Easy checkin ,very attractive ground floor lobby. Owner very responsive

Unfortunately -as soon as lift opens can smell fried fish and other things - as it opens all floor the smell continues - corridors span the building there is no building ventilation in corridors,except windows to open there is a gardage roon , whereby trash was thrown on the floors , a grill plate on the door allows smell to waft out continuously, ,it was the same during a 2 week stay my sisters visited me and were shocked. In humidity it really was dreadful - the room was nice enough, wardrobe was musty and even when i got back to Australia even clean clothes had to be rewashed it very much need replacing, doors loose and depth was insufficient to close after putting coat hangers in, i had booked 17 nights but left 5 days early, - owner was easily contactable thru whats app, she sent email s to building management but trash and smells continued luckily I spent days with my family as it was a reunion

The host was easily available & kind enough to let us check out a little late. The room decor was done very well and was super clean. Plenty of kitchenware was provided. Just 5 mins walk from the property is Shore Eats where you can enjoy local cuisine at reasonable prices. There are restaurants & supermarkets in the neighbourhood.

Would have been great if a washing machine was provided.

Un gros problème d'internet impossibilité de se connecter ni en WiFi et donc pas de télévision ni de divertissement pendant toute la soirée jusqu'à mon départ.

Love the location ! It's a walkable distance to Mall of Asia. Well equiped studio , responsive host , it's quite perfect for a short stay.

I think for a long stay, a washing machine in a studio would be handy, though honestly this was a good place for what I needed for 2 nights!

Unsafe and Unreliable Host – Avoid This Place Our family had a terrible experience. The reception refused check-in saying they hadn’t received the guest authorization form. I tried calling and messaging the host for over an hour with no response. It was night, and my wife, two kids, and I were stranded in a foreign country. The reception staff even tried to send us to another location with an unknown man, which felt unsafe. We had to book another hotel ourselves. The host only responded the next morning, blaming a time zone difference. This host is irresponsible and should not be allowed to operate. Please think twice before booking here.

Parking situation and the parking management is very disappointing overcharging and different agents telling you different parking fees at checkout, only take cash payment not even Gcash that’s concerning, but the host has nothing to do with that , I recommend not to use the parking facility try alternative parking in the area .

The room was really nice. It was clean and there are a lot of things we could use like the blower and iron, which really saved me. It was super spacious too

The only downside is that it’s a bit far from MOA (20 mins walk) if you ever wanted to walk. So we had to book grab every time we leave.

Très joli appartement situé dans une grande résidence de standing, bien équipé et decoré, lit petit mais confortable et super emplacement si vous souhaitez allez à l'aéroport, proche du grand Mall of Asia aussi. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, super arrangeante sur les check in et out.

A wonderful place. The condo was super nice and host owner very professional and friendly. View from 9th floor very nice of other buildings and coconut trees below in the city with eastern morning sun and shine. The empty lot of green trees near the Shore 2 added a warm sight lookiing out the balcony.

Communication from the host was excellent — clear, timely, and helpful throughout. They were also flexible with our early check-in request, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The property was exactly as described in the listing and is located in a very convenient area.

unit felt quite confined for our family of four — better suited for a solo traveler or a couple. We also noticed cigarette smoke in the hallway on level 9, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially with young children.

Excellent location. The space was VERY SMALL FOR 3 people. The futon was very uncomfortable. When I booked it said there was an airport shuttle. A couple weeks before leaving I was told the service had been discontinued. The taxi ended up being very expensive

The property is within the walking distance from the Mall of Asia. Just across the street is the Rich Oyster restaurant where they serve wine!!! Since the facility doesn't offer storage rooms, the landlady let us leave our luggage in the room for a couple of hours after the check out. Very kind gesture!

There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and in the elevators.

Great little spot and was perfect for our needs. We stayed one night in Manila before flying out the next day for El Nido Palawan. So close to the airport and 5 minute walk for Mall of Asia too. Host gave detailed explanations so check in was easy.

We were a party of 3 adults. The bedding didn't accommodate 3 adults comfortably. Realistically, this room should only accommodate 2 adults.

the owner and the caretaker was very friendly and accomodating.

The 1st owner is not nice to transact and was able to find another place to stay and that was expensive for a super dirty and not equiptable room ,no tv no utensils to used to cook and dirty refrigerator and lots small cockroach.all in all not nice to recommend at all☹️

Make sure you read the check-in instructions. If you are traveling without internet since it needs to be arranged ( there is not a reception system)

This is the place to stay if tou want clean and up-to-date date facilities. Most other places we have stayed around MOA are riddled with cockroaches so thank you for caring about your clients and providing a clean room.

Close to MOA and nice and quiet surroundings. Easy to walk arround and visit restaurants.

Some issues when we wanted to use the pool but nothing that we couldnt solve ourselves.

Having just stayed at a similar location a week earlier I was impressed at how much better this one was. The hosts had put some thought into the accommodation and we appreciated the little touches (eg bottles of water in the fridge at very reasonable prices). Nice and easy for MOA and the airport.

It's disappointing that the Pools around the property are now abandoned - nothing to do with the flat owner but that's not great.

They won’t allow you to use a DSLR camera to take photos in the pool area; only phones are permitted.

Literally a residential building, no concierge, no staff, the front desk security looked at me and my mother like we didn't belong there and when I went to check in he said " we'll did you talk to the owner about this" No where to sit comfortable and charge a phone to wait for check in. No where to leave bags if you arrive early and all the residents stare at you weird. It was so uncomfortable to wait that we left and got a hotel.

The room was fab - cute décor that suited the vibe of the room. It was great to have a kitchen available, which I would have used if I stayed longer. The room and bathroom were clean. Good communication with check-in - it's not your usual process so make sure to read the instructions. There are plenty of restaurants and mini-marts nearby.

There was a funky smell in the elevator, but apart from that it was fine.

The wall separating the bed area made it feel really small.
