Beautiful and spacious apartment, exactly like in the photos. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for families. Mourad and Mirna are great hosts, always quick to answer and very helpful. Easy check in, good location.

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was great.

لا شئ جيد غير ان المكان واسع وكبير مساحه لكن مكان غير آمن انصح اي شخص يقيم ينتبه لمتعلقاته لأنهم يسرقون ثم يحاولون ياخذو اموال مقابل استرجاع المتعلقات

1 يوجد حشرات بق في السراير تسبب في حساسيه لطفله رضيعه 2 كان معي هديا ذهب حلق وسلسله وافتقدتهم ولا يوجد اي مسؤل علي قدر مسوليه يسترجع لي الهديا التي تمت سرقتها من عمال النظافه وعند انتهاء الاقامه تواصلت مع عامله النظافه قالت لي لا تزعل ممكن تقبل مني حلق هديه مني بدل اللي اتسرق حاجه غريبه جدا قالت ايضا بالتاكيد واحد من الشباب الذي كانو معاها لأنهم مش كويسين وبيلعبو قمار وهما حراميه ولدي كل الشات بيننا 3وقالي المسول لقد تم فصل 3 عمال نظافه بسبب هذا الموقف معني ذلك اتعرفو علي الحرامي وبالنهايه يقول ليس لدي دليل لاسترجاع الذهب ومثبوب بالشات انهم بيحاولو ياخدو مني اموال لاسترجاع الدهب اسلوب رخيص منهم جدا والشركه طلبو مني سنعوضك بمبلغ عن الاشياء المفقوده وعندما قولت سعرها قالو لي لا نستطيع تقدر تشرح تجربتك في ريفيو

The villa has potential but it still needs a lot of work. The photos are definitely doing the place a massive favour. The good things are that its definitely spacious and has many areas for gathering. The kitchen is stunning and very large, and the outdoor + jacuzzi area was lovely. I will say that the downstairs bit is absolutely stunning. There are many bathrooms in the home and the living area was very cozy.

The hosts were kind but not very prepared. Although we were gracefully given an early check in, we were not given a passcode for entry an hour prior as we were told, and then we were given the wrong entry code after we were already waiting and it was an immediate hiccup upon arrival. Once we went inside, we were impressed with it upon first glance but there were a lot of small issues that are not indicated in the photos / aren’t reflective of the high ratings. Most of the bathrooms have hand soap or hand towels, the house didn’t necessarily feel like it was cleaned before we arrived. It felt like a home that had been closed off for a while and we were the people opening it. Lots of dust and just smelled abandoned/ desolate. Some bathrooms didn’t have hot water in the tap as well. The floors were all very scratched and there were a lot of details that felt patched up (tape on a cupboard on the wall in the hall, rugs were quite dirty, barely hangers in the wardrobes, etc, lots of details were missed). The way that the bedrooms were set up was also not ideal. There were no flat sheets in any of the beds and it felt like the beds were made very haphazardly, It just didn’t feel inviting or very clean. Also, all beds were smaller than mentioned on the listing, which meant that two guests had to sleep on the large sofa downstairs because there was not enough sleeping space (the single bed/ small room was quite terrible; the smell was really strong of sewage there and it was just very tiny). The bedding was very scratchy and felt quite used as well. The kitchen is stunning but not very equipped so if you’re planning on cooking/ eating there please make sure you check whats available to you first as it’s not much. The lights in the living area flicker and the wifi was very weak. Also, when asked to provide fitted sheets + extra sheets for people to sleep on the sofa, it was difficult to get this accommodated for by the host but was eventually provided.

My stay at this property was truly excellent! The place was incredibly clean and very spacious. The customer service was outstanding, the staff were unbelievably friendly and responded to any requests very quickly. There was even a security guard at the building entrance 24/7, which made me feel very safe. I will definitely stay here again😌

There are no nearby services like supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance, so having a car is highly recommended. Also, the water pressure in the bathrooms was very strong not necessarily a big issue, and I’m confident that if I had mentioned it, they would have addressed it right away. They genuinely care about the comfort of their guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Fantasy Duplex. The villa was beautifully decorated with enough space for our family of 6. It was a scantuary! We even made time for a dip in the jacuzzi. We had a minor hiccup at check-in, but the host was readily available and sorted matters out quickly. We also really appreciated the early check-in, and wifi was excellent. We also booked our transfer with the host, and needless to say, we had a comfortable and stylish ride to the airport at 1am. The hosts proactively really made our stay special. Our kids also loved the villa 💙

There is still some construction happening in the neighborhood (but this is the case in most of the up and coming cities in Egypt) and out of the owners control. The above didn't take away from our experience, and we would definitely stay again if we returned.
