Das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable

Location was great. Cleanliness was also good and room size was okay.

No breakfast option. There are no other facilities - just rooms. Credit card machine was not working on check in - they told me to pay on check out - upon check out the machine was not working again. The staff forced me to go to an ATM.

Vị trí trung tâm, khách sạn sạch sẽ, chuyên nghiệp. Phòng nghỉ tiện nghi cơ bản, bố trí hợ lý.. Khách sạn có dịch vụ massage tốt. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng ăn, quán bar, đường phố sạch sẽ, thuận tiện đi lại. Tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn khi có cần thiết.

The property was clean and in a great location. Son and the other staff were so nice and helpful. Every time I walked in and out they greeted me warmly, and answered any question I had about the area.

There was nothing to complain about.

La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur l'escalier de service dont la lumière s'allumait régulièrement la nuit et passait à travers les rideaux et il y avait un bruit de machine (vroum, vroum) toute la nuit derrière le mur de notre lit. J'ai donc très très mal dormi !

Réservation pour 4 nuits. Impossible d'avoir une eau chaude pour la douche, tout juste tiède. Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée le 1er soir notre chambre avait été attribuée à une autre personne et sans nous avoir prévenus le Manager nous avait réservé une chambre dans un hotel adjacent pas vraiment de la même catégorie !!! Les serviettes de toilette étaient tachées, la baignoire sale (poils, cafard mort...) Nous avons récupéré notre chambre le lendemain pour les 3 nuits restantes, par contre on nous a fait payer les 4 nuits comme prévu au tarif initial sans aucune compensation pour le désagrément subit....

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It was accurate to the pictures. The hotel was in a very convenient location, just adjacent to the Ben Thanh Market. The hotel staff are very friendly, they even upgraded us to a room with a balcony. I would stay here again and would recommend it to family & friends.

Keep in mind there is a 3% charge if you're paying by card. Since we arrived at 3 am, the front staff suggested that we get cash and pay the next morning instead. It was very nice and accommodating of them.

The staff were lovely. The rooms have everything you need. It's in a great location and is so clean.

Les personnes de l’hôtel sont compétentes, ils ont répondu tous les demandes que on est besoin. L’hôtel est récent et propre. À côté de tout, le marché Ben Thanh, la rue du piéton de Nguyen Hue, la cathédrale de Saïgon, la poste centrale.

La salle de bain est petite, Si elle est un peu plus grand, Je vais donner la note 10.

Great stay! Excellent location within easy walking distance to Bến Thành Market and many restaurants/cafés. Rooms were very clean, it has an elevator, and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

The only minor downside was that the door locks take a bit of time to figure out since they’re not the usual hotel style. I hope they consider changing to keycards in the future, but it didn’t make my stay bad. Overall, still highly recommended!

Excellent location. Good value for money. Good sound proofing - very little street noise. Excellent staff!! Very nice and helpful. The staff, especially Eddy, made the stay great.

Cold water in the shower

Very new. Very clean. They give the room a turnover once a day. We stayed at two other places in District One before finding this venue. And those other places were dirty and just uncomfortable to stay in. However, Luxury Suite Hotel & Spa gave us tremendous peace of mind, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that can be improved in my opinion is the shower can be a little bigger. It also takes a minute or two for the water to get hot. But these are minor quibble.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Auf Wunsch können im Hotel auch Massagedienstleistungen in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Lage ist zentral und von zahlreichen Restaurants, Massagestudios sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten umgeben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig; man hört nahezu alles, was auf der Straße sowie außerhalb des Zimmers im Hotel passiert. Ohropax sind daher unbedingt zu empfehlen. Bei Kartenzahlung wurde ein Aufschlag von 3 % erhoben.

Great location, easy to get to the independence palace, central post office as well as to all the shopping malls. Many food places nearby. Very clean. Room is spacious, comfortable bed. Reasonable price.

The water in the shower takes long to get warm.

I stayed in room 402. The TV couldnt connect with online channels and youtube. Thats the only main problem I noticed.

It was nice and brand new, and in walking distance to everything, Minh catered to all my needs especially with having a 1 year old son, hotel staff was very nice and polite, make sure to ask for Minh and he will make sure all your needs are catered for 🫶🏻

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, sehr zentral und mittendrin. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung schick, alles sehr neu. Vom Balkon eine tolle Aussicht.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist es abends relativ laut durch die Musik der umliegenden Bars und Restaurants.

Unfortunately, the noise from the club next door was very loud until it closed.

La camera era spaziosa, curata e pulitissima. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade pagando una piccola differenza e ne è valsa la pena. Lo staff è gentile, premuroso e sempre pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. I ragazzi della reception sono stati estremamente gentili nel tenerci le valigie due giorni durante una nostra escursione. Grazie mille Jon! :)

Both Johnson and Eddy were exceptionally friendly and helpful . All the best for them. The hotel was new and centrally located.

Cheating by the management. In spite of repeatedly informing them that I would be at the hotel around 9 pm. The hotel denied me accommodation and provided a downgraded room for the night in a neighboring hotel. I had the reservation for 3 nights. They made some profit by renting out my room to someone else while giving me an inferior room in another hotel. I had also asked for a room with a view but they didnt give after agreeing to give. I want justice.

We altered our time of arrival from early morning to late in the afternoon by email to the hotel via Booking.com and they acknowledged the change in arrival time. When we arrived, they referred us to the initial arrival time and now had no rooms available. We were very disappointed with the Hotel and in particular the unhelpful reception staff. Then we had to find new accommodation while lugging our luggage around.

So central, only a short walk to all the main places to visit. Very clean, staff were very helpful and polite

The only complain I can have is that our room didn’t have a window with a view. But hey, what can you do? I got the most affordable room, so obviously it won’t have a window with a view.

Very clean, perfect location, enough space, nice balcony. Everything was in very good condition, freshly renovated. The price-performance ratio was very good.

The beds were a bit hard and at night the music was loud from the streets, but when you close all windows it was fine.

O just left this wonderful hotel in the center of Saigon, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Despite its central location, it’s a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a cozy atmosphere and attentive service that made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll return to on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Really convienient location, brand new room, the host, Eti, was very friendly and helpful with check in when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay again on coming back to Ho Chi Minh

We liked everything about this hotel, it is perfectly located, walking distance to every sightseeing attraction, and also to Vincom Mall, and Sai Gon Center, around the corner to Ben Thanh Market, I am sure one may not find a more perfect stay in HCM. The reception guys are very nice, always smiling and helping, the massage at the hotel is amazing, the hotel is new and spotless clean, the cleanest place we stayed in Vietnam, the cleaning lady makes wonders everyday and the room always welcome you with a soft and nice fragrance. We have missed this place everyday since we left and hope one day we will be back, we really felt like home there. Aaa, and the bars and restaurants downstairs are very good.

There is nothing to mention here, the place is wonderful from all points of view, you will not regret staying there.

The room is very clean and spacious, very nice and accommodating staffs, central location. We walked to Nguyen Huệ walking street and Bui Viện walking street. The hotel is 3 minute walk to Bến thành market

The hotel is at a great location - you walk out and it has all the best restaurants and pubs. Our room was spacious and clean but our window was overlooking the fire exit staircase - hence no natural light or ventilation. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Highly recommend if you plan to visit HCM. The room is very clean and new, and the staff is very kind. The location is convenient to tourist attractions (Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien, Nguyen Hue Walking Street). It is also close to the Metro, the newly opened subway in HCM.

I assume the hotel was new as the bedroom interiors were all new and modern. The room was serviced daily and everything was always clean and immaculate. Very central location!

The bed was incredibly hard, making it awfully uncomfortable. The water pressure of the shower was also questionable. I had a rather terrible massage experience, I wouldn’t utilise the spa service or recommend it to anyone.

I liked that everything was so new, so clean and shining. Bedsheets was so clean and white. Internet was excellent as well

There were no window in my room, they were but they look to backyard stairs, there was no any daylight into them, and for me it is very important to have daylight. The hotel should let people know in advance about it, in my opinion

Friendly stuff, good location.

Hotel is brand new (2024), so everything is in excellent condition and sparkling clean. Location is ideal in a very central area with many restaurants, bars, etc. close by, and walking distance to many places of interest. My room had a balcony which was great for watching the street scene below. Room was spacious, and looked exactly as in the photos. Manager was very friendly and helpful, and speaks good English.

When I stayed the hot water was not working properly, but I was told that this was being seen to, so hopefully is good by now. Mattress was very firm - not an issue for me, but if you prefer a softer bed, be warned. But this is not uncommon in Vietnam.
