Nothing really. Had an issue with smell in bathroom from drainage but contacted host & staff came straight away to sort out.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025It was great - clean and they have thought of everything down to the filtered water and free tooth brushes. There is great communication with the people. We had a power cut and they were around in seconds. Just a treat for our holiday a home away from home.
It’s a bit far out from the town. We just caught Grab motorcycles and cost us next to nothing, We did not feel comfortable walking around the area.

Taxi required to get to the heart of Seminyak. $3. A small price to pay for the ride.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2024The villa was in a great location, short walk to good restaurant and a short taxi trip to the beach. The villa had everything you could need for a holiday. Staff were excellent. We stayed with a 1 year old and it was great the staff went above and beyond with ensuring there was toy suites to her age.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024One of the staff, Nengah, met us at the villa to welcome us and show us around the villa before handing us 2 sets of keys. This was very useful as we came as 2 couples and each couple gets a set of keys to hold onto, for easy access in and out of the villa. Overall, it was a beautiful villa with lots of amenities. The staff were also very responsive and replied to our texts or alls within minutes. Loved our stay there!
On two occasions, we faced some issues with the plumbing. However, Nengah responded to my text immediately and came over to fix the issue. He even taught us how to rectify it if it should happen again. Thankfully, it was a simple fix as we just had to turn off and on the main switch.

This villa has felt to me like a second home and I can’t recommend it enough. Your privacy and enjoyment of this house are 100% guaranteed.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024Property was a good size. Pool was also a good size. We loved the gardens and the outside area. The kitchen was great. Good size fridge, bedrooms and bathrooms lovely. Management and staff were EXCELLENT in every way. Nothing was a bother to them. They even let us in early.
Location. Too far to walk to the hub or restaurants. Needed to get a grab which was fine. School at the end of the road. Busy traffic noise. Dogs barking for hours on end outside.
