The Breakfast was not great. For the added price including breakfast, there is should be some options and should be available by 7 am

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, well-lit, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent—very close to AIIMS and South Ex, making it easy to get around Delhi. As a couple-friendly hotel, the staff was professional and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free

Everything was great and far exceeded expectations. Just a great experience. Highly recommended Staff, whether at the reception, the restaurant or cafe were all fabulous and so friendly The breakfast was great, with many healthy options, fruits and drinks The location was great, near the Hauz Khas Village, green Park Market, , performing arts academy It was also near restaurants and cafes.

The staff were very kind. Allowed us to check in early. I liked that it was central to everything, the Metro, walking distance to the shopping center and restaurants.

The room and communal bathroom were spotlessly clean. Location was good, with a nearby supermarket and pharmacy and only a 10 minute downhill walk past shops to a large plaza with numerous pubs and restaurants and a further 5 minute walk down from the Metro Station.

We loved the quietness of the location. We slept so well. Lovely bed. Lovely shower. The very best though was the Staff. So friendly and welcoming. Ayush in particular was a superstar!

Had a lovely stay here. The hotel is on a quiet road in a relatively chill area of Delhi. It is only a few stops away from the airport on the metro which is very useful. The room was lovely, it was clean, had various amenities, had good air conditioning and fan and a lovely comfortable bed. We had a lovely breakfast around a big dining table and a lovely chat with Ayush, the Caretaker working at the hotel.

Booked 10 months in advance and they message me the night prior that my reservation is cancelled. Looking at my booking status, they didn't cancel so I did to avoid getting charges as a no-show. Scammers beware!

The doors of the rooms created problems as the locks didn’t seem to open sometimes

Dirty, they charged 14k for two nights and the place should be 1.5 k for a night. The whole place smelled weird, the area is dodgy and dirty, it’s basically a scam for online bookers. Better off calling other properties for direct quote.

Room service and no kitchen facility

Chambre bien meublée, moderne, suffisamment grande,bien équipée. On s est senti en sécurité, calme, et proche de tout, metro,magasins,restaurants etc...

Contrairement à ce qui est noté sur le site, il n y a pas de possibilité de petit dejeuner, dejeuner et dîner sur place...il a fallu se débrouiller avec la bouilloire dans la chambre pour se préparer un thé ou café et acheter ce qu il faut...et sortir tous les jours à l exterieur pour les repas..Donc grosse déception à l arrivée car je recherchais ces prestations lors de ma recherche d hébergement pour être tranquille certains soirs, ne pas avoir à ressortir...heureusement que ma fille etait grande,

Das Bett extrem weich und die Bezüge recht dreckig. Die Luft sehr schlecht. Theoretisch gibt es einen balkon, jedoch keine Stühle und der Ausblick ist nicht einladend. Für den Preis definitiv nicht wert.

The hotel has atrocious Maintenance. None at all. We reached hotel at 11:45PM. Advance Booked a Suite room on line and they put up nice pictures. Rooms are not like that. Balcony doors do not get closed and locked. No safety, no body is bothered. The owner says "no problem" and says that is how their rooms are. They call it "Couple friendly". Don't know what for they are targeting "Couples". In the middle of the night, using Booking.com, I had to book a room in a star hotel and shift. They didn't return my deposit money also. I have never been to such disgusting and ill maintained hotel and I will never return to that hotel and I wish nobody should.

The staff was helpful and Ayush upgraded our room to a Family Room. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The washroom was also neat and well-kept. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with the South Ex main market just a short 400m walk away.

More options in breakfast would be preferable.

Es liegt wirklich sehr ruhig, ist aber Verdammt schwer zu finden. Die bei Booking COM hinterlegte Adresse stimmt nicht. Aber man bekommt kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag.

Es war wirklich alles andere als sauber. Eine Schabe habe ich sogar mit dem Koffer zu meinem nächsten Reiseziel mit befördert. Auf dem Bett waren Haare und Flecken und in der Küche im Flur lag der Müll vom Kühlschrank.

Location is absolutely fantastic, bang in the middle of Old Town. Local market hall on the other side of the road, brilliant for breakfast (as market not open on Sundays) Also good atmosphere Saturday evening. Staff so helpfull and nice...

It was a very good stay, everything new , new building, new sweet, new furnished, I really liked everything ,Huge parking space, very lovely terrace with fantastic city view, very nice and helpful staff, Ayush the host was very helpful and so friendly(Thanks ayush) I Highly recommend this place to everybody from everywhere

We had an amazing time at the Family suites ! It is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace is super cozy and sunny. Shashnat and Ayush are very nice and gave us recommendation for Bike rent and restaurants. We will come back for sure :)

Ayush, from the staff, was really sweet and let me check in much earlier since the room was already ready. That was greatly appreciated. The room was cute, built with salt blocks, with a heater and a really good bathroom. Breakfast was good

Very comfortable, welcoming, ranch style spot. Lots of character and style. Quiet, clean, well kept. Surrounded by a variety of beautiful trees.. The Father and Son gentlemen owners , and Sandy the Dog, are fantastic folks! Quite happily drove me to the airport at 345 AM....

Great place. From the time we got here, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was very clean, and nice. Comfy bed, nice large walk-in shower with rain head. Quiet. Beautiful grounds. We enjoyed sitting outside at night by the fire. This is definitely a place we'll keep on our list.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a super hotel in a very pleasant - and very quiet - courtyard off the main street in South Delhi. The location couldn't be better, and as someone who enjoys a bath this had one of the best baths I've experienced - a real touch of luxury. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped, and the overall experience was great. There are also plenty of shops nearby for stocking up on groceries if you want to self-cater.

The hotel is new, which means everything is new and sparkling. Amazing cleanliness! The room is beautifully furnished, very aesthetically pleasing. The room had everything you need. You get real pleasure being there! The staff is polite and courteous. There is indoor parking for guests' cars.

The room was awesome, specially the family suite never saw such room usually in Delhi hotel. Great location and super nice people working there
