Cozy and aesthetic unit near MOA Airport and IKEA

Location,nice design everything we need. except that the lights on top of the tv never switch off . I found that its connected to wifi so if i switch off the lights and so the WiFi.

Clean unit. Hot water in bathroom. Good size fridge. Netflix and wifi is available. Basic toiletries available. Small kitchenette available. AC is working well in sofa area.

The address in booking.com is inaccurate, dont rely on google map. It is in Shore 3 where the entrance is at the back. Pls read house rules upon arrival from main reception. Mattress is thin. Difficult to get up from bed due to no space. The unit is for couple only. I hope you can remove or change the carpet in the sofa as it is slippery. Host was responsive but at times bit late. Shore 3 reception looks elegant, but up on the floors are not. Ceiling fan only in the bedroom though there is a small cut to let the AC air go in, but not enough during this hot weather. I slept in the sofa instead.

The procedure of having to get permission from the owner or his secretary to entertain visitors was incredibly frustrating. My partner’s family and friends live in Manila and it was a disincentive to invite them because of the frustration trying to get permission.

A week before my booked date, I informed them that I had reserved the unit for my mum and my cousin. They requested IDs, which was completely understandable. Three days before the booking, I asked for the check-in instructions, but they told me these would only be sent on the actual arrival date. We accepted that and waited. On the day prior to arrival, my mum and cousin checked in. The instructions were finally sent, and I forwarded them to my cousin. However, when she arrived at Shore Residences (Shore 3 Tower 1, Unit 846), she was unable to enter the unit because the property manager failed to include the most important detail—the door code. When I contacted the manager, it took them about 60 minutes to provide the code. This delay was completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism—the person who answered my call did not even apologise. Instead, he blamed his secretary for not providing the code. When I expressed my frustration and said the situation was unacceptable, he simply responded with “opo” and said that they had already helped us by giving the code. That response completely dismissed the inconvenience and stress they caused. To make matters worse, while my cousin was waiting, security asked her to leave the reception area, adding to the already poor experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this property. In the Booking.com listing, the unit was described as “cozy and aesthetic” and conveniently located near MOA and IKEA. In reality, this description is very misleading. The unit is far from cozy or aesthetic—especially considering the overall experience we had. The interior is painted in a very dark green, which makes the space feel dull, heavy, and unwelcoming rather than comfortable. On top of that, the placement of mirrors in the bedroom is questionable and unsettling. Instead of enhancing the space, it creates an uncomfortable and even creepy atmosphere.

Near moa and shops.

It's showing it's aged. Only 2 towels given and didn't smell great. Musty smell when u walked in. Tight quarters. Hard getting in and out of bed if two people sleeping. No t enough storage for clothes.

Foi bastante difícil de encontrar. A morada diz que é na Avenida principal mas depois ainda é bastante longe até encontrar o Shore e a Tower corretos.

We loved this apartment, it was perfect for our needs. The decor was stunning and it was impeccably clean. Although we didn't stay long enough to do any real cooking, the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the board games which were a very nice touch.

The mattress was very thin. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't the deep luxurious type I expected in a condo of this type. Getting checked-in was a curiously complicated process and took longer than expected.

I had booked for two people. My friend was denied entry even after presenting ID and also sending the ID to the owner by Whatsapp as she wanted. We could obviously not stay there so i left next day. Booked another place at the last minute

The room was beyond my expectations The bed was comfortable I loved having a kitchen and fridge to prepare food. Aircon and shower were in perfect condition

My only critic would be the window and door in the sitting room that leads to the patio, you can hear everything going on outside.

door code has not updated promptly

The property itself is wonderful, well equipped, exceptionally clean and well located.

It’s not really suitable for three adults - my 20 year old daughter had to sleep on the floor. Access to the property is difficult, not helped by the fact that the host gave us secure key code entry information for entirely the wrong flat in the neighbouring tower. The security guards were not helpful and the host was not readily contactable at our late arrival time. It was nearly 1am by the time that we were able to gain access, after a wait of nearly one hour

The numeric door opener keeps making a dialing noise when not in use and can hear from the bedroom room

The place was very clean, and the toiletries provided added to the comfort of the stay. Its location near various establishments made it very convenient. It’s clear that the owner takes great care in thinking about the comfort and needs of their guests.

Great accommodation very well equipped and very well located. It is near by the airport and as well as the Mall of Asia. The apartment was very clean and we had a very good contact with the owner. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Loved everything! From how fast and easy the checking in process was, to the convenience of the location, to the unit itself— which was well prepared and clean. It was so cozy. Definitely keeping this bookmarked in case we plan on going back again 🥰

There is alot to like about this place starting with the clean place The TV has a variety of channels and it's a good one The secretary that contacts you is very helpful The area below has also a variety of shops close by but not as close as shore 1 or 2, lots of different store, salon and so on Security below the area is also great and you may see multiple guards for every shore The keypad lock on the door is secure and functions well without flaw

The door got jammed once and we waited quite a long time to unlock it with our belongings inside, but there is a spare key now after us leaving so that should not pose as any issue for future people staying there

best place to stay near mall of asia. one of my new favorite staycation in manila.

parking is so expensive 1200 pesos for 22 hrs parking.

Very clean and super cute. I like the ambience and the big tv with Netflix.

The only fault was the keypad. It’s very sensitive. It takes a lot of time to open the door. Maybe a swipe card will be better. Apart from that it is very good.

The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It exceeded our expectations.
