Each room was very spacious, EV charger very useful. We had significant issues, see below, the contact Eva was very nice but ultimately couldn't help

Bed linen was dirty in the master bedroom and beds were not made up in the kids room. Dirty laundry had been left in the washing machine The plugs are non-standard and therefore do not fit standard international adapters - we couldn't not plug in a single device. Could easily be resolved by provided extension leads, but this wasn't done. Note the apartment does not have air con, I would not recommend in mid summer. Fans were provided.

Abwaschmaschine war schmutzig (Boden mit Speiseresten). Geschirr war nicht so viel vorhanden wie angeschrieben war.

Heel mooi super modern uitgerust appartement. Domotica was echt een luxe. Licht ging vanzelf aan bij beweging, kon ook afgezet worden. Alles met knopjes te bedienen. Goed bed, mooie badkamer met moderne wasmachine en droger. Grote douche en mooi bad. Leuk dat we een terras hadden. 10 minuten van het centrum met de auto en parking in de stad valt best mee.

De voorraad van bestek en eetgerei was niet zoals beschreven. We hadden slechts 2 koffielepels voor 4 personen, niets stond zoals het hoorde in de kasten en er was slechts de helft van de voorraad aanwezig. Lang geleden dat dit nog nagekeken werd. Kapot glas gewoon in de kast. Onder de bedden ook niet gestofzuigd. Er lagen nog een lolly en potloden van de vorige huurders. Wasmachine, droger en tv stonden in het Kroatisch, duurde even om dit aan te passen. Misschien standaard in het Engels zetten.

Eve vardığımız zaman Çift kişilik yatağın ayakları kırıktı. Tesisle iletişime geçip kırık olduğunu söyledim. Hemen ilgileneceklerini söylediler.ama gelip yapmadılar. 6 gün boyunca kimse gelip yatağın ayaklarını yapmadı. Kırık yatakta 6 gün boyunca uyumak zorunda kaldık. Yatağın ayaklarının altına evde bulduğumuz kitap ve karton kutuları koymak zorunda kaldık.

We recently stayed in the apartment and would like to share some honest feedback. Overall, the place has a lot of potential and could be truly wonderful with just a bit of care and attention. The apartment itself appears a little worn and in need of some maintenance. It gave the impression of having been left unattended for a while. For instance, the access code for the underground garage was not working. To enter, we had to go through the stairwell and open the garage manually, which was a bit inconvenient. They said that we should slowly drive down and it would open automatically. Unfortunately not. The garden also seemed somewhat neglected—it resembled more of an overgrown hedge than a usable outdoor space, and it would benefit from mowing and general upkeep. This sense of neglect continued throughout the apartment. In the bathroom, the shower door and hinges were broken, making it difficult to open or close properly. This made showering uncomfortable and detracted from the overall sense of relaxation. Additionally, the bathroom door was scratched and had water damage in some areas. In the living room, the control panel didn’t function, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned—there was old coffee grounds left inside. The fridge still had an old egg inside, and there were loose screws in the walls. In the bedroom, one of the nightstands had come loose from its fixture and the mattress was noticeably sagging. All in all, this is actually a very beautiful apartment with great potential. Most of the issues are relatively minor and easy to fix. It’s just a matter of regular maintenance and care. Unfortunately, due to these small but numerous issues, our stay wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped.

Great location, close to the bus stop. The room was clean, well-facilitated, and had a very comfortable bed. It's the perfect place for a family stay. The owner was very cooperative, and the area is peaceful. We had a pleasant stay here.

- The Property owner supported us to enter the parking. - guide us on food order apps.

- The apartment I book was categorized as 3-4 Adults in terms of capacity and price as there was no option for 2 Adults for all available apartments which mean all arrangements need to be enough for 4 Persons by default. But the company arranges the services (towels, blankets, amenities,etc.. for 2 adults only. due to miscommunication from booking. - Although I communicated the.above challenge with the property owner to resolve it, he couldn't manage to facilitate me and provide blankets and towels. Mentioned situation indicate to 2 major gaps : 1- Property company doesn't have a readiness and response standard at the right quality bar. 2- Property Company lack sense of hospitality. On top of above and after I clarified my challenge to property owner to resolve the challenge, he/she didn't resolve it + he ask for another full night payment as a compensation for additional guest as he assume that we booked for 2 adults, while I already paid for 4 Adults price. If you check the price you will find the more than half of price is dedicated for taxes and housekeeping and that's mean you are paying mainly for housekeeping. Conclusion, bad experience in terms of value vs service and will not come again.

No AC, spiders and the ground floor apartment was not private like anyone can access the front yard from the street.

No proper guide on the home smart function , shower room heater not working, no kettle, most tea bags were expired.

Great apartment, modern, full equipment, a lot of space inside, a parking spot, very nice neighborhood. It's a very good starting point to go sightseeing. Next time in Switzerland I will definitely come back to that place!

Smart apartment and nice modern furniture. The apartment is so big and comfortable with the kids. The kitchen had coffee machine and smart electric stove and oven. Smart Code to enter the garage and the apartment without normal key. The hoster will send to you full details in website and email.
