait un petit souci d’humidité et comme je fais de l’asthme, le personnel a été extrêmement compréhensif et réactif. Ils nous ont immédiatement proposé de changer de chambre et nous ont même fait la très belle surprise de nous avoir surclassé dans une suite absolument incroyable. Un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié. Mention spéciale aussi pour la prestation massage qui est tout simplement incroyable — un vrai moment de détente ! Et le petit déjeuner servi devant la chambre le matin… un vrai bonheur. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous garderons un superbe souvenir de ce séjour !

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The riad has two entrances, one is to the Kasabah and another to Outskirts. We used hamam and massage services as well. It was very nice. Best thing is the people working there. Karim, the receptionist became very good friend. I would definitely visit this place next time when in Marrakech

Un riad magnifique dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement très à l’aise. Hanan, la manager, et toute son équipe sont aux petits soins, toujours de bon conseil et font tout leur possible pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréables. Il faut prévoir un peu de marche pour rejoindre la médina mais cela permet de découvrir les superbes ruelles de Marrakech et d’en apprécier tout le charme (et ses chats).

Riad itself is cosy and welcoming, we had issues with room which was facing main and busy road next to it. Room was on the top floor facing main road and cemetery.

The property is a beautiful example of Moroccan architecture ,with a serene vibe, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. all within walking distance of the centre.

Everything was very good but the pool was slightly smaller than expected, and the AC was not too effective however due to way the home was made it didn’t feel too hot at all during the day!

On a aimé la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner différent chaque jour et l’emplacement vraiment top car proche de la Médina, des souks et de la place Jema El Fna.
