Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Mr. Najib was very friendly and helpful in trying to resolve the Living Hall TV mal-function. He is a very good host and very considerate and kind.
It's one of our friends' personal experience that the mattress in the bedroom (on the LHS with shared washroom) was rather soft, not comfortable for her back support. The Dispenser in the shared washroom for bath lotion was not functioning. There is an odour from the comforter blanket (smelled like perfume from the earlier tenant). The Living Hall TV was not functioning. There wasn't any filtered drinking water supply.

pillow and bed sheet a bit worn out (berbulu) for room in downstairs. The capacity of the guest not stated clearly in the advertisement. Only knew about it once you book.

There were food restrictions not mentioned and the bathrooms need an upgrade . The living room furniture was not upto the mark.... also complementary drinking water was not there...

The room in ground floor doesn't have aircorn. I wasn't aware of it. Next time you should inform the guest. Another thing, you should facilitate towel rack for everyroom. There was one, but can put one towel only. The bathroom heater in the connective room was leaking.
