Fully equipped apartment, 15 min to Downtown

La posizione vicino metro )in 10 min so è in centro), treni e aeroport. Il quartiere nuovo, supermercato vicino Casa relativamente nuova anche se ha un bel po di riparazioni da fare

La sporcizia, i piatti in lavastoviglie erano sporchi, sotto il letto c'era un assorbente usato e tutto era molto molto sporco Nell'ascougatrice che ha terminato poco dopo il nostro arrivo c'erano asciugamani, canovacci, tappeti del bagno e pezzette tutto lavato ed asciugato insieme Nella maggior parte delle stanze l illuminazione è con lampade da terra e una funzionava male L'aaciugacapelli non è in dotazione Ho contattato l host più volte prima dell arrivo e anche con largo anticipo ma ha risposto solo la sera prima dell arrivo per cui abbiamo dovuto rivedere il nostri programmi

È un appartamento per 6 persone, enorme per una coppia.

Forse risulterebbe più accogliente se, oltre alla dotazione minima standard contrattuale, il cliente potesse trovare qualche utilità di cortesia, come caffè, tè, zucchero e simili. La pulizia della doccia deve essere migliorata negli angoli. Alcune coperte/copripiumoni sono strappate:devono essere sostituite. La biancheria da letto deve avere un aspetto meno spiegazzato e piu fresco di bucato. Completare la dotazione di luci ambiente (mancano ancora le luci a soffitto).

A localização. Estar todo equipado e ter muito espaço.

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Bella Center, vicino al supermarket. La casa è grande ed è accogliente.

La pulizia scarsa soprattutto nel bagno e il forno non era stato per niente pulito.

Only 1 large towel and 1 medium towel. Hand towels were old and greyed. Beds were not comfortable, neither were pillows I doubt shower curtain has ever been washed No wine glasses The coffee machine and kettle were filthy, need replacing. The large pot needs replacing. Out of 3 plugs on the kitchen counter, only 1 was working. No coffe table in the living room and no end tables in the bedrooms.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Kongresszentrum, Grund der Reise, war in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Im Wohnzimmer stand mitten im Raum ein Plastikeimer, der das von der Decke tropfende Wasser auffing. Die Beleuchtung bestand aus Stehlampen, die nicht funktionierten. Die Toilette war mit braunen Urinstein verunreinigt. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft, so dass das Duschwasser nur langsam abfloss. Das Betttuch hatte Flecken. Das Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer war äußerst unangenehm. Andere Gäste hätten sich nicht beschwert.

Das Appartment liegt in einem Neubaugebiet an einer ruhigen Straße, es hat auch ein Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, wo es noch ruhiger ist. Die Austattung ist gut und das Appartment geräumig, der Balkon ist ein netter Bonus, im März wegen der Temperaturen aber nicht viel zu nutzen. Es liegt nahe zum Bella-Center, zu Fuß sind es ca. 5-10 min zu diesem Tagungsort. Die Anbindung mit der Metro in die Innenstadt ist auch sehr gut.

Eigentlich war alles gut. Vermisst habe ich eigentlich nur einen Toaster und ein Fön.

Das Bad war überhaupt nicht geputzt, Schubladen in der Küche und Dunstabzugshaube waren dreckig und fettig. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig.

Appartement très calme, spacieux avec balcon, adapté à notre chien. On a beaucoup aimé le quartier, la proximité avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, la proximité avec tous les grands axes routiers.

Pas de véritables stores ou rideaux occultants. Pas beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Rigtig fint sted og god plads

Der mangler lidt i køkkenet. Det kunne være dejligt at når der er sådan et flot stort køkken at man så rent faktisk også kunne lave mad (der var en gryde og en pande - et meget lille ildfast fad og meget lidt service).

Pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the property. I was skeptical about it after reading some reviews. The toilet had some stains(water) but it was cleaned.

Address was tricky. On the site it says building 37 but the property was in building 35. It was no big deal but may be worth mentioning.

Gute Lage, Betten gut, schöne Größe

Sauberkeit ungenügend (Backofen und Bleche benutzt und schmutzig, Stuhlpolster sehr fleckig, benutzte Duschmatte, etc.) Schlechte Küchenausstatzung und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Ein Schlafzimmer ohne jegliche Lampe

Место расположения рядом с метро в пешей доступности примерно 10 минут. В апартаментах есть посумоечная машина, стиральная и сушильная машины. Всё время было очень тихо и спокойно. Были в начале мая на улице было холодно, а в апартаментах очень тепло, присутсвует принудительная вентиляция, что очень хорошо. Довольно общительный и приятный хозяин.

Было как-то грязновато, за такую цену что просят это существенный недостаток. Так это апартаменты странно что не было ни щетки, ни совка, ни пылесоса. Столовые приборы все старые. Ужасно грязная и старая кофемашина, ей самое место на помойке. Кухня новая, но опять же грязная. Вытяжка над плитой вся в пыли и жире. Видно что хозяин не очень следит за чистотой. Кран в туалете засарён известью и брызжет во все стороны.
