Reviewed May 21, 2026Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hat einen grossen Balkon. Trotz der nahen Strasse war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle war in zwei Minuten zu erreichen.

Bella location ben posizionata per le esigenze mie e della mia famiglia e per lo scopo per cui abbiamo scelto tale struttura . Pulizia design comodità hanno soddisfatto me e il mio nucleo familiare. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per eventuale futuro soggiorno a Bellinzona. Consiglio di prenotare a chiunque ne avesse necessità. Rimarrete soddisfatti. Grazie!!!

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Ottima posizione dell'alloggio, tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Ha sia lavatrice che asciugatrice, ottimo per chi vuole portare qualche vestito per tenere lo zaino/valigia leggeri e camminando, nelle vicinanze, c'è anche un minimarket. Buon sistema di sicurezza per entrare nel proprio alloggio.

Appartement confortable et moderne, cuisine et salle de bain très bien. Spacieux. Lave vaiselle, bcp d'armoires et lave linge. Immeuble calme
Le canapé du salon pourrait être plus confortable et une petite table de salon serait agréable. Les coussins du lit moyen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Logement lumineux et spacieux. Il est bien équipé. Belle grande terrasse à disposition avec un peu de mobilier pour s'y installer. L'accès est facile en transports publics
la porte du lave-vaisselle était fermée et cela sentait mauvais à l'intérieur. C'est bien d'avoir un linge de cuisine neuf mais comme il est neuf: il laisse des traces de sa couleur sur la vaisselle.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Very nice, sparklingly clean and well equipped apartment. The check in process went very smoothly and communication was clear. Reasonable distance from Bellinzona center. The on-site parking (at extra charge) was a plus.
The apartment was a bit warm as there's no air conditioning, but the fans helped.

Il faudrait juste indiquer en bas a l'ascenseur les étages des différents appartement. Cependant nos enfants on adorer faire les étages pour le trouver .

Owner sent an checkin instructions video. We parked our car what saying in video. Owner did not accepted and requested to change it. Threaten with fines. Requested extra money for parking in the apartment parking lot as cash and did not provide invoice, seems it is not legal or just for get extra money. Requested throw out garbage to nearest bin but it was locked and we had to find a bin where we do not know the area. Bed was awful, too soft and noisy. We requested cot they even did not answer.

I would give this apartment straight 10, but it doesn't have an AC. It is rather essential during the hot days. Thank you for the fans, but they just move hot air.

The property does not come with air conditioner despite being advertised as having air conditioner. There was no fan provided either which made it unpleasantly hot and humid to sleep in. We had to leave the balcony doors open which attracted a lot of bugs as it was summer. Would not recommend this property at all.
