The staff was attentive and caring , however the bed in the master bedroom was too low. I have knee problems and therefore wasn't comfortable. Other than this and a mat is needed at the door, the facilities were modern and the location is great

I loved the space and convenience. The three bedroom was spacious and convenient for a group. The facility is well maintained and secure.

The bed in the main bedroom was way too low. Also there needs to be a ramp catering to carrying luggages or for a wheelchair.

This hotel is centrally located to town centre. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants.

If the windows weren't closed, you could hear everything outside on the street. I didn't mind this.

Klimaanlage hat nur teilweise mit der Fernbedienung funktioniert. Da die Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstrasse liegen, sind sie ziemlich laut, auch nachts.

Ein schöner grosser Raum mit hellem Plattenboden. Gutes Bett. Schöner Balkon mit Meersicht..Ausserordentlich nettes Management, Neville und Rachelle. Sie empfingen uns liebenswürdig, informierten uns über die Umgebung und versuchten uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und jede Frage zu beantworten. Es hat nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Aber das „Great Eats“ war für das Frühstück sehr gut. Ein nette Fischrestaurant „Jovis“ ist ca. 300 Meter nach rechts in einer Anlage mit vielen kleinen Shops zu finden.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse und der Verkehrslärm ist tagsüber sehr hoch. Nachts besser. Die Fenster schliessen den Lärm aber gut aus.

Die Lage direkt am Ortseingang war super. Die Gastgeber waren immer ansprechbar und haben bei der Vermittlung eines Fahrers für Ausflüge sofort geholfen.

Direkter Blick auf das Meer, allerdings kein direkter Zugang. Dafür fährt man dann mit den Straßentaxis für eine kleine Gebühr zu den nahegelegenen Stränden.

Convenient location. Staff were warm and friendly and always around. Incredibly helpful. Consistent reliable WiFi which was essential as I work online. Loved that there was washing facilities. Close to the Knutsford bus depo so got the 6.30am bus with ease. No issues getting a cab in the morning. Loved the coffee facilities.

Small thing really, a hook on the back of the shower door would be great to hang my robe

No breakfast but that is made clear when booking and you have a kettle, tea and coffee, a microwave and fridge plus there are plenty of nearby places for breakfast.

Inn The Town was perfect for me because I like walking to nearby shops, dining, entertainment and parks. The property is literally in the middle of the town, yet all guests have a beautiful sea view. I loved relaxing on the balcony of my room looking out at the sea, while at the same time taking in the activities of the city. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I like that the cleaning staff comes only at my request. Staff was personable and attentive to my needs. Transportation was easy to get and all the townspeople were just really nice and easy to talk to. Inn The Town is definitely my go to stop when visiting Port Antonio, Portland, JA.

Very modern and brilliant location. The staff on site were amazing and very accommodating giving information about the area. Nothing was too much.

The property was amazing!! This was my second time staying here. The location is perfect because we were able to access all that we needed such as the Marina, supermarkets, places to eat, the beaches and rivers and also the neighboring Parishes.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Loved this property!!!! The location perfect, if you are a “town” person. Room nicely furnished with modern furniture. Just one mention- not sure where the smell of sewage was permeating from but it was there throughout our stay. Overall a lovely boutique hotel

If you are staying in Portland there is no better hotel than this one. Loved the location and how friendly the staff is.

The location the staff were friendly and helpful.

The stairs are steep and I found it awkward to take my luggage up. They need a ramp. There was a smell in the bathroom which needed to be bleached. The TV needs to be put on the wall so we can access the dresser. The hotel needs to have links to food options as food was hard to find. The host gave no directions as to where food could be got. I had to figure it out myself.

Clean and well kept, exceptional staffs always there if or when needed.

The property is literally close to everything. Supermarket, ATMs, restaurants are all within 5-10mins. The staff was very kind and attentive.

On- site parking is limited but the staff tries to make it as easy as possible.

The property is located in the heart of Port Antonio, offering easy access to everything in town. The remote-controlled gate and the presence of staff made it feel very secure. The high walls and spacious rooms added to the overall sense of comfort. The balcony was brilliant—generously sized with two chairs and a table, providing an amazing view of the sea and a glimpse into the peaceful, friendly life of the Portland locals. The very large beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was truly a blessing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and warm. Their service was wonderful, and they even offered a heartfelt word of prayer during my time of sorrow—something I will never forget.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. It was a great location. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. Great ocean view. We will definitely come back.

Parking was limited but it wasn't bad because there weren't many cars on property at that time and we could walk to where we were going. We needed black out curtains for the morning sun.

It rained the two days that we where there. we where restricted to our rooms. They should do something with the roof top make a dining area and bar with maybe a small pool, and indoor activities.

I stayed one night the check in was ok, the property clean and well kept. The room was very clean and well kept. The only fault i had was the night was cool and no blanket. Overall, my stay was pleasant and i will definately will be coming back .

The sea views and location.

Safety is paramount as is a necessity. Active male physical presence as well as multiple visual cues of CC cameras around the entire perimeter of property. The gate is always secure and locked whilst a personnel is present to assist always. Second visit within six months as requirements safety.

Good location,great sea front view! But, very noisy because of the location; if however I had known about the villas on the ground floor I would have booked them, but if you have any physical disability then the stairs can be a challenge.

The room was spacious, clean and smelled nice. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. This place is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, taxis, etc. The bed is comfortable, the shower gets hot and has good pressure. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room came with a mini refrigerator & microwave. I would definitely stay again.

Not suitable if you have mobility issues because there are stairs and no ramps.

How easy it was to book and gain access to the apartment. The on-site person was very friendly and made things very seamless. The location was excellent, close to the town, and a few minutes from some nice free beaches. Both blue Lagoon and the Winnifred beaches were less than 20 minutes away. Both are a must go if you're ever in Portland. The accommodation was very clean, and had everything you need if you wanted to cook up a storm.

Inadequate kitchen items ( we had to buy glasses, bowls, jugs for juice, chef borrowed other kitchen items. Very poor conditions for towels and was rags, could not plug in lamps next to bedside tables due to location of outlets. Food spoilage due to refrigerator seal too loose. They could not supply a simple request for a bedroom trash can. Broken security entrance door, had to wait for staff to manually open a close gate.

Love the location, the price, and the staff. Very helpful and we'll kept.

In the apartment we stayed in only had 1 tv. I suggest adding tv in each bed rooms. That would would make the stay even more excellent.

One little issue, bathroom sink was leaking. Saw a rag there! There were no blankets on bed or provided gir night rest. I had to ask for blankets!

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. Everything was conveniently close, including restaurants, shops, and more. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. The staff was very friendly, and the kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need. The view was also a great bonus.

Downside: The internet was down for two days, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the washing cost extra. We initially thought there was a washing machine since it appeared in a photo, but upon reviewing the description, we realized it was not included—this was our oversight.
