Location fabulous and a great space for 4 friends to share.

2 smaller rooms a bit chilly ..could do with a heater. Could do with some instructions on operating appliances in English.

Perfect location and amazing appartment

Super close to the city centre, not upslope so it’s easy to walk. Right behind the AirPort Express bus stop so didn’t need to drag luggage through the snow for too long. Big and comfortable space for us, beautifully designed interior. Views are also good.

Not too used to the shower cubicle. Feels a little funny getting in and out of the cubicle. But got used to it after so many nights stay still. Soundproofing is also quite minimal, as the pub right opposite the room is loud until past midnight. Sleep can be disrupted easily.

Perfect location, nice design and good wifi connection

Very bad communication with Northstay. Tried to contact the host for 2 days before our arrival regarding early check in but no return until we had arrived at the apartment. Before departure I made another attempt to contact him regarding a late check out, but we never got an answer. 24/7 seems to be very random. At our arrival we had no soap, shampoo, no dish towels, no hand towels for the toilets. They announce 3 bathrooms - actually there are only 2. One en suite and another small shower. The third they refer to is a toilet only. Also there are no closets in the bedrooms just a small cloth rag.

We stayed at The Loft Apartment for 5 days and 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very convenient and comfortable.

The only is on the third floor and carrying luggage up the staircase was quite tiring. Overall, a great stay!

Location and apartment were excellent. Walkable from every where (even from cruise terminal). Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great view from balcony. Host/manager was very helpful and responsive. Washer & dryer, full kitchen.

No elevator (but we knew it since it was disclosed).

Appartamento molto ampio e ben progettato. Posizione centralissima per visitare le attrazioni di Tromso e per escursioni.

L’appartamento si trova in un edificio in ristrutturazione e l’ingresso allo stabile lascia perplessi all’arrivo. Ci si ricrede una volta entrati nell’appartamento. La scala interna all’appartamento potrebbe risultare troppo ripida per alcune persone.

L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, pulito, con una vista stupenda, completo di tutti i servizi, in pieno centro. Lo staff molto efficiente. Complimenti

Nulla, tutto perfetto!

The location was great and easily accessible. The instructions made it easy to find the lockbox and door. The space was absolutely amazing and had everything needed. Important to note that there are two full sets of stairs to access the unit one of which is steep.

Photos included a building that was not the apartment building. Would be nice to have a photo of the building to more easily find the door. Also, we didn't have hot water for the first few days because the hot water heater kept shorting out but they were able to get an electrician out there to fix it. The bathroom on the main bedroom also doesn't have shades/curtains which is uncomfortable.

Descibed as 4 bed with 4 bathrooms this is incorrect. There is one ensuite with shower amd bath. There is a communal shower and toilet in the centre of the apartment and 1 separate toilet only. No microwave in kitchen. Beds not made fully. 2 beds were not made up at all. When reported housekeeping dropped off pillow cases only, No bottom sheets or quilt covers. And only to the top of the stairs. They didn't check or make the beds 😒

Great location in the centre of town (even if the taxi drivers had trouble finding it). Good sized rooms, excellently equipped kitchen with enough to cook what you want. Comfortable beds. It is a great unit with just a few details to be excellent. Washing machine and dryer are good sized too.

Very small details (well one not so small one) that would really make this exceptional. First the big one - the en-suite from the main bedroom - needs frosted glass as there is an office building across from it that looks straight in. More than one set of keys for larger groups (even if these are inside the unit). Heaters for the two smaller rooms as these don’t seem to have floor heating.

Nothing serious but layout and entry to apartment is a teeny bit strange

Easily accessible and in the midst of Tromso. Great, modern, spacious and neat apartment. Excellent for larger family {especially teens as each can gave his/her own bedroom} or smaller groups.

Factually hard to come to something that did not please us. Eventually the soft mattresses but this is purely individual and difficult to meet everyone’s preference. Just a great place for some time to stay.
