Spacious 4 brm home with spa and large garden

Well appointed, spacious house with spa. I highly recommend staying here!

Very spacious house, plenty of living space and space to hang out. Everything is clean and tidy and house had everything you might need for comfortable stay. Hot tub was incredible. The view of the mountain and lake from living room is breathtaking.

Hot water talk is quite small so people that took shower last in evening had an unpleasant surprise.

Roomy and had everything you need for an effortless home away from home.

Maybe some sharper knives?

We had an amazing stay! The house was well equipped and instructions easy to follow. Jacuzzi spa was fantastic and felt very private and with serene location.

The neighbour that came to the property our first night to complain about the noise (yes we had a speaker playing music but it wasn't too loud) could have spoiled things as she came across with so much self importance and snobbery. We were polite but then did as the instructions outlined - just ignored her!

The property is secure, lovely big section with a great outdoor area including a spa which was spotless, the home inside was presented in an immaculate condition and everything from salt and pepper to towels and blankets were top notch. We were so spoilt for space and furniture. The home was warm so didn't require any heating at all. Will definitely stay here again.

The (Karen!) neighbour needs to mind her own business and stop trying to control where the guests park!

Neighbour is very quick to point out her existence.

Backyard garden area was awesome. I had my dog (English bulldog) so there was plenty of room for her to run around and play with my 2 younger children (7 and 5). Everything in the kitchen was within arm reach. We all had our room and space. View of the lake I could go on and on. When we finished our adventures Saturday, it was just so nice to come back to a home and to just chill. We headed out 10am got back 9pm

The neighbour popping her head over, the fence, a few times when we got there. Curiosity I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

The property was lovely. Spacious, sunny, quiet and private. Close to everything including playground nearby and lake down the road. Very clean and communication with hosts was great. Spa was a definite bonus which we loved.

The place was incredible and Laura was such a good host! The place was very spacious , the photos didn’t do it justice. The spa was lovely to come back to after a day of activities! Beds super comfy, great upstairs room. And Laura was very easy to communicate with - 10/10

Place was near perfect, honestly nothing I would change.

Beautiful property close to the town centre. Lots of space for our 3 teenage children and ourselves. Spa was a bonus and the fenced backyard for our little dog was perfect.

Stunning property - photos simply don’t do it justice! Very spacious with plenty of room to spread out - both inside and outside! Kitchen was fully kitted out with every amenity one could want or need for a very short or long stay. Very safe backyard for little ones, and down a very safe (and upmarket) street. The spa was the added bonus. Both nights we were in Taupo it got to below 5 degrees, but with the heat pump we were very comfortably warm.
