Volendo entrare nel dettaglio, la maniglia della porta di entrata all'appartamento non è molto comoda, anche se vu sono chiare istruzioni su come va usata

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Wunderschöne große Räume in einem alten Palazzo, Blick auf den Marktplatz, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Unsere Räder konnten wir in einem Fahrradraum abstellen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Der Marktplatz zieht auch abends Menschen an, dadurch lebhaft.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Oben nur nicht volle Punktzahl, wegen fehlender Klimaanlage. Da wurde die ansonsten hervorragende Lage zum Nachteil, da alle Fenster geöffnet werden mussten (und dann war es immer noch zu heiß) so dass der Strassenlärm der Innenstadt bis spät in die Nacht zu hören war. Wäre es aber nict so heiß gewesen (Wetter), wäre dieser Umstand nicht aufgefallen. Daher dennoch beste Lage, perfekte Ausstattung.

Missing air-conditioning with the recent temperatures, the owner was a bit annoyed when we had questions. Some parking option would be great.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location is fabulous - right in the centre of Bellinzona. Lovely high ceilings, very spacious and balcony onto the piazza. Very well equipped. Super close to the station and easy / convenient underground parking nearby as well.
The night we were there turned out to be the Notte Bianca Bellinzona, and much of the activity takes place right in the square underneath the location. So while this turned out to be an unexpected bonus and we joined the festivities, it was less fun at 5am when leaf blowers / glass sweeping clean up began. Suggest to be aware of this festival and the pros/cons! Some of the access roads were also closed so we struggled to get to the parking garage directly.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, insbesondere die gut eingerichtete Essküche. Speziell sind die hohen Räume mit abgerundeter Decke. Sitzend vom kleinen runden Balkon mit schönem Geländer kann man die historischen und bunten Gebäude mit gegenüberliegender Kirche und Umgebung betrachten und dem Treiben auf der Piazza zusehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Vermieter hilfsbereit und gab uns viele gute Tipps auch für Restaurantbesuche.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026I loved its position and the building is very interesting indeed. There was also a lift which was helpful with for the luggage and the flat had a sweet balcony. There were many interesting books to peruse.
The bathroom was quite out dated and you had to go over a high sill which would be difficult for some people.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Location is perfect and gorgeous! Apartment is super spacious and has everything you might need. Squeeky clean and towels smelled nicely. Felt like visiting a good friend. The view from the windows - exceptional and also has blackout curtains. Its a pity we stayed just several hours. I absolutely recommend it!
I personally have trouble with polyester bedsheets, but my partner was fine. If you sleep lightly, you might need earplugs, because the maintenance of the pliazza starts earlier than 5AM (again - my partner slept like beheaded). Checkout is 9:30 - I generally prefer 10am, but in our case we left 7:30, so I couldn't care less

הדירה חשוכה. המטבח חשוך מאד. מן הראוי היה שבאתר יציין בעל המקום שהלינה מחייבת חנייה בחניון סמוך ולא זול. התנאי שאמנם הובהר מראש ע"י המארח ..יציאה ב9:30 בעייתי מוקדם מדי... בשונה מבעל המקום מתיאו שהיה נעים שירותי ומסביר פנים. הבוקר ב9:30 התיצבה בדלת גברת שכנראה אמורה לנקות... בקשנו רק עוד שתי דקות להתארגן... הגברת הגיבה בחוסר סבלנות והבעת פנים כועסת של סוהרת בכלא. ממליץ לבעל המקום להסביר לה משהו על גישה מכבדת .

Es gibt keinen eigentlichen Aufenthaltsraum, sondern nur ein Sofa in der Küche. Die Beleuchtung in Küche/Aufenthaltsraum könnte besser sein. Die Fotos der Unterkunft sind teilweise nicht mehr aktuell.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Die Wohnung bietet einer fantastische Lage. super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, tolle Aussicht auf die schön Altstadt von Bellinzona, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Wenn man für guten Schlaf und Erholung verreisen möchte, ist diese Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Bellinzona wohl nicht die richtige Wahl, da am frühen Morgen ab 6 Uhr die Reinungsfahrzeuge geräuschvoll direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster ihre Arbeit verrichten.

Il n'y a pas de personnel, les instructions pour récupérer les clefs sont communiquées par message électronique. Il convient d'annoncer notre arrivée par courriel. Le lit est médiocre, pas de table ni lampe de chevet (histoire de pouvoir poser un livre, les lunettes, un verre ďeau), pas de prise électrique à proximité du lit. Cerise sur le gâteau: le check out est fixé pour 9 heures 30 à charge pour le client de le confirmer par courriel. Dans notre cas ce fut inutile, à 09:35, lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte, la femme de chambre attendait déjà. Je me demande si ľon fait mieux dans une caserne.

Al nostro arrivo il portone principale era chiuso ma l'host ha risolto prontamente il problema.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Die Wohnung liegt an zentralster Lage in einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Räume sind hell, sehr hoch und gross. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war sympathisch, schnell und unkompliziert.
Es ist schon ziemlich laut bis gegen Mitternacht. Lärmempfindliche wird das stören. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt und der Checkout um 9:30 Uhr ist etwas gar früh.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulitissimo e ordinatissimo e molto luminoso. Tutto impeccabile. Camera da letto grande e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anticipatamente. Matteo è stato super disponibile e cordiale.
Non vi sono foto della camera da letto nell'annuncio. La sera faceva un po' caldo e abbiamo aperto le finestre chiudendo però le tende per evitare di essere svegliati dal sole, ma c'era un po' di arietta e quindi le tende sbattevano facendo rumore e abbiamo dovuto chiudere le finestre. Ma è un dettaglio non rilevante considerando il fatto che ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Was uns sehr gefallen hat, ist, dass die Wohnung ganz ohne Fernseher und andere technologische Gadgets auskommt - wer braucht das schon bei diesem prachtvollen Ausblick auf die Piazza Collegiata!

Nice bar,restaurants,grocery stores nearby. The apartment is very well equipped, clean. Matteo - the host - was very helpful and approachable, he gave us recommendations of restaurants,bars,shopping and other useful info. One of my best stays ever!!! *****+

Historical, beautiful building. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Neat and well maintained. Responsive host. Good value for money.
The only area of improvement would be the checkout time, which is 09:30 am. I have stayed at 200+ hotels and Airbnbs all over the world, and this is the earliest checkout time I have ever encountered. I would recommend making checkout at 10:30 or 11:00, and check-in at 14:00 or 15:00, which is more standard.
