Muy deteriorado la puerta de acceso en mal estado, cuando llegamos al alojamiento segun la plataforma booking tenia piscina y cuando llegamos y preguntamos nos comienzan a decir que no estaban pagando los gastos comunes y no pudimos utilizar la piscina

All the instructions: localization, tower, number, parking spot, etc, were given by phone call. It would be great to receive a pdf with instructions, photos and FAQ so people doesn’t have to answer the phone and remember instructions. The only way to pay is Chilean bank account transfer or cash. It would be great to have a digital transfer method working specially por foreigners.
