Reviewed Oct 14, 2025各项用品齐备，位置绝佳，房子后面还有一个专属露天浴缸，卧室前有一个露台，下面就是海湾，风景非常好。 开车上去的话，较窄的转弯对新手会有挑战，不过只要不着急，都可以顺利停进车位。Chris在房子下面有一个专属车位，停在白线内即可。也能停在房前（难度略大一点点）。因为是依山别墅，所以行李需要手提上去，不过对于其他优点来说，这应该不算什么。到达这里需要严格按导航走，别开太快，以免错过上山的小路。 提示：第一次进房子的入口，在侧面有密码的门，密码问房东要，以后可以走玻璃门

The driveway is very steep with a sharp hairpin bend. This is hard to navigate for an experienced driver and would e good to show and e upfront out on the listing as not everyone would cope.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024Stunning cabin with gorgeous water views. It had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Loved the collection of books the owners provided - we loved reading the sweet had written notes inside, it gave a little glimpse into the owners and the love they have for each other.
Car space was a tad tricky to get into, but owners provided great instructions and the neighbour was very considerate and patient when we were manoeuvring out. The door way between the hallway/laundry and the kitchen as you enter is oddly a bit narrow.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The best accommodation in my trip of New Zealand. Facilities are new and clean, very comfortable with good view. My kids also enjoy climbing the ladder to the bed on the loft. Kitchen contains almost everything that you need. I would rather live here for a longer time, not only one night. The host is very nice, sending message before we arrival in order to give clear guidance on how to reach here. We feel warmly welcomed. Recommend to everybody who needs to live in Dunedin.

The steep driveway was a bit challenging first up but we got use to it quite quickly - the host kindly warned us before the time. The loft bedroom is unique and quite fine for younger people but it could be quite challenging for a 60 year old.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2024It was a beautiful view looking out the harbour, we could sit and have coffee watching boats and birds on the water. It was peaceful and there was a bird feeder and Tui birds came to visit which was lovely. The cabin is small but well thought out, the hosts have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived, we asked for some extra bedding and they came straight away to sort it out for us. Excellent service. All in all a delightful place to stay
The one drawback is the steep driveway with some turns. It was a bit challenging when we arrived in the rain but there were good instructions and we got used to it so no trouble really.
