Good location, and view of unit very good.. The unit clean well maintained. The facilities in house very good and well maintained.

The unit does not more rubbish bin, no shampoo and place to hang clothes.

It’s beautiful cheap the guy that rents it is so lovely very nice

It was comfortable to stay and maybe will repeat again soon..

1. I booked for sea view unit, this is valid 2. 65 Inch TV probbably? But it's Big enough 3. This time their wifi is working, CelcomDigi I presumed. 4. Cozy place 5. Can fit 5 Pax. 6. Details to check-in was done properly Overall Im satisfied, except, if you just wanted to crashing out not recommended as this require abit preparation.

1. Owner is restrictive. Alot of house rules. For example, owner resquested each pax and including emergency contact person picture of Mykad/ passport a week before check-in which is very inconvenient However, for my case I only submitted for attendees only and no queries afterwards. Plus it was done outside Booking.com which is no safety interms of data control (don't forget to crossing out your ID/passport). These are my first encounter from any JQ owner. 2. There is abit smells like someone used to smoke inside the apartment before, luckily it was not too strong. Maybe they tried to clean that up before. Maybe... 3. Incomplete toiletries, they only provide one liquid hygiene inside the shower room, no label, so not safe to use it. So far along my stays here at JQ this is my first time encountered this issue.

Good location.

Easy self check in and out procedure. Nice big unit with two separate bedrooms. Has all the amenities. Convenience stores and lots of restaurants just below. Walking distance to a few big night markets. Just near the sea, so beautiful view of the sunset

Bad experience staying at this homestay — I’m wondering why it has such high ratings. No parking at all. We were asked to provide our car plate number, but there was no free parking. So why even ask for it? 😕 Uncomfortable bed. I didn’t sleep well at all. Poor furniture & cleanliness. The furniture looked badly made — the table was broken, the sofa collapsed when someone sat on it. The place was dirty and obviously not cleaned properly.

Too many house rules upon checkin. I understand if the host had bad experiences with other tourists before, but doing the dishes and throwing the trash upon checkout seems a bit too much. What.s next, to laundry the bedsheets and vacuum the floor? Why is there a cleaning fee then?

Location was great!. We found a good resturant below the building, great Seaview from the unit.

The unit was a bit dusty, as it trigger my sinus allergy.. ( just me) other family member are happy with the stay.

The reception service in providing check in and check out is great, good location with cafe and groceries shopping facilities

There is a constant water running down to the down pipe in my unit, not sure if it is due to water leakage but is not from the unit i stayed, therefore, i did not report to the management.

Apartment was ok with all we needed for three nights (even washing machine). Close to jetty.

Sometimes little bit noisy (from outside or from corridor).

La literie est très molle, et malgré le fait que l'on soit au 21 ème étage, il y avait des mini fourmis partout qui sorte par le mur entre la salle de bain et la machine a laver. Malgré le fait que nous n'avions pas de nourriture dans l'appartement, elles ont envahi les trousses de toilettes..

No free parking available and parking fee per day is very expensive. The toilet seat and shower tap need fixing.

Very comfortable and nice location. The owner is very helpful.

Very clean, neat and tidy house. Its cozy worth the money. It has seaview, kitchen are acceptable to cook. Would love to repeat here again someday. thank you host!
