It’s super nice, comfortable, clean and very good location in the middle of everything. The host was very flexible and helpful.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Συντάγματος. Μια θέση ιδανική για όποιον σκοπεύει να κινηθεί στο κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο και παρέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ολιγοήμερη διαμονή.

Το μπάνιο είναι ουσιαστικά ένα γυάλινο κουβούκλιο, όμορφο αισθητικά αλλά ιδιαίτερο καθώς δεν παρέχει απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα ή ηχομόνωση.

The location great and the view from the Balcony of the Acropolis was amazing.

Great location to visit Athens, with a stunning view on the acropolis, air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Very helpful and supportive staff (very reactive in case of need).

Nothing really. Maybe the apartment could have been larger, but I guess I'm the centre of Athens each square metre counts. :)

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from an alarm system in the middle of the night that was quite disturbing. It was on multiple times. Probably from a nearby building.

Rustige buurt

De ligging van het appartement oogt wat in de getto. We kregen geen uitleg over het feit dat er verschillende deuren en een hekken is die sluit na een bepaald uur. Het was even zoeken naar de juiste sleutels zonder dat we wisten die te hebben ontvangen. De volgende ochtend, voor onze vlucht, zat het buitenhek geblokkeerd. Hierdoor zaten we opgesloten. Gelukkig had ik mijn vriend mee die met brute kracht het hek alsnog kon openen.

The view from the terrace is amazing! The location is great, too. It is very close to the city center, and two metro stations: Syntagma and Monastiraki. Every detail of the apartment was carefully considered, and you will find many helpful amenities during your stay. The staff is also very caring, friendly, and patient. They respond quickly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in the heart of Athens.

The flat has been well renovated, even though the building is old, and the elevator is small. I think most of the other apartments are used as offices. During the day, you can hear the elevator, but I do not think it is a big deal unless you are too sensitive to any voice.

The view of the Acropolis from the balcony was great! The location was very convenient - easy to get to Monastiraki and Syntagma, and lots of shops and restaurants around. We walked everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine and airer were very useful and our clothes dried quickly in the Athens heat. The shutters blocked out the light and noise from outside.

There wasn’t much space to put our suitcases, and it was a bit hard to move around because it was a bit small and cluttered with furniture. The lifts next to our room were a bit noisy, but they weren’t used much at night. The building itself wasn’t flash, but it was convenient.

Great unit plenty of room right in the centre of Athens. Easy to check in and out.

The lift wasn't working quite common by looking at comments and 6 flights if stairs wasn't fun.

* Das Zimmer war schmutzig und am Boden lagen dutzende Haare. Auch stand der benutze und schmutzige Swiffer im Zimmer herum. * Nikos wurden die Fotos der Verschmutzung übermittelt, aber er hat nichts dagegen unternommen. * Die blaue Bettdecke war fleckig und der Matratzenschoner war überseht mit dunklen Flecken und Haaren, welche durch das Leintuch hindurch deutlich sichtbar waren. * Der Toaster ist nicht benutzbar, da das Kabel mit Isolierband notdürftig repariert wurde. * Die Aussicht ist in einen Innenhof mit Klimaanlagen. * Die Fotos vom Zimmer sind irreführend, die Dusche hat nur einen Vorhang und keine Türe. Der Vorhang endet deutlich über dem Boden, sodass das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft. * Das Apartment hat keine Notausgangsbeleuchtung, obwohl es vorgeschrieben ist.

Nicely designed small apartment, covering all the needs you may have. In an excellent location in Athens, between Plaka and Monasteraki. The instructions for key pickup were very easy to follow.

The bathroom provides little intimacy, both when showering or using the toilet

Konumu mükemmler 2 adımda merkezdesiniz. Giriş ve çıkış çok rahattı. Ev temiz rahat, yeteri kadar büyük, çok rahat ettik, hızlı iletişim için teşekkür ederiz. Eksik hiçbir şey yoktu.

Great place to stay in Athens. Our room had a very large balcony with a magnificent view of the Acropolis ( I gather there's a communal roof terrace as well so even if you book one of the other apartments you don't necessarily miss out on this) Apartment had everything we needed as a couple, very clean, great location.

There was a restaurant / bar hosting a DJ set inside the building lobby which was super loud until the early hours of the morning.

Great location and well equipped.

The balcony didn’t have a view of the Acropolis unless you looked through the bamboo screening divide between the properties and then it was only a tiny part of it. This apartment is an open room with a separate bathroom and the bedroom is only partially screened off. A bit like a bedsit. The bed wasn’t fully made so we thought there was only a bedspread to sleep under and didn’t find the folded sheet until the next morning as it was under the bedspread and had fallen on the floor. The staircase to walk up to the apartment is very tatty looking. The corridor downstairs is locked at night. We felt uncomfortable with this should there be a fire, you would need to take your keys with you to escape.

Besides the view, there wasn’t THAT much else that was great about the apartment. The bed and pillows are SO hard and uncomfortable.. both my husband and I barely slept the 2 nights we stayed and my neck is really not good (I literally can’t turn my head and look left) I ended up having to sleep using the small couch cushion on the second night (however this wasn’t much better) The apartment is quite small, so if you have 2 large suitcases, it’s a squeeze. A few small things could really make this apartment much better (in my opinion): - 2 additional pillows that are softer to give people an option (current pillows are very hard) - Replace the filter coffee machine with a pod machine - Replace the shower curtain with a sliding glass screen

Stylish, spacious, well equipped apartment in a convenient location. The communication and key collection was smooth. It was very quiet in the apartment at night.

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped apartment, and lots of communication from the host in advance so everything was clear. The view was superb.

The room was well-equipped with a lovely (slightly obstructed) view of the Acropolis. The room was spacious that led out onto a balcony. I wish we could've stayed there longer, but we will definitely be rebooking for our next trip to Athens.

Romvis street did not seem like the safest street as there was a lot of security measures to get in and out of the building (a security gate and a main door which had to be unlocked) but we never felt unsafe. Also, not a big fan of the shower curtain which seemed to be obsessed with becoming one with my leg.

El balcón aterrazado con vista al Partenon UNICO, igual que la foto. La ubicación a 100 mts de la calle peatonal comercial y a 100 mts de lugares increibles para comer almorzar y cenar. El personal atento a todas las consultas.

The location is great, the bed surprisingly was comfortable and the area was quiet. The apartment was clean enough.

The building is too old, the photos are not sufficient and it was a shock when I got inside the apartment. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom, which needs renovation in order to be in acceptable level(photos attached). There are 2 windows which have curtains and blinds; the blind in one window is broken and there is no replacement (you can see the base above the window)

The communication with the host was excellent. Even if the room is in a very central area (only 3 minutes walk from Syntagma Square and literally 30 seconds from Ermou Street), it was very quite in the room when the windows are closed. It has air-condition, unlimited hot water and of course it is safe. Very good choice for the price.

Because there is no every-day cleaning, maybe a pair of polyester slippers in the rooms will be a good idea. But we had no issues with the cleanliness.

The location and the interior design of the apartment were excellent. Everything was well thought out and the space was quite clean.

There weren’t enough pillows, and the third bed only had a fleece blanket. Although it looked clean, we didn’t feel comfortable using it and would have preferred proper bed sheets.

Great location in the city center, for acceptable price.

It was not properly cleaned, our bed and the fridge was dirty. Some people mentioned before, that the noise of the elevator is very disturbing, and I have to say it is true, it was very loud during the whole night, which woke me up several times per night.

The only thing I would say is that there were at least 6-7 mosquitos which we had to hunt down in order to not fet bitten. Other than that we are happy with everything.

Nella foto sembra si veda il Partenone in realtà è in una via abbastanza degradata e il panorama è abbastanza tremendo

Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Location within Athens was great. Really appreciated the washing machine in the apartment.

Didn’t care for the noise from the neighbors who were having band practice late at night. Fortunately it was only 1 night and lasted for about an hour and a half. Also, the host accidentally sent us the wrong key pad code to access the door key so it took some time to sort that out. But once it was sorted, all was well.

This was my third stay here. This time I stayed in the A4 apartment. The house has a great design and a lovely terrace. The kitchen has all the equipment you need.

There was a coffee machine, but the coffee jar was empty. Also, the sugar jar was full of insects. Because of this, I could not be sure how old the coffee was. There is actually information about the hot water, but at a time when I needed to take a shower quickly and leave, I had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water.

הדירה יפה, נוחה, מאובזרת ובמיקום מעולה. כדאי להוסיף מראה גדולה, חוץ מזו שבמקלחת.

1. הדירה מריחה ממש רע מריח של סיגריות 2. הרעש בדירה היה נורא, החל מ-07.00 בבוקר הרגשנו כמו באתר בניה. 3. לא היה נוף בכלל לדירה, רק לבניין מעבר לרחוב.

Temizlik daha iyi olmalıydı. Yatakta, banyoda ve masada saçlar vardı. Duşakabin olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Birer şişe su ikram edilebilirdi.

The apartment was beautifully designed and very clean, even though I stayed for only one night.

It would be nice if you could provide at least two small bottles of water or one large bottle for guests when they arrive, especially for the first day.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους θέλουν άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και πολύ κοντά στους σταθμούς του μετρό Μοναστηράκι και Σύνταγμα. Στο διαμέρισμα του ρετιρέ που έμεινα, η βεράντα είναι μεγάλη, με έπιπλα κήπου και μεγάλες γλάστρες με φυτά και η θέα προς την Ακρόπολη είναι υπέροχη - και με παρέα μια πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη κεραμιδόγατα. Πολύ σημαντικό όσον αφορά στην ασφάλεια: νωρίς το βράδυ κλειδώνει και η είσοδος στην στοά που οδηγεί στην πολυκατοικία, και η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας και φυσικά η είσοδος του καταλύματος με κλειδαριά ασφαλείας (παρέλαβα τρία κλειδιά).

Το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται κάποιες επισκευές (χτυπημένη πόρτα μπάνιου, ντουλάπια που "άνοιξαν" από την υγρασία, ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου χρειάζεται καθάρισμα), αλλά γενικά είναι καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Ο θόρυβος από το ασανσέρ μπορεί να είναι ενοχλητικός, αλλά σταματάει η κίνηση το βράδυ. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άνετη και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σ' αυτό που ζήτησα, όμως δεν μπόρεσε να με εξυπηρετήσει, ώστε να αφήσω κάπου τα πράγματά μου μετά το check out στις 11 πμ μέχρι να φύγω από την πόλη το μεσημέρι - με παρέπεμψε σε locker. Ευγενική και καλοπροαίρετη σύσταση προς τον ιδιοκτήτη -και σε όλους τους ιδιοκτήτες: ένα μπουκάλι νερό για μας τους -ταλαιπωρημένους συνήθως από την κίνηση της πόλης- ταξιδιώτες, είναι όχι απλώς ευπρόσδεκτο, αλλά απαραίτητο, και σε σας κοστίζει ελάχιστα. Επίσης θα μπορούσατε να προσθέσετε και μια καφετιέρα espresso με κάψουλες.

η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανικη για τη δουλεια μου. πολυ κοντα στο χωρο της εργασιας μου με τα ποδια πηγα και διπλα στο μετρο.

δεν μου αρεσε οι εικονα της εισοδου. επισης κατι που δεν ειναι ιδαιτερης σημασιας αλλα θα μου αρεσε αν στον χωρο υπηρχε καποιο ειδος χαλιού

Very open space, comfortable bed, beautiful terrace, beautiful apartment.

La cama es excelente. El departamento es el mejor que estuvimos en nuestras vacaciones. Es muy espacioso y tranquilo, en un 6to piso subiendo por ascensor. La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer el acrópolis y alrededores.
