Reviewed Sep 2, 2026We stayed at KEEN Suites-Jesselton Quay with 2 adults and 3 young children, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable enough for our family. The sea view was beautiful, especially from the higher floor. 🌊 The location was also excellent — very convenient and close to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah and many shops and food places. We really appreciated having a kitchen and basic cooking facilities, which was very convenient when travelling with young children. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Nothing major. We had a pleasant stay overall.

There was a strong cockroach repellent smell around the queen bed in the master bedroom, which made me quite difficult to fall asleep

No parking to park car outside,as need to go all the way up to 32rd floor to get mailbox room than back to ur unit which is lower than the mailbox room.multilevel car park a bit confusing.

They provide only one key, and electricity works only if you leave the card insert in the electricity spot. This means if I want to go to the gym or for a walk, my partner in this case, couldn’t do anything inside, not even charge the phone. We asked for an extra key and they couldn’t provide because the owner would not allowed, so they came back to us with no solution at the end of the stay. This is very annoying

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Great stay! The place is clean, hygienic, and comfortable. It’s very convenient with retail outlets on the ground floor and easily accessible to KK city. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!
Area for improvement: The lifts can get wet from pool users. It would be good to keep the lift area dry and clean

The apartment is in poor condition, infested with cockroaches, and the tap was almost falling off. We were only given one set of keys, making it difficult for the group to go out separately.

Yg tak best nya , dalam term dia ada bgtau deposit 14 hari bkerja baru refund.. rasanya tak sesuai hold lama sangat deposit client.. dah kalah2 refund duit dr bank.. yg ni tak berbaloii lahhh nak tunggu refund lama2 walaupun akan dpt juga.. yg ni term sangat lah tak sesuai ya dalam sewa homestay.. hotel pun malam stay , esok dah dpt deposit smula.. better owner ubah term.. sbb sgtlah merapu 😌😌

When checkout time, lift usage will become crowded especially when holiday season. So please plan your checkout time properly.

The condo is marketed as luxury, but it’s far from it. There is linoleum flooring held together by pieces of scotch tape, an overall cheap feel to it, and some really weird rules - eg, if you don’t use the electricity key card correctly… you get charged??? Bizarre. Also we didn’t have a WiFi password during our stay - they told us there was a sticker by the tv but it had been removed.
