Fairly simple access although a lot of instructions to read through. Very good location with easy access to the sloes and great view of the town.

Very much industrialized living. The company had a large number of instructions and disclaimers to go through for the booking. Upon arrival i discovered that there were no blinds to shield out the sun, which led to early awakenings every morning. When i asked about this the reply was that i should have checked the advert more throughly, so in terms of service there is room for improvement. Also very much missed a room to put bags before/after checking in and out.

Rörigt och stökigt vid skidförvaring. Otydligt med kod som inte funkade. Eget skidlås behövs. Inga gardiner i lägenhet. Alldeles för ljust och varmt när solen lyser.

Det kändes slitet och var inte tipp topp. Dyrt med parkering. Det kändes inte bra att andra gäster tilldelades samma rum som jag och fick access till mitt rum trots att jag checkat in redan. Som tur var var det ärliga människor. Engelsktalande kundtjänst per telefon utlovade kompensation för det inträffade men det verkar de glömt bort…..

Pefekt med hissavstånd till backarna och att kunna ta Bergbanan från byn. Vi hade magisk utsikt över Åresjön och Mullfjället.

Väldigt fin utsikt över hela byn, nära till allt stationen, restauranger, affärer och liftar. Lägenheten passar perfekt till två, verkligen inget att klaga på. Smidigt med mobila nycklar men samtidigt skrämmande ifall det inte funkar.

Inget att klaga över men önskemål om persienner när det är för ljust och soligt så går det inte att se på tv. Min mobila nyckel funkade inte på entrédörren men det fanns folk i rörelsen hela tiden så man kunde komma in ändå. Fick tips av några ungdomar hur man tar sig in😉

Positive ting: Moderne værelse med god indretning og masser af eludtag. Fin soveplads, spiseplads og sofa samt TV. Godt køkken med faciliteter - dog burde der være mere bestik og kopper, så man ikke behøvede at vaske op efter hvert måltid. Luksus med vaske- og opvaskemaskine og tørretumbler i Miels kvalitet. Fin forbindelse til skibakken.

- Dårlig og meget dunkel belysning. Ingen lys over spisebord, Alt for svag belysning i øvrige lamper. - Ubrugelige skabe. To skabe ved sengene var 2 m høje, men havde hverken hylder eller bøjlestang. Var bare til besvær. Efter klage lovede de at komme og ordne det, men det fortrød de igen. - Kun 4 bøjler til 2 personer!! Det er alt for lidt til vådt skitøj og flere lag svedigt tøj efter en lang dag på pisterne. Kommentar fra udlejer var, at "bøjler ikke er en del af det inventar, der følger med til lejligheden". Så det kunne de heller ikke hjælpe med. - Sagde de rengøring 5 ud af 7 dage? Vi fik ikke gjort rent en eneste gang i de 10 dage, vi boede på værelset. Og ingen skift af håndklæder under opholdet. - Meget ufleksibel mht deponering af bagage. Det er simpelt hen ikke muligt at deponere bagage, hverken ved ankomst eller ved afrejse. De positive forhold fortjener 5 stjerner, mens de negative forhold trækker 2-3 stjerner ned. Men jeg er utilfreds med den manglende service, når man beder om assistance, så det ender på 2 stjerner.

Fantastiskt läge för ski in-ski out! Lätt att gå till byn och att ta Bergbanan upp. Unnade mig taxi när jag hade matkassar och skidutrustning att bära nere från Ica. Sköna sängar och tyst om nätterna - vi sov så gott!

Lite klurigt med enbart digital nyckel, att dela nyckel och hålla mobilerna varma och laddade långa dagar. Personal i huset var dock hjälpsamma!

Ingenting faktiskt.

Det var enormt otrevlig kontakt med ett indiskt call centre och vi fick hot om att vräkas ur lägenheten kl 22 på kvällen för att de missat att vår 9-åriga dotter var med och vi bad om ett extra handduksset till henne. Vi fick betala 1500 SEK för handdukarna och fick efter mkt om och men stanna i lgh. Det satte en osäker ton för hela vistelsen. Det fanns ingen belysning över det minimala köksbordet. Ingen vid soffan. Lgh är inte rustad för skidåkare alls. Saknar vettig upphängning av alla skidkläder, hjälmar osv. Det finns inget skid- och pjäxförråd. Kommunikationen är extremt omständig och reglerna omfattande & omständigt beskrivna. Det märks tydligt att någon satt i system att ha underbetald somalisk arbetskraft och ta ut mesta möjliga pris för väldigt lite. Detta är inget jag skulle rekommendera någon annan att uppleva. Åre är fullt av härliga boenden. Välj något av dem istället. Och njut av vistelsen. I ett bekvämt boende, skapat för skidåkare och med service för gästen.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Great location where you could walk across the the ski lift, and not too far from the centre of town as well. As a bonus we had a great view across the village and lake from our lounge room. The apartment was well equipped, save for basics like glad wrap or pantry staples you might expect in an Airbnb. Overall good value for money and worked well for us.

A couple of extra towels would have been handy, but with the washer and dryer this wasn't too much of an issue. Also some more pantry staples would be useful.

Incredible views, spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen. Great winter sports storage. Good appliances.

Shower is extremely messy, no pitch/angle so water goes everywhere and rubbers have lifted on the doors. Living room light didn't work. Tiny, thin pillow, only one each. No explanation as to where the QR code was for wifi (ended up being inside a distribution board guests shouldn't even have access to).

Space efficient and good looking apartment of a high standard. Very practical with included toiletries, linnens etc.

The apartment was quite dark, to the point it was almost annoying in the mornings before sunrise.

The apartment is in a great spot, and the view was amazing. You can easily get to the ski area. The facilities generally are really good, and the bed was super comfy too.

Emplacement au top, les remontées mécaniques sont accessibles de l’immeuble, il y un restaurant très bon à l’intérieur, la gare et le supermarché sont accessible à pieds, tu peux faire à manger la cuisine est bien équipée.

It is our second time staying here, and we will continue to choose this property because the location is right next to the ski pistes, it is quiet and clean, communication with the host is easy and always clear, and it has an amazing view over Åresjön. You have all you need for a short stay, and I can certainly recommend it to others.

The bathroom was really nice. The bed was quite comfortable. There was a coffee machine and tv, not listed.

There are no blinds/curtains or anything to block out the light. Mainly an issue that the apartment gets too hot to be in from around 3 in the afternoon and in the evening whenever there’s any sun, but also too light to sleep. Only one wine glass and overall very few glasses and cutlery. A lot of ice built in the refrigerator, needed a defrost The digital key stopped working on a couple of occasions, got help quite quickly via message through booking.com It’s quite a long walk uphill to get there, but I was aware when booking

Great apartment with good kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and great view over the mountain and the valley and lake.

There was only a very small (<1m wide) curtain that essentially served no function. For summer visits, it would be great (and I would even say necessary) with a curtain that could cover the whole wall over the 3 windows, both for managing heat/direct sunlight and for darkening in the early morning sunrise during summer.

Imagine you have been driving for four hours to reach your destination. All you want to do is get inside your room and relax. But you can’t enter the building, let alone your room, because your ’keys’ weren’t sent to your smartphone. There is absolutely no-one there physically to help you. Or, perhaps you successfully navigated the humanless check-in and are enjoying an exciting day out on the slopes - but oops, you left your phone charging in your room - oh dear, now you can’t even get into the building or your room or even call anyone to help you. The first scenario is what happened to me - and not only me - there were other poor travellers wandering around, unable to get into this digitally engineered hotel. The second scenario is absolutely possible. In fact, this could have been a perfect secondary backdrop for the movie, Inside, with Willem Dafoe. One power outtage or a hostile hack and you’re locked in without manual override. Let’s say you do manage to speak to someone in customer service. Company policy is to shift blame from its obviously flawed system to the customer for everything that goes wrong - ´The system says you didn’t check in 24 hours before’ (I did) ’The property isn’t advertised as having a working TV or curtains’. WTF? An apartment in the land of the midnight sun without curtains or blinds? And a swisher than swish Miele kitchen and swanky TV but you have to spend 2 hours rebooting the wifi to get it ’online’. ’Oh and when you check out, please make sure you’re not a second later than 10 am because the cleaners will arrive a few minutes later, and if you haven’t ordered late check-out then you’ll be charged a massive fee’. I was only too pleased to escape. Please stay if you wish to be superglued to your smartphone, trying to communicate with semi AI generated chat. Please don’t, if you are a free-minded individual who appreciates humanity in what is still, after all, a human world.

Good location, the house is directly connected to the ski lift, large windows with a great view of the city, mountains and if you wish and the weather is good you can also see the northern lights😀. very clean

Minimalist modern apartment with a beautiful view of the frozen lake. It was pleasant to have breakfast with that view in the mornings. Definitely better than staying in a hotel.

Only issue was the app didn't always work for the building entrance.

Excellent and quite comfortable place. Perfect communication with the host, as all our queries were answered within an hour or two after sending the message. The location is above Åre, and it has an amazing view of the lake/river, which is definitely one of the highlights of this property. Very easy check-in and check-out. The amenities are new and easy to use, which made the whole stay even lovelier. The bed is big and quite comfortable, and in combination with the bedding, it has been an amazing restful stay. The whole area is very quiet, and of you're looking for a very quiet place, look no further and book this one.

WiFi's QR code at the entrance door does not work, and it leads to a generic qr code webpage explaining what a qr code is. You need to open the electric box and scan the qr code which is on the WiFi inside instead. Shower drain was clogged from too much hair, so a pool of water was forming when showering.

Great location, great view, super clean, extremely calm. Well-equipped kitchen. Washing and machine and dryer in the bathroom is a plus.

The key/entry process is not simple, even if it worked in the end (though my card didn't work to enter through the ski-in-ski-out or the main entrance to the building). Very sterile, empty and weird building in the off-season at least...in five nights I didn't see a single other guest inside.

Good looking appartment with good equipment.

No curtains to be able to use the tv. And also the building felt a little unsecure. Primarily the garage. Something was stolen of my car over the night and nobody is covering the replacement.
