Reviewed Jun 29, 2026لص مخادع صاحب الشقه حجزت عن طريق الموقع ودفعت المبلغ اون لاين كامل وتواصل معه وارسلت له رقم تأكيد الحجز وأكد لي الحجز لما وصلت مطار كوالالمبور أتصل فيه مايرد وبعد ذالك أخذت تكسي من المطار إلى مقر الأقامه أتفاجا من حارس الأمن يقول لي تم حجز الشقه للشخص أخر مع أني سددت الفاتورة بالكامل تشتت بالليل ابحث عن فندق اخر إلى الساعه 3 فجرا انا واولادي.. لا أنصح بسكن في هذي الشقق ابدا تجنب للبهدله
عدم مصداقيه صاحب الشقه شخص كذاب وغير صادق مع اني ارسلت له تأكيد الحجز ولم اسكن فيه.. اطالب بحقي باسترجاع مبلغ الحجز

It got a bit hot as there were was no ac in the living area and we couldn’t get them to work in the kids rooms. Some tea and coffee would be a nice touch

Run down property. Several door knob broken, fixtures broken. Storage underneath sink was unorganised and dirty. Check-in procedures were not smooth.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025- House super clean, very spacious, have iron & hair dryer. - Bathroom very clean, hot water installed, soap & shampoo prepared. - Kitchen utensils all complete. - Bedroom 1 queen bed, bedroom 2&3 2 single bed each room, all room have 1 extra mattress, btw no table or wall mirror. The only mirror is inside the wardrobe's door & bathroom. - The house key super easy to get from mail box. - Need to prepare driving licence in advance for registration at guard house. - Parking for 1 car only. Others car can park outside guard house but near to walk to the lift. Overall very satisfied.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025We only stayed here for a very short amount of time so didn’t get to explore the facilities. The room was clean and basic but good for a transit before a flight.
It was further away from the airport than we expected and a little bit remote. Our cab driver said that not many taxis come to the area as it’s too far.

It had all types of insects, ants in bed, ants in walls, was not clean, furniture old, no paper in toilet, Pictures are NOT realistic, didnt even have any type of ammenities. Did not expect it to be like this. Need to do a whole qr request even to enter with the uber which was very uncomfortable.

Istruzioni per entrare abbastanza chiare tuttavia alle sbarre all’ingresso il personale è fortemente maleducato e non collaborativo. Appartamento dentro un residence popolare, letti puliti ma blatte nel bagno.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2023strategic location..near to movenpick klia, about 15-20min. got to transfer deposit of rm150. host is very kind..got rm5 rebate upon refunding the deposit. house is very clean. 3bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. got wet & dry kitchen. TQ host for the hospitality!
just that the parking lot was parked by an unknown car. 😅 but it's ok.. only 1 car can park inside, another car park outside. got 1 access card..need to use the card while using the lift.

The management of the building are so demanding. Wanted us to park our Singapore car outside of the security guard post for visitor. This part are so annoying as our cars are so valuable and pricey. We can't even park the cars beside the pool whereas there's a big word stated Visitor. So what is the different??? When voice out, the management simply can reply "NEXT TIME DON'T BOOKED THIS UNIT".. This is so ridiculous. You should train your management on how to be courtesy to visitor.
