Det var missvisande bilder. Bilderna var från en lägenhet högt upp och utsikt över fjäll och åredalen. Vi hade utsikt över en väg och parkering. Den låg i markhöjd och var full insyn i de stora fönsterna som var där.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de sauna, maar ook de ruime leefomgeving waren een plus voor ons.

Great location for skiing. Beautiful interior. Usable kitchen. Sauna. Easy parking.

Immediately after charging you the full amount in advance they tell you all the things they demand from you such as a painful online questionairre.. while threatening that you wont be able to check in unless you meet all their demands. There is no host on site and the key system is very inconvenient. To get in you need to keep moving your phone around until it finally clicks. Sometimes it can take a long time. Everyone has to have a mobile phone and you have to install the app. They could instead provide some key cards for your stay but don't. The whole system operates at the convenience of the host so that no one has to be there and it is all very inconvenient for the guests. They quickly locked us out at 10am sharp and we hung around the whole day trying to get back in to get a left item but it was never possible. Later they wanted 50 euros to post it.

Det var svårt att komma i kontakt med dom som hade boendet.

Upea ja erittäin tasokas asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli remontoitu erittäin hyvällä maulla ja laadukkailla materiaaleilla. Näkymät oli upeat vuoristoon ja sijainti hiihtohissien välittömässä läheisyydessä kuin myös kylä oli kävelymatkan päässä. Tänne tulen mielelläni uudelleenkin.

Ulko-oven mobiiliavain ei toiminut kovin hyvin. Huoneistossa olisi hyvä olla myös enemmän pyyhkeitä.

Great location, beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I recommend this place and will be returning here in the future.

Låssytemet

Lägenheten var ej densamma som på bilderna (även om den var väldigt fin). Låg också på bottenplan vilket gjorde att folk såg in.

Great apartment for 4 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was spacious and comfortable. The staff was quick to respond when we had any questions.

There was only 1 thin towel per person. We ended up having to get more which were about €10 per set (1 small and 1 big).

Fin leilighet, ryddig og rent, bra beliggenhet .

Forferdelig mange utfordringer med å oppnå tilgang til dørsystemet, videre konstant trøbbel med å låse opp entrance. Vi fikk hjelp av andre gjester som også hadde hatt likelydende utfordringer. På et tidspunkt sto vi 5 stk utenfor som ikke kom oss inn til våre respektive leiligheter. Brukte mye tid på dette og fikk bl a ikke sjekket inn før over en time etter at vi hadde ankommet. Her er det stort forbedringspotensiale. I leiligheten var det ikke lys i inngangshallen. Vi hadde bestilt to dobbeltsenger, men fikk leilighet med en dobbeltseng og ei køyeseng. Sengetøy var kun pålagt dobbeltsengen. Ingen kildesortering oppmerket. Når man brukte så mye ekstra tid på ting som ikke var i orden, hjelper det ikke på at man har utsjekk kl 10:00, i tillegg kom en «vakt» og lurte på om vi var ferdige til utsjekk kl 09.40🙈😝🙈 Veldig synd med dette rotet, da leiligheten i seg selv var «griselekker»👍

One thing worth mentioning except that the flat is lovely. The none working key system and that our access to the apartment was delayed with an hour., due to malfunction in the phone based keysystem.. The back up system with physical cards didn't work either. Eventually we got help from a most kind local technician at the apartment with some keys cards..

Great apartment, nice beds, functional kitchen etc.

We could not find info about WIFI login. We emailed twice but got no answer. The info that Åre Ski Sanctuary is the hotel still branded as Tott was not clear. This creates confusion. We were lucky to meet one staff by accident, that's how we found the room. The information about how to get keys etc could me much more concrete. Checking out at 10:00 is ok but many guests ski on the day of departure. A luggage room with access to a toilet and maybe some place to change clothes would be a big improvement. The only toilet we found, next to the office, was locked. So overall, a great stay and I might come back again. I realize the ambition to reduce overhead cost, need for staff etc but there is a limit when the level of service becomes to low. You have some things to work on. :-)
