Nothing was bad. Stayed here twice and was great both times, will stay again. Host is super communicative and responsive to any questions.

She helped us find the place in Mati city to surf, and she not only helped us but even accompanied us to the place to make sure we were okay. Reviewed May 1, 2023The location is very good -- far enough from crowd and noise, but near enough everything else (malls, resto, public transpo) The place has three swimming pools, one of which is olympic sized which I very much enjoyed. It also has an indoor (full) and outdoor (half) basketball courts, and a well-equipped gym. Although I did not have the chance to use these facilities. The view! We were on the 19th floor, on the eastern terrace, is a view of Mt. Apo, and on the western terrace is Davao Gulf and Samal Island. And unimpeded views of Mt. Apo, Samal Island, and downtown Davao City on the rooftop.
