The swimming pool is in front of the main building no privacy. The children's trampoline was broken. The ACq in the 2nd bedroom was so noisy it was impossible to sleep in there and the sliding door to the balcony was so stiff it was impossible to open.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025The facility staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were beautiful. The condominium complex is a short walk to the SM mall. There is a gym and basketball court as well as a kids play area. There are nice restaurants nearby. The view from the balconies or roof top deck is great! The lobby is quite nice with seating and tables and has a small coffee shop and food place.
The shower curtain was moldy. Mold growing on bathroom sink. The cookware was in very poor condition, loose handles, dents, non-stick coating all worn off and chipping. The chairs on the bedroom balcony were rotting and unusable. No toilet paper or soap provided. No kitchen towels to dry dishes. Dull kitchen knives. The local mosque wakes up the whole neighborhood with a 4am call to prayer over a loudspeaker, so be prepared to wake up at 4am every day.

The confusion of finding the parking. Took a while to memorize. And it's quite expensive for Php 400. The lobby was also far from the unit so getting deliveries is quite difficult.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025Smooth booking experience. It is near SM mall and other shops. The pool is quite big but with a fee of 200 per person. The unit itself is super cute. Very nice bed and interior. Has spare pillows and blankets. The view is also nice from the balcony.
If you have a car, you need to really book a parking space ahead of time, or else you will spend your time finding a parking spot. There is a yellow caution sign at the entrance of the building where the unit is located. Kinda scary and makes you wonder what it is about. The wifi is super slow and has no complimentary tissue.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The building is a construction site. The pool is not free. Parking is not free. Cash is not accepted for the pool. Only option is Gcash app which is unavailable to non Filipinos. The room was not ready when I checked in. Furniture is dated. Kitchen is well equipped but no basic cooking supplies like oil are provided. No toiletries are provided nor is toilet paper. No decent restaurants or bars are within walking distance and none are located in the property itself. My stay was a total bust.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2023The corner unit high floor had a beautiful view and that was the highlight of the trip! The location and ease of getting transportation was great!! The architecture of the facility was great with plenty of places to sit outside and amazing breezeways!!
I fought ants in the kitchen and dinning area the entire stay. I bought lots of pest control spray. The kitchen was not stocked very well. I bought a small oven for toast and a frying pan along with knife and other utensils. There are only a couple of lounge chairs around the pool for hundreds of people.

toiletries, the soap is one solid for 7 users not sanitary, please provide liquid soap and shampoo, we have to run outside to buy toothpaste and shampoo, for 7 guest only two small bottles of water are complementary. there is water galloon with a manual pump but there is no convenience store nearby , have to use grab for buying essential stuffs. there should have rugs in the toilet to dry it . slipper provided is only 1 for 4 adults

The room was smaller then expected. For me as a big person it was sometimes a little bit to small. For a long stay maybe better book a room with 2 bedrooms.
