La camera è grande e carina, il bagno è piuttosto grande e comodo. Era pulita piuttosto bene. La zona è molto comoda e vicina alle principali attrazioni. Lo staff è molto disponibile, nel nostro caso ci hanno fatto il piacere di tenerci i bagagli per alcuni giorni.

Come ripetuto in altre recensioni l’hotel si trova sotto una zona piuttosto trafficata con diversi bar che mettono musica fino le 2/3 di mattina. Non è molto insonorizzata, ma mettendo dei tappi si riesce a dormire.

being told once we arrived that our room was not available due to a broken air conditioner, we were offered a far worse room than what we originally booked at another hotel, hotel could have at least sent us a message prior to let us know so we could book suitable accommodation. poor communication.

The room had some dust, particularly on the bed's headboard. A more thorough cleaning would be beneficial.

Localizado en una calle bulliciosa si, pero excelente si lo que buscas es diversión y no te molesta el ruido, si bien llegaba algo de ruido a la habitación no es tanto como para que no te deje dormir.

The location is really close to the walking street, unfortunatly the bar nearby is doing concerts (maybe not all year) every night until 2am. Even at floor 11 we can hear it loudly. Sleeping at 2am was not a problem for me but if you llook for a quiet place it's absolutly not the right place.

I ask for a fan and they left it in my room for the whole 16days I was there

The elevator took a long time to come

Central location. Many food & eateries around. Walking 100m to the most happening pub streets with all night long entertainment & drinking bars. Many convenient stores around as well. Room is spacious with an actual clean bath tub & shower area. A/C is cold. Many power points for your electronic device charging. Bed is comfy.

Elevator is quite small. There isn't a proper lobby available. Just a small front desk assistance to help you with your check in process. But overall, check in experience is still great. They provide shower gel & shampoo in small sachet packs (similar to ketchup sauce size).

The staff and location was great. So close to beer street, food and shopping. Staff were super friendly and very helpful in organising tours.

The beds and pillows were so hard and the towels were so worn they had holes in them.

I didn't like anything

I arrived at 10 PM on my booked day and the room wasn't ready. They said the door was broken. They offered me a room at another hotel, which I refused. They told me to come back the next morning and the room would be ready. I came back the next day, and the room still wasn't ready because there was no one to fix the door. I lost two days of my vacation because of them. I've never met anyone worse.

The location is fabulous if you don't mind noise at night as it is right next to the main party street. It is so convenient to walk to the market, restaurants and cafes.

The room size is really good and better than most hotels in that area. The rest of the room could use a little maintenance. The area has many restaurants, 711 & circle k all over, and many gyms and very close to a park

ROOMS: Every room i stayed in (401, 901, 902, 202) had an issue, from clogged shower drain, mold, AC not blowing cold, broken windows, old mattrass. Whenever i told the front desk person, he said he'll get someone to come fix it, never did. When i told the manager she tried to gasslight me as if the things i mentioned arent real. STAFF: very rude and not helpful at all. Any time you go to staff they're on their phone playing games, shopping. try to solve whatever problem you have the moment you get the room if not it won't be solved. Only thing they're there for is to check you in and out.

A terrible experience with this hotel. Upon arrival we were told our room had been given to a family (an excuse we now see has been used multiple times after reading other reviews). With the this we were offered a smaller noisier room on the second floor which we reluctantly accepted as it was 3am. The staff were unable to open the door and then told us we would have to wait a further hour for an engineer. The service was terrible and we knew instantly that this was a method they had used before to have guests in sub-standard rooms they did not pay for.

Le personnel était excellent. L'emplacement était bon mais comme c'est un coin de bar et Club, c'est bruyant et c'est mal insonorisé. Si on vient pour les bar et Club, c'est génial mais si on veut un peu de tranquillité c'est un plus compliqué.

I like everything. The staff they are friendly, the room is wide like I can literally sleep on the floor and I have to walk to get to the door haha. The bathtub.

It's a bit of a noise from outside at around 1 to 3 am because the hotel isnright next to the bars/sports bars. But if you don't mind that, then this hotel is for you.

The room I will say its spacious for the price point that your paying. The staff at the counter were very friendly and very helping. Its near the night activity area. And its very near some of the good food places to eat

It's very loud there, I'm in the 7th floor but still hear the crowd. There was a mold sign on the ceiling of the bathtub area. It looks like the tried to remove it, but the sign still remains.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I come back regularly. The location is absolutely perfect — you are just two minutes away from everything: bars, restaurants, music, and nightlife. If you are looking for a very quiet place to go to bed early and wake up early, it may not be the best option, as the area can be lively and noisy at night. But if, like me, you enjoy going out, listening to music, having drinks, and staying out late, then this is an ideal place to stay. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable (bed also, very important for me). The owner, Linh, is very kind. Overall, I always have a great stay and I’m always happy to come back. I really like to location because it’s just near the night clubs. But I think the fixtures of the property just need some fixes to make it look exceptional but overall it’s a positive feedback because I like the property.

Conveniency, near to the famous places in ho chi Minh. Don’t worry about the needed things you need to buy since there’s also convenient stores downstairs. Don’t be worry about foods, as the hotel is near food places and there’s all stalls that selling bahn mi.

Nothing about this place

We were really disappointed with this hotel. It is nothing like in the pictures nor the property description. we ended up had to check out the next day because the hotel was so dirty and nasty. We rent 2 room and both rooms have moody walls and a tone of black mold on the bathroom wall! Additionally, our room was smell strong of smoke even though the property listed as none smoking hotel. The bathroom has a strong urine smell. The hotel overall is disgusting!!!
