The accommodation was clean, value for money and the owner is always available on call at anytime... The service was good, the bedrooms are a distance from one another offering privacy.

No back up power, a wifi extender is required as you can't connect to the wifi while on bedrooms, Ice machine was not working including the pool heater

Some minor maintenance issues. Initial lack of communication with host. TV did not work despite requesting assistance. Pool heater not functional.

It was the perfect holiday place with the family, very peaceful and with an amazing padstal just 5km from the premises.

The house and it's contents. The owners thought of everything that you would need. It's fully furnished and fully equipped.

The monkeys occasionally passed by but didn't bother us. Unfortunately the smart TV needs stronger attention on the connection...we couldn't watch DStv or any Netflix...no option for us to use own accounts. Looks like there was network issues or connectivity issues. Bring on smart TV converter or laptop if you like TV.

It is a very beautiful spacious villa and the surroundings have great ambience

1. The place itself is beautiful and very peaceful with the basic amenities one could need. 2. The buck was readily available mornings and evenings right up to our door. 3. Lovely golf course.

1. The road about 8km to the house is atrocious (gravel and potholes). The owners should put this as a cautionary note. So you are quite limited in terms of moving around unless you want to risk your tyres. 2. Very poor communication from the house agent in terms of key access and also non responsive. We arrived as per the scheduled check-in time. No key code was provided. The agent responded 24 hours after our arrival. Despite my calls and whatsapp messages. Fortunately, the security team was able to get hold of the actual owners who provided us with the pin code (thank you to them). By far, it is the worst check-in experience we have ever had.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were well spaced and the property is big enough to cater for 8 people easily.

The following were some issues: The aircons don't work The pool heater not working was a big drawback The pool table cloth is torn in the center The pool cues were damaged The darts were broken There isn't enough lights outside the rooms

It’s a spacious house. The kitchen had most utensils/ items we required. Enough kitchen towels, foil and cling wrap ✨the bar area is convenient with a bar fridge and working ice machine 👌

A lot of sun exposure , little shaded spaces. The boma is quiet far from the house with lots of trees - considering snakes it was uncomfortable. Great spot for star gazing though

The gravel road was long and I had hired a car and this struggled on it. It worked, but struggled.

The view was AMAZING!!!

The apartment was dirty with spider webs on the corners, it was evident that there was zero effort in cleaning the apartment before our arrival. Not only was the house dirty but there were also no cleaning services throughout our stay, no clean towels and sheets to change daily. The only nice thing about staying there was the view, other than that TERRIBLE!!

The house was stunning and beautiful. Clean and as per the pictures. Just pray there is no power outage during your stay and dstv is paid during your stay or else you will not fully enjoy your stay.

There was no backup power or gas stove. Very disappointing in such a beautiful house as, we ended up with no power for the stay. We arrived on Friday and there was power then on Saturday till Sunday there was no power. We found out that the power outages is a common thing in the area therefore the owners and agent are fully aware yet do not disclose this before hand. No dstv, it was not paid so TV was off.

Everything! The spacious rooms, the gorgeous properties, the tranquility of the area. Everything was catered for. One of the best places to stay at to experience a luxurious escape from the city life.

Rooms are all en suite, aircon’ed and separate from the main house. Bar area had its own fridge and there is a pool table and darts area. All swimming and bath towels included.

Freezer in the house doesn’t work well. Ice machine not working. No wood included. Aircon in one of the rooms wasn’t working. Only 4 loungers however is an 8 sleeper. No WiFi.

The place was very spacious, clean and beautiful, Really get a good feel of being away from the city life.

In my experience of going out. This is the best I have found. The service, housekeeping and peaceful. It was amazing. I’m recommending it to everyone . The tranquility 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Dirty bathrooms and cleaning staff arrived before checkout time.

Wonderful, spacious house with bedrooms detached from main living area which makes perfect for families and friends creating space even when being right next to each other. Beautiful golf estate with plenty of buck all around. Clean, tidy and modern, absolutely fabulous.

The gravel road leading up to the golf estate is not the best quality road, hard on small cars.

The view is stunning the layout of the house is perfect each room with its own bathroom exceptional overall a stunning house

The heated pump for the swimming pool didnt seem to work… maybe invest in a gas stove for those loadshedding days especially the early morning sheds and you need some coffee and you cant have… the deck need some maintenance

The house had every conceivable gadget. The pool was nice and warm.

The filth from the dishes to the bedrooms, pool was also not clean. Very rude owner who doesn’t respect her guests. Cleaners were brought to the property at 08h45, over an hour before our check-out to clean as we were there.

The accommodation was perfect for our two-night stay, hosting customers for a golf day.

House 197 was the perfect house to host my friends and loved ones. The house was spotless, it was fully equipped with all that we needed and more. The surroundings were peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations and we're definitely going back. I'm one very happy customers.

A suggestion would be back up power, if possible, especially during high stages of loadshedding. But we were given the loadshedding schedule and were able to plan around it. I loved that we were supplied with rechargeable lights. Thank you for that.

We loved everything about property. It is beautifully decorated with large spacious rooms. The house is centrally located with a great view.
