Lovely clean modern well worth a stay

Not enough towels

I forgot about breakfast. Not sure how it worked.

The view was not spectacular.

Finding the hotel was an experience in itself. There is not a spe fiction address, " it is near Ayala and IT Park" The specifics if the location were texted 10 minutes after our arrival. The building is not named ' Chic n Cozy '. Upon arrival we were informed that we did not have a booking???? ,despite the fact that we produced our Booking number. After a lot of to and fro we were checked in. Apparently, the unit is owned by a Malaysian and managed by an unpublished complex owner. We were informed that the contact number for the booking was a Malaysian number. Would certainly not recommend this experience to others. Booking . Com must have some responsibility and complicity in this comedy. A long history with Booking. Com, but this is an unacceptable error and poor communication. Not again.

Friendly staff and a lovely hotel

It’s a great new building . Super safe and clean . Has lovely pool and gym . In the outer building you have laundry and a cafe both amazing and a 7/11. The owner is really easy to communicate with and providing it been cleaned will let you check in early

More towels available would be nice

I've stayed here before and will stay again..... Nice room, clean, comfortable bed, good WiFi and streaming accounts. Warm shower and balcony..... The building itself is good too, fast elevators, friendly staff... Pool and gym are good too (included)

The ability to cook my meals

The location is away from Cebu It Park. The mall is a 20 minute walk from the location. There is no shuttle service unless you call a taxi for transportation. Maybe invest in a shuttle service

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It had all the necessary amenities, and the swimming pool was a great addition. Its location is perfect, as it is very close to major attractions and key areas in Cebu 👌🏻

Honestly, everything was great, and I had no issues during my two-day stay

Centre of city, property room was amazing for solo traveller. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in in all my travels!!!

Aircon was too loud to be turned on during the night.

La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Excepto el baño que olía mal. Hay balcón, gimnasio y piscina que están bien.

Estamos muy decepcionados con el trato al cliente que hemos recibido. Llegamos mi pareja y yo por la mañana despues de pasar toda la noche entre aviones y, no nos permitieron ni usar las zonas comunes ni dejar nuestro equipaje durante 4h de espera. Staff muy borde, muy poco comprensivo y a penas levantaron la vista del móvil.

A bit over-priced for non-business customers and Personal trips. Dark & clumsy environment outside the property needs some improvement tomgige a safe feel at night.

🛏️✨ Feels Like Home! We booked this stay via Booking.com for jus almost ₱1,500/night—super sulit! The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfy, and the pool was a relaxing treat. It wasn’t crowded, which made it feel extra peaceful. The TV worked well, and we loved having a kitchen to cook our own meals. We had a great stay! 📍Location is super close to home, so it really felt like a second home to us. 👶🌊 Heads-up for families: - The kids’ slide by the pool is a bit high—not ideal for toddlers around 2 years old. - No toothpaste provided, so bring your own essentials. - The sauna works, but you’ll need staff assistance to turn it on. 🍽️ Kitchen Tip: There’s no dishwasher or dish dryer, so we got creative—used the induction cooker (with a towel on top) to dry our plates and pans after cooking. It worked fine. But still the best because they hvave complete utensils 🛁 Bathroom Highlights: Hot and cold shower works well, there’s a vanity mirror, and a small rack to stack your essentials—super handy for organizing toiletries. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Tips: - Check-in was express—just show your Booking.com confirmation and valid IDs. Staff will hand you the key card and tell you your room number. - App says check-in is at 3:00 PM, but we were allowed to check in earlier once the room was ready—very convenient! - Booking app lists check-out at 12:00 PM, but the room’s reminder note says 11:00 PM, which was confusing. Best to clarify with staff ahead of time. ✅ Overall, it was a smooth and comfy experience. Would definitely come back!

Communication was very easy after booking and replies were prompt and kind. Guard at lobby was friendly too.. It is homey, clean and organized... I also love the small table and two chairs in the balcony. they are attentive to details (a small scissors was available to cut the shampoo sachet), a hair dryer is provided. Location is ok, about 10 min walk to Ayala I.T. Park and about 10 min walk to St Therese Catholic Church. Highly recommended.
