Tim Pappies Nature Lodge - Kai's Place

Gostei tanto da acomodação que acabei ficando mais duas noites. Porto Antônio nos encantou e com certeza a acomodação Tim Pappies ajudou muito. Tem uma vista linda. Aproveitamos para sentar na sacada e apreciar. Os anfitriões foram muito solícitos e trocaram nossos dólares americanos por jamaicanos. A cama é super confortável, banho ótimo e o lugar é de um silêncio absoluto o que ajuda muito para uma noite de descanso. Tudo super novo e bem cuidado. O apartamento é muito cheiroso e limpo. Se você for ficar lá não deixe de comprar o sorvete é maravilhoso. Reserve essa acomodação sem medo. Foi o melhor lugar que fiquei na Jamaica.

O apartamento é enorme e lindo! Cozinha super bem equipada, cama gigante muito confortável. Os anfitriões foram muito amigáveis e a vista da sacada é linda.

It was very convenient and comfortable with pippin hot water.

Gorgeous views and the place was beautiful.

The property was clean and modern with a massive king size bed that was very comfortable. We had a microwave, kettle, cooker, kitchen utensils and a fridge which kept our drinks cold! The cupboard was well stocked with towels. The host Sangela was very helpful. She always had a smile and made Check-in straight forward and easy.

The drive-way was very uneven, with dirt and lots of stones.

We stayed 3 nights and this place was extremely amazing . The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The view and ambiance was to die for. Jason prepare us a wonderful breakfast and took it to our room our anniversary more. Definitely a repeat stay.

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor and was so cute. Perfect for a couple. Love the decor - not too much 'stuff'. Loved the bathroom and the wall tiles and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Did not walk around the neighborhood but enjoyed stone hunting at a beach nearby. Owners lovely. Nice view from verandah. Healing nature.

Our stay at Tim Pappies Nature Lodge in Port Antonio was absolutely fantastic. We had a beautiful and very spacious apartment with a large kitchen area, a utility room, a great bathroom and a huge combined living and sleeping area. The absolute highlight was the gigantic view from the balcony directly overlooking the sea. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We felt warmly received from the first moment and they were always available whenever we had questions or needed support. Overall, the property was wonderful and the apartment truly felt like a dream. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Port Antonio.

Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für zwei Personen luxuriös viel Platz und super gemütlich. Kann man bestens weiter empfehlen.

I like the view and ambiance of the room. I loved the hospitality of the host. They even granted and went above and beyond to my request.

Nice & very clean apartment in Snow Hill. Everything was as described and we had a great 6 nights at Tim Pappie's (Kai's place) as a group of 3. Kai's place is located on the third floor, so you get a great view to the sea from the balcony and feel like you are in a tree house above the trees. The building seems very new and reliable, we experienced a 5,0 earthquake but felt very safe. The outside felt lush, comfortable, authentic, and welcoming with lots if plants and birds. We had interactions with Andrea (Housekeeping) and Sangela & Nelly (Owners) who where all super friendly and forthcoming. We would happily stay here again with a maximum of 2 adults, since the sofa is not an ideal bed. Only remark i have: light sleepers should bring a sleeping mask because the apartment can be pretty bright & the dogs a little active at night.

Sangela and Nelly were very kind and always happy to help with recommendations on what to do and where to go. The property is beautiful, with a lovely garden. The bed was very comfy, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. I would happily come back, but having your own car is necessary.

We loved the panoramic view of the beautiful ocean, the cleanliness of the entire property and the warm welcoming staff.

Think it would be better if there was a sign at the entrance of the Church Lane Street .

The location was convenient in terms of access to the town. The environment was quiet and very easy-going. The host was very accommodating and facilitated early check-in. The room was spacious and had all the amenities of home. The kitchen was full-size and included a microwave, toaster, blender, large fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils, and pots. Items were available to make a hot beverage in the mornings. The room also came with a sofa bed and can accommodate 3-4 persons in the room. The location was very secure with an automatic gate and allowed for easy access to and from the location. There is a small pool at a sister location, which is within walking distance. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Very clean and nice property. Mountain and sea side from balcony. Couldn't be better.

This property was very cosy and the hosts were very nice. All the features were as described. It was close to the jerk centre and the rafting also.

Location , the room , property , ambience

Was a little hard to locate from the main road in the corner. The hot water takes too long to reach the 3rd floor in the mornings ( 15 -20 mins still no hot water ). Just waste to wait so long and have it running .

My first reaction on entering Kai’s place was "WOW" this is better than I expected. The decor and colour scheme is spot on and I felt at home immediately. It has a functional kitchen, a lovely shower with hot water and a large comfortable bed. My favourite place was the balcony, where I spent hours just taking in the amazing and delightful scenery, as well as being relaxed enough to read. The hosts Sangela and Jason are simply the best and made sure I was happy and settled and answered any queries I had. I loved my stay so much that I have already booked again.

I loved everything about my stay, I simply can't fault it. I just wished I had stayed longer.

The host Sangela and Jason were amazing. They extremely polite and her customer service was 10/10. Only a 2 night stay and I felt like their family. The view was amazing, garden felt like peace it was truly the best. Waking up the day after my Wedding couldn't of been any better. MORE THAN SATISFIED 😁 I WILL BE BACK

I love everything about this place I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kai's Place, an outstanding Airbnb hosted by the wonderful husband and wife team, Sangela and Jason. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a delightful color scheme that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location was perfect, offering a stunning sea view that added a serene touch to our stay. Sangela and Jason went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available, providing great conversation and invaluable life advice. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious meals they provided. On Saturday, we enjoyed a fresh continental breakfast, and Sunday morning featured a flavorful Jamaican-style breakfast. We were also treated to an amazing Jamaican dinner on Wednesday, which was an absolute delight. Sangela's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Kai's Place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

I didn't like that i had to leave this beautiful spot. I didn't like the road that leads to the property. No fault of the property owner. It's mostly dirt and stone. A little ruff but doable. The host has been trying to get the attention of those responsible for road works in that area but to no avail.
