Spacious and clean apartment. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with regular check in during the stay and prompt response to queries, which made a huge difference for our holiday. Very good heating especially in bathroom which is perfect in cold weather. Good kitchenware and adequate supply of toilet rolls which is perfect for longer stay.

Parking not available however the apartment itself is at excellent location. Attic apartment with sloped ceiling means slightly less comfort eg. Sofa and head of bed under sloped ceiling. One of the ensuite room is separated from the rest of the apartment however not a major issue at all.

Location in the heart of center, close to everything that one would like to have. The access and proximity was brilliant, and lots of restaurants, super markets etc. Special thanks to Mathias and Miguel for being available through out for any assistance and inputs that were requested for. Wont hesitate to recommend this , and was true value for money

Gets a bit noisy during weekends as close by there were pubs - but considering overall experience, I would still choose to go with same property. There is no elevator and the access to third floor - however this was clearly mentioned on the website so was not a surprise:)

It was comfortable and had 3 bedrooms. We had everything we needed, it was stocked pretty well. The washing machine was a bonus. The host Miguel was kind. It was a good location with the a grocery store nearby

It could use some maintenance and up keep. Some of the blinds were falling apart and the rug and furnishings looked a bit tired. The seagulls nest right near the apartment, and boy.. Can they be noisy!

Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Innenstadt ist in 10-15min sehr entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum konnte man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Lovely property in close proximity of town centre and to all the activities. Excellent location and has a little view of the Arctic Cathedral which makes it special. Very clean and all amenities in excellent working order. Very attentive hosts. We used the discount in one of the restaurants recommended in the website, too! Thanks!

No wardrobes in the bedrooms and not even a bench or a clothes rack for the clothes.

The property is located very close to city centre which you can find all restaurants and shops, just 5-10 minutes walk. The property is convenient for large families or groups, has many beds and rooms.

There is only one bathroom and is challenging for large groups.

住宿地點在山坡上面，若是有老人小孩會比較辛苦，但對我們而言沒有問題！建議直接從機場搭乘計程車抵達。 位置不錯，下山兩個街口就是超市，很方便。 裝潢與照片相符，房間數多，有廚房客廳，暖氣非常暖，可以穿短袖睡覺。 在特羅姆瑟要找到三間房以上且位置不錯的住宿很難，這間是符合需求的。 推薦多人數的家庭入住，有廚房可以煮飯真的太好了，不過抽風機的按鈕似乎壞了，或者是我們不知道如何打開。 洗衣機沒有問題，也有提供曬衣架。窗簾要記得拉上，戶外是看的到裡面的~ 溝通順利且回覆迅速，即便是晚上時段，另外也答應我們提早checkin的要求，非常感謝。

廁所只有一間，且熱水是會用完的！這個有寫在入住須知上，是整個挪威的公寓房子都是用熱水儲水器的關係，並非此房源的問題，所以要特別注意洗澡時間。 地板打掃得不是很確實，還是會踩到一些小東西，有小垃圾卡在門縫。 沒有提供太多備品(沐浴乳洗髮精、牙刷)，有毛巾。 衛生紙只提供一卷、塑膠袋只有原先套在垃圾桶上的，對於多人數來講會不夠用，但超市都有賣算是好解決。

J'ai aimé le lieu, l'hôtel de glace et les sculptures sont féeriques. L'ambiance douce et feutrée du restaurant et de la salle commune.

Les prix sont extrêmement élevés. Un manque de communication sur les tarifs des navettes (réclamés 2 fois et jamais obtenus)

The home was beautiful, everything was clean, all the towels and bedding was provided, the home was warm, the water was hot. The location was ideal. The host was very responsive, there were suggestions for activities. Incredible

The only thing is, with a big group of people (we had 13) there is a limit on hot water, so we had to be savvy. The hot water wouldnt take too long to refill though, so we all still managed well.

Amazing location, amazing apartment, beautiful city and mindblowing scenery!!! It was a great place to stay on our family holiday, we had so much fun, and made memories to last a lifetime!

Everything. It’s close to city centre and the port for fjord cruise. The place was spacious and super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staffs were super nice.

Nothing. We only wish that we bring more people since there are more than enough space for the 5 of us.

La presión en la ducha es muy baja, tal vez para un grupo más pequeño sería ideal, solo tiene un baño, de resto todo bien, tener cuidado con el detector de humo al cocinar :)

Great location - close to everything. The balcony gave us chance to watch the northern lights three nights in a row. The hosts set up a Christmas tree on our first night. Really well equipped kitchen and spacious living area.

Prise de clé simple et échanges avec les propriétaires facilités. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Tromso. Décoration simple mais chaleureuse. Vue agréable sur la ville. Appartement bien chauffé. Agencement optimal.

Matelas dans une chambre trop mou. Manque d'accessoires pour la cuisine, des poêles pas adaptées à la plaque. Escalier pour accéder qui pourrait être déneigé.

The location is in the heart of the main street, which is very convenient for exploring the city on foot.

The en-suite bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which also drifted into the bedroom

Clean, cosy, allowed an early check-in, warm, nice interior, almost all amenities available, lovely mattress and blankets, well-heated, good location.

El alojamiento es una casa muy acogedora, en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la parada de autobús. Estaba muy bien equipado. El primer día tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo, pero el dueño; nos lo solucionó rápido y fue muy amable.

La casa è favolosa ! Noi siamo una numerosa famiglia e siamo stati comodamente in questa spaziosa casa , compresi i più piccolini. . Arredi caldi e accoglienti , posizione comodissima. . Cucina super attrezzata. Alex gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto. E infatti passeremo una seconda notte al nostro ritorno.

The location was super, a 2 block walk to downtown. It was a comfortable living arrangement but the apt was smaller than we imagined.

The shower head did not spray but rather produced a concentrated steady stream.

The place is on two floors - bedrooms downstairs and living room/kitchen upstairs. Remodeled with a pretty well-stocked kitchen.

Pictures do not match the room layouts. Only had 2 beds instead of 3 shown on pictures. upstairs living room got very hot with large window, poor views to another building and cars. A/C was not able to keep up with the heat, and was only upstairs. Downstairs rooms were very hot. No parking (will get a ticket if park nearby). Sofa bed broken, window shades inadequate and not black-out. Lots of rules to using the place given last minute (ex: don't move furniture around).

Unfortunately, it is the worst apartment experience ever. Just before we arrived, we were required to pay a deposit fee of 5000 NOK but in another place of City Enter Hotel, where was 10 mins away walking from the apartment, we had elderly and it was raining outside, also the road was very slippery, very inconvenient. After we paid the deposit fee, we received a very long "policy" that described various prohibitions and penalties. I did not know what happened before to the apartment so that it did this but this made me felt I was not here for vacation, but to accept various terms and be suspected of damaging things... I had been to Norway 5 times and every time I would arrive to Tromso, but this was the only exception of apartment that required a deposit fee... This was a very rare and extremely bad experience for me in Norway.

Location, stylish apartment and amazing customer support! Interspar is 100 meters away. The apartment is spacious and stylish. Great customer service - responds to questions promptly and very accommodating.

Clean and cosy, nicely equipped and very close to city center

Property was good but not what we chose, However it was understandable due to our flight being cancelled and having to find something at last minute because easyJet didn’t. Location ok but not as central as we would have liked / originally chose.

Could have done with a 2nd toilet toilet on ground floor and one bedroom on 2nd floor with open staircase no railing. So not great for bathroom visits in night.

Location was perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at Arctic Apartment. The space was not only cozy and beautifully designed, but it was also incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to the city which made it so convenient for exploring. We even saw the Northern Light outside our house. The host was very responsive & understanding. Overall, it was the perfect home away from home.

Perfect apartment for a family of 5 or more). With three bedrooms and a large living area we had plenty of room. All amenities are available, the standard is very high and the location perfect to reach everything in town by walking.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to the station, supermarkets, shops and other places. The dining room and living room are large and comfortable for eight people. Service personnel messages reply quickly

There was no dryer, and the house of eight was slightly crowded with only one toilet

The house was small, cozy and conveniently located. The important thing is that the staff was very good, because we had to change to another room the next day, and they helped us carry our luggage there, thank you very much.

The management team was extremely helpful and they were easily reachable prior to my stay and during my stay as well. The size of the apartment was decent and we were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and were comfortable. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk to the center which was fine as well. We were able to witness the northern lights from our location which was fantastic and made our stay a memorable one!

Location is superb, very close to supermarket and the stores, apartment was very clean, had all of the amenities as promised, wifi worked just fine. We had no problem finding the keys and the apartment (the directions were precise).

It is on the top floor so we had to bring our luggages up four sets of stairs. However this was already made clear from the beginning so we were quite ready.

Proximity to Trømso downtown was great. Virtually everything in Trømso is walkable from this location.

Booked for 11 people, but only had 10 pillows and duvets.

No shower soap/shampoo, we are not travelling with bulky toiletries due to nature of our holiday. Wouldn’t take much to provide this. Only one key. Could not separate. For a 3 bed apartment this is problematic when wanting to separate for a bit.

Quiet area. Easy walk into the city centre. Great flat. Very comfortable.

Sofa needs to be bigger for cosy nights in after excursions. Not enough comfortable seating for 4/6 guests

The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5. We particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the large lounge area for watching Netflix and the overall cleanliness of the property. There were nice seasonal touches e.g. the Christmas tree and a box of chocolates as a welcome gift.
