a large well decorated room, a lot of sunshine, quiet and super cozy street, close to everything you need. very helpful staff.

Location was great, very close to local shops such as 7 eleven and pool halls. easy to get to walking street and quite in the evenings.

Staff were overall good however upon arrival i was informed my room would not be ready until the following day as it had been painted and had a very strong paint smell. i was told they would move me to another room instead but they only had higher rate rooms so i was asked to pay the difference. i had just come off a long flight so didnt argue it but as this was down enitrely to the venue charging a guest to upgrade because of an issue not casued by them is abit out of line. Other than that the only other issue we had was my partner not being allowed into the room at all. we booked it just for 1 person as she was staying with family and were told on arrival if she wanted to stay in the room past 10pm we would need to pay extra (fair enough we only booked for 1 person) the following day she was denied entry to the room with me even during the day before we went out unless she handed the reception her ID card for them to hold onto (not take a copy or photo but phyisically take control of) whilst she was in the property. i fully understand the hotels duty to report guests in the hotel over night and those in the premises for safety reasons however i also believe trying to hold onto a persons origonal Id document whilst in the property is not acceptable or even legal.

It's convenient the location for a couple of days in HCMC.

The language barrier was a headache, they confused me with a visitor in the place that I booked for my friend but I didn't stay because I had my own very close.

The staff were unhelpful, the room had a massive moldy stain on it, left about an hour after checkout, and these people still challenge the charge back (oh they refused to refund and wanted more money to change room). Awful, the worst place I've ever booked. Even booking.com is investigating them now for health and safety. AVOID.

Was very noisy, had very noisy guest staying across from me , plus can here noise from out side, the 3rd night I used ear plugs,I’m pretty sure I was ment to stay at the other building this company has which is just up the road , because it wasn’t new and quiet as it says

Good location, not far from the walking street but on a road that only allows limited traffic, meaning it was pretty quiet most of the time.

Ground floor room is not far from the front door, so it did get a bit noisy. For some reason we needed to pay a little extra for a room slightly better than the one we booked. Not sure why, maybe they were overbooked? No one at reception overnight.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. They are really nice to talk with. Specially kim.

I booked a room with balcony in this property, the booking was confirmed in whatsapp. However upon checking in the staff mentioned to me that the room is not available due to maintenance. So they transferred me to another gemini hotel in walking street ( which is so loud and noisy till 3am) they should have told me before I checked in that the room is not available, so I can cancel my booking right away and booked another one. They gave me an option if I would like to stay in this property with additional fee which I decline. So I got refunded and move to another hotel.

The room was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. However we were moved to the hotel right next to the walking street where the sound was unbearable at night, we could hear the live singers until about 2 am If it wasn’t for the noise I would give this place a 10! But I didn’t expect to be put on a loud busy street when the hotel has “quiet” in there name I would stay here again but stay in the original hotel not the sister hotel as it was very hard to sleep at night

Les gérants de l'hôtel sont malhonnêtes. Ils ont voulu me faire payer pour une tâche de sang séché sur un drap qui est bizarrement apparue entre le moment du check in et mon retour à l'hôtel tard le soir,les draps ont été changés. Je l'ai signalé le lendemain matin et la gérante m'avait carrément insulté pendant 10 minutes, scène surealiste.

We enjoyed staying at Gemini Saigon because of its excellent location and proximity to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and included a private bathroom which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were always lovely, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage while we travelled to Con Dao Island and the Mekong Delta. That extra service made our trip much easier and was greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

Marcamos para o hotel e estava cheio quando chegámos, levaram-nos para outro hotel do grupo numa zona terrível, cheia de barulho e bastantes prostitutas dentro do hotel com clientes.

The guy messed our rooms up when we arrived, it got sorted out but it took a while The place needs a good clean and a reno as it’s abit rundown

Garnicht! Bin angekommen, mir wurde gesagt dass Zimmer ist nicht fertig, weil der Gast nicht ausgecheckt hat. Habe gesagt dass ich werde warten, die Dame wollte aber unbedingt mich in anderen Hotel, der nur 500 Meter entfernt ist, unterbringen. Ich kannte die Lage nicht und habe zugesagt. Und wurde in anderes Hotel gebracht-der direkt auf Bui Vien Walking street steht! Ich konnte garnicht schlafen. Es war einfach unmöglich laut! Für Leute die Party wollten die Lage ist perfekt. Ich wollte mich aber nur ausruhen vor dem 17 Stündigen Flug .

Das Zimmer in Gemini Luxury Hotel war gut, sauber und mit Badewanne. Aber schlafen war unmöglich!

When we arrived, our room wasn’t available. Reception claimed there was an issue with the door, but instead of offering a proper solution, we were given two options: pay extra for a family room(with no windows) or cancel our entire 4-night booking & find another hotel. After refusing to pay more, they eventually let us use the family room at the same rate. We were told the issue would be fixed and that we could move into our original room the next day at 12:30pm. However, by 1:30pm we were still waiting, and when we were finally taken to the room, housekeeping was still cleaning it, clearly indicating it had just been vacated. After reading other recent reviews, it seems this hotel may be double-booking rooms and leaving guests to deal with the consequences. Based on this experience, along with similar feedback from other recent reviews, there appears to be a pattern of poor room management, potentially including overbooking.

The area directly in front of the hotel was dirty and clearly not maintained, which reflects poorly on the overall standards. It would have taken minimal effort for staff to keep this clean. To make matters worse, an SUV and multiple scooters were parked directly in front of the entrance for our entire stay, completely blocking access. This made moving luggage in and out unnecessarily difficult and was never addressed by the hotel.

The property does not look as the photos. The staff behaviour was horrible. After a confirmed booking, they didn’t allow us to check-in. They asked extra money for giving us another room.

Location perfect to walk to main strip district, 5 minute walk close enough to be there but far away to not have the noise. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Room - bed was comfy, plenty pillows. Aircon worked well. Balcony was perfect (although some rooms advertised ''with balcony'' actually have an outdoor utility room with no view, as opposed to a balcony overlooking a street). Bathroom was nice and shower had hot water. Also room was spacious for one person especially with balcony. Room cleaning excellent. A combination of the friendly staff, clean, comfy but simple room, space and vicinity to everywhere in the city made this room excellent and good value for money.

Small issue with kitchenette - you have the ability to cook etc, but absolutely no utensils no pots, pans, cutlery etc. Although it is much nicer to go out and eat anyways :). I was there for one month, so occasionally I would have used these facilities if it were available. Noise from upstairs was an on/off issue, loud running/thudding on the ceiling. Staff told me that nobody was upstairs, however the thudding was still there so maybe it was from next door. Regardless, it was there about 50 percent of the time, fortunately not throughout the night but from early doors. Overall it is still nice and quiet, but the occasional dull thudding did get annoying if it started at 07:30.

People scream downstairs till 2 am, not a quiet place Booking didn’t help, they support this listing

Unpainted areas, very poor maintenance. They tried to upgrade me to a very substandard room, to what I had requested. And it was more expensive also. I’d booked weeks prior to my stay. Would definitely not recommend.

Very good location. Close to nightlife, restaurants, bars etc but quiet when you are in the room which is excellent. Staff are really friendly. Smooth check in and we received a free upgrade due to the aircon not working which was really nice. Overall good stay.

it is in good location. stall are polite and friendly but the lady owner is rude and arrogant. she seems do not take care her business that why she is so rude.

room is quite small. no need to have mini kitchen. If i make any booking at it or introduce it to friends new owner should be nice and educated do not like this rude and uneducated current owner.

Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. L’hôtel est très bien situé à la fois en plein centre-ville et dans une belle ruelle calme avec une bonne ambiance.

This place Gemini Saigon Center, as well as the Gemini Saigon Luxury Hotel, is owned by one of the worst woman scammer and cheater. The female receptionists of both Hotels are involved in the owners activities. I.e. At the same time I have paid cash to the receptionist, my bank informed me by mail that somebody tried to cash ~VND 18 Millions, it's about identical to what I paid to Hotel receptionist in cash.

Windowless rooms do have a bit of a damp smell but nothing unexpected. At check out room was checked, left very early and this caused a delay. Little pricy for what it was in my view, but was booked 3 hours prior to arrival so has to be expected
