My request at that moment to cancel the reservation was rejected. For registration, they ask you for a ID photo and they do not give you information about who takes your personal data, for what purpose it will be used and how long they will keep your data. This is against the law on the protection of personal data. Overall a very bad experience. I'm sorry I didn't take all the negative reviews for this property more seriously.

La casa è molto comoda, moderna e completamente digitalizzata, molto pulita, e dotata di tutti i comfort. Gli elettrodomestici sono di ottima qualità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice e frigorifero Miele). Appartamento carino e funzionale, situato in una zona tranquilla appena fuori Zurigo.

• Le tapparelle della zona giorno si alzano automaticamente alle 7:40: in vacanza ognuno ha i propri orari e svegliarsi per la luce non è piacevole. Sarebbe meglio disattivare l’automatismo o permettere al cliente di scegliere. • Il riscaldamento non è gestibile dall’interno dell’appartamento. Al nostro arrivo faceva molto caldo (1° grado fuori) e abbiamo dovuto contattare più volte l’assistenza. Un termostato interno renderebbe tutto molto più comodo e personalizzabile. • Nota più negativa: prima della prenotazione ci era stato confermato che la wallbox fosse dedicata e con ricarica gratuita. In realtà il posto auto era occupato da un’altra vettura non elettrica e la ricarica risultava a pagamento. Nonostante numerosi contatti con l’assistenza, la struttura non ha rimborsato la spesa sostenuta (circa 65 CHF in totale), poi rimborsata da Booking. Più che per l’importo, il fastidio è stato per il servizio promesso ma non rispettato. Nonostante l’esperienza negativa legata alla wallbox, assegno comunque un voto di 7, perché non sono una persona che valuta solo il disservizio ma l’esperienza nel suo complesso. Con una gestione più chiara di questi aspetti, avrei dato volentieri 8 o 9.

New facilities. Well arranged rooms. “Smart” house.

The facility was not clean. Big spiders and their webs beneath the beds. Spiders all around the house. There is mold on the shower ceiling. The bed was worn off and squeaking all the time. And the mattresses not comfortable. We booked for 4 persons. We only got 3 pillows. The staff said they will send a pillow. They never did. We booked an ev charging spot. The spot was always occupied by other guests with no ev cars. Staff could not do anything. Maybe some signage would help. Entrance with the car was a big failure. System malfunction they said. Next day they said they fixed it. Nothing happened. To get in the parking lot, you have to walk in and open the gate from the inside. There are no sockets that we could use. And the facility has no adaptors for international clients. So we couldn’t even charge our phones. The apartment is “smart.” But difficult to handle without some instructions. And no instructions are given. So prepare to spend some time after arriving to figure out how to turn the lights, music etc on and off. The stories in the balcony are not properly fitted. The morning light will wake you up. They are programmed to even open up early each morning. The AC was not working. There is a CCTV camera in the terrace, which invades your privacy as a guest. The support never answers the phone. Only messages. They respond with willingness to fix things. And they are apologetic. But nothing comes out of this.

Das Bett war zu weich, aktuelles Fernsehen war nur möglich, wenn man sich bei einem Streaming Dienst angemeldet hatte.

Clean, modern & well equipped. No kettle!

The bedroom smelled slightly damp. Possibly because of the heavy rain. Instructions for the use of the modern automated systems would have been helpful.

The agency always replied in a fast manner to my questions through Booking messages. Their App was easy to use for the check-in and it gave me all the necessary information for the Wifi password and parking lot.

I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the apartment. The floor was quite dirty when we arrived, the kitchen towel was used and we didn't find any extra garbage bags.

Apartment is very clean and modern. Easy to reach by public transport from Zurich train station or airport Fully automated house with touch panel controls, automatic lights, ambience color change etc.

Though there were lot of amenities, a microwave oven and water kettle would have been really useful.

We were really disappointed with this place. The apartment is extremely humid and smells damp — even with windows open all day, nothing helps. The air conditioning works only in one room, the building's ventilation doesn't work at all, and everything feels sticky and uncomfortable. The bed is awful, the air heavy, and we barely slept. The living room TV didn't work either. We contacted the host about all of this, and got nothing but robotic replies - no action, no help. Cozy light - not working. Smart lighting in house - annoying and no instructions. Plants dead and ugly. Apartment decorated with some wedding pictures from the internet, extra creepy. We also asked about the grill, which was shown in the pictures and was one of the main reasons we booked this place. Only after we arrived, they told us it was broken and being repaired — but this was never mentioned in the listing, which felt really dishonest. On top of that, the pans in the kitchen are so burned and old they're basically unusable, so cooking was a pain too. In the end, we left a day early because the whole experience was just unpleasant and disappointing. Would not recommend.

A very modern, well equipped, quiet, spacious apartment. High quality appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kitchen utensils). We stayed two weeks and felt very much at home. Geroldswil offers all the necessary services (retail, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, etc), but a car is highly recommended. We’ll book it again without any hesitation.

Some minor defects. These were addressed promptly and effectively by the management.

The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Everything is well integrated and the kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. The apartment is located in a smaller village close to Zurich--there is a grocery store within 5 min walk from the apartment. There is a parking garage and elevator for luggage.

The ramp to parking is a little tight, might require some skill to navigate. However, there is also street parking spaces right in front of the apartment if one want to skip the garage.

I stayed here with my parents. The property is well located just outside the city and is a short drive from Zurich. It’s the perfect location if you have a car and want to travel around Zurich. The house is beautiful and initially gets very exciting due to the high futuristic smart technology. Staying at this house is a whole different experience with a positive surrounding and easily accessible small cafes and Coop supermarkets. There’s also safe parking. The hot water shower is excellent and very refreshing. The bed is comfortable and the place is well lit and makes you feel safe. The host is very engaging and approachable with concerns.

In general, this is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed being here. These are not game changing but definitely worth being aware of and maybe area for improvement. Air Conditioning: for a house as beautiful as this, it lacks centralised air conditioning. So for anyone staying outside the room on the extra bed, there’s no cooling and the AC in the room could be more powerful. Smart Home: The impressive smart features at one point can become a pain. Specifically, the TV has a screen saver option which could not be switched off despite many attempts to look online. But the host provided documentation on how these can be used, which makes better. I’d recommend providing this as part of onboarding. Cleaning Staff Miscommunication: the booking overview stated 12pm checkout. But on the day, we had a cleaning staff that entered the door at 11, this really worried and disturbed my mother. A knock or short breathing space between checkout and cleaning might make it smoother for people leaving. The host is aware of this and was graceful in accepting this error.

* Drayer machine is not working. we ask for assistance, but there is no response. *Oven is not working, and no instruction for use . * Smart home is a good idea, but instruction and manual equipment use can make it much better. *the check in will be much easier if the fhoto of the right main interanc and the apartment will make it perfect. *Guest need quick response to their inquiry, which make there stay more comfortable.

The house had all the mod cons and suited our needs with parking. Communication with the host was good. It was in a quiet area and suited a self drive holiday.

The smart features were great but needs more instructions. Similarly some of the amenities needed better instructions e.g. Oven, washer and dryer. The apartment was surface clean but could do with a better deep clean (e.g. windowsills)

The apartment was clean and It contains all the things you need, including a washing machine, kitchen utensils, iron and every things that you need.

Everything was perfect, except for the clothes dryer, which I could not how to operated.

Very quiet location with good access to the center of Zurich. The apartment is perfectly equipped. A big advantage is that parking is included in the price of accommodation.

Automatic lighting in the hall, which is directly adjacent to the living room, where people can sleep, is not appropriate at all. It bothered my daughter at night. It was also not possible to turn on the heating in the bathroom because of drying the towels.

Very clean. So "modern and digital" apartment. The TV innthe living room is awesome. Looks like a painting but it's actually a TV. I need to get one of it. Easy communication with owner. Near grocery store and place is quite.

Nothing to unlike about the property, it's just us not knowing how to use some of the digital appliances like turning off music :-D

A very clean and smart home with very interesting features. Well equipped kitchen that makes cooking very convenient. Responsive host that tries to answer our questions though not always immediately, still helpful.

The very smart home feature can sometimes not easy to control. Perhaps the host can give us some instructions to help us understand how certain features can be used instead of us figuring it out ourselves and took sometime and can be frustrating at times.

Excellent apartment, very cooperative hosts, very clean, warm and very convenient with the parking. Has everything you may need and is close to zurich.

Could use a quick guide to the automations, especially if someone is not familiar with smart homes. Also the oven was not working due to bad use of another guest before us, but there was not something the hosts could do since it was a sunday.

Beautiful and modern apartment , with difficult to use smarthome system

Awful assistance , the managers were replying one day later to messages . It was very cold with no possibility to heat it up from inside the apartment . They didn’t even answer to messages regarding problems with oven/microwave and heater in the bathroom . And the worst : the last day the code to enter building didn’t work , and property just ignored that message (recommend you to leave a window open just in case ).

Parking door sometimes create issue while opening. There is no manual way to rectify issue but on call they were very supportive to resolve it.

The staff was great, tried to really help us have the best time possible. Unfortunately, it didn't help.

The high-tech appartment seemed nice at first, but was awful. There was stuff happening that even the staff couldn't control. The doorbell ringing multiple times at 7 AM waking us up, the blinds opening up at 7 AM, lights on sensors which couldn't be turned off etc etc. It wasn't a pleasant stay. At this price it is crazy that you have such an unpleasant stay.

The smart home facilities and abundance of amenities

No air conditioner in the living room

A 10+ apartment. Very clean and modern. Equipped with everything you need. I just loved it.

A grade 20 apartment, exceptionally clean, smells incredible right from the entrance. Audio system in every room, including the bathroom. The whole house is smart, we appreciated it a lot. The kitchen is equipped far beyond expectations for a hotel in a hotel regime. We were so impressed that we stayed an extra day.

The only thing missing were paper towels for the kitchen, but it's such a minor detail compared to what this apartment offers.

Very nice apt, ground floor, nice terrace and garden. Much bigger than a hotel room with similar cost. It has a kitchen, tv and all you need. We had some works in the area so it was very well located. Walking distance to shops and backery. It can easily accommodate 4 or a family with kids.

The BMS system was smarter than us 🤣
