Location and accomadation. Clean amd tidy.

Only 1 room iquiped with air-conditioning. 1 bathroom with water heater.

Great location, value for money, easy check in & very friendly host. The beds is very comfy.

All is good. It is great if there is hot and cold water dispenser and air cooler in all area.

Rumah bersih, selesa. semuanya ok. swimming pool pun ok. Host pun baik dan bagi early check in since takde guest sebelum kitorang. kedai makan pun dekat sbb kami memang takde plan nak masak2 walaupun rumah tu ada dapur

L’appartement était grand. La suite parentale avec la salle de bain dans la chambre était bien. L’hôte répondait vite et était disponible. Le parking gratuit était spacieux et avec un accès au bâtiment de l’appartement. À seulement 20min du circuit de moto gp. Les ventilos ont bien fonctionné le temps de notre séjour. La sécurité en bas de l’immeuble était top.

Il n’y avait pas de draps pour les lits d’après l’hôte il faut les ramener de chez nous (sauf que nous venions de France et nous ne venons pas avec nos draps c’était une première pour nous!). Il n’y avait pas de lessive pour faire une machine au vu de la chaleur qu’il faisait c’est vraiment dommage. Il y avait des câbles électriques juste à côté de la première douche. Nous sommes restés sans eau chaude le dernier jour. Une smart tv avec laquelle on ne peut pas caster de film c’est dommage. Mauvaise isolation le vent soufflait et ça faisait taper la baie vitrée du salon. On entendait ce qui se passait à l’extérieur. Les serviettes étaient pas top pour se sécher avec. Le frigo ne sentait pas bon.

Absolutely nothing, the apartment was dirty, cockroaches everywhere, doors hanging off of cupboards, shower heads taped on, loose wires in the shower, toilet leaked into a bucket, the toilet wasn’t flushed from the previous user, mould in the fridge/freezer, stains on the bed and only 1 bedroom has AC.

I didn’t like a single thing about the apartment, I spent an hour there and left, I couldn’t sleep in that place.

The host waited for us at the lobby. The apartment is huge with two bathrooms and a lot of comfort. We have been there for just one night before the flight. Nice view from the windows. The host offered us the service for the transfer to the airport.

No hot water, no toilet paper. The neighborhood is terrible, with some restaurants but nobody speaks English.

Overall I like the detailed explanation given by the staff and his quick response to my question, the house was clean, spacious room, wifi, netflix, free parking available.

The only thing is that there is only one room with air conditioner. The other two rooms and living room have no air conditioner. For me who personally cant sleep well in hot weather was a downside for me, but other facilities are top notch, so for others who does not mind sleeping without air conditioner, this house is a very good choice for family to stay.

The owner was very responsive. Check in and check out was very smooth. The house was also very clean.

The property is clean, well maintained, spacious.

Condo was well kept and clean. Had all necessary items for smooth and enjoyable stay. Has washing machine, iron board, iron for quick ironing. Has TV with internet for entertainment.. Fridge is big enough for drinks and ice. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

The welcoming staff and house-spacing

Quiet location with beautiful view, Spacious apartment with good privacy, well secured place, good quality free WiFi, proximity to shops, friendly and extremely accommodative host. Our special request for early checkin was accommodated straightaway and we were also offered pickup and drop.

Location of the property is a bit far from airport which is not really a problem. Travelling with young kids, it was a little inconvenient not having milk at the accommodation to start with. And this could be an issue with our expectation as it could be absolutely normal in KL whereas all accommodations in our place offers milk.
