Op zich zijn de luxe kamers met eigen zwembad van idee prima. Het is eigenlijk een groot complex. Maar door de kleine "villa" stijl valt dat niet op. Het zwembad (publiek) en privé zijn goed en aangenaam.

We zijn niet goed begonnen want we hadden deze uitgekozen omwille van foto met Netflix op. Het is steeds leuk om samen even te chillen met je eigen Netflix. Helaas en dat maakt de start al niet top: plots werd er gezegd, enkel en alleen bij de Deluxe villa's. Zelfs niet bij de "gewone" villa's of de kamers. Ik zelf vind dat zo jammer omdat je ook niet meer kan cancelen en dus vastzit. Het ontbijt was van onzettend slechte kwaliteit. De meest goedkope producten gebruikt. Koffie, wanneer je cappucino of espresso wil, moet je bijbetalen. Het was geen prettige ervaring. Der hygiëne in de kamers valt ook tegen. Bevuilde handdoeken en al lang niet meer opgefriste kamers wat leid tot wat vuile muren en idee dat het mooie muggenscherm rond het bed echt wel vuil is. De matras is degelijk.

Perfect location in the middle of a very busy street close to everything. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Felt safe and liked having a security guard at gate. Daily breakfast was good with cook on-site making custom egg dishes and plenty of fruit and pastries.

Villa needs updating, outdoor living area and bathrooms meant lots of mosquito's.

Very large and comfortable with nice grounds and swimming pools. Great ,friendly staff and super location . Breakfast was more than adequate !

The property is a bit run down and old ..the fixtures and fittings need replacement deperately ..like the taps /showers/ commodes ,Air conditioners need complete overhaul

The property is very peaceful and quiet considering how close to the bustle it is. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast great and accomodation worked very well for our group

The shower only had one temp control either just cold or hot The bath couldn’t enjoy cause it had a leak The pictures that are shown IS NOT YOUR STAY ITS WORSE The place is falling apart We asked for a double bed they put two singles together and it was not comfortable Tv single was terrible

Excellent plenty of variety

Our 2 rooms were both supposed to have large double beds. Only 1 did, the other was 2 singles, which due to heavy wooden frames could not be put together. It was ok I just slept in single, but would have preferred bigger bed as stated when I booked

The location of the hotel is amazing inside the city 1 minute from seminyak busiest street, yet it offers extreme privacy away from any noise The price is amazing compared to what has been offered Overall wonderful stay and definitely recommend

The photos on booking showed the suit was a duplex sort of with inner stairs but we had 1 floor suite on the upper level

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, les chambres sont spacieuses .Emplacement parfait Et au calme.

La villa qu’on a loué a besoin d’être rénové. Les murs intérieurs ont pris l’humidité et donc des traces sont assez visibles avec écailles de peinture. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, le plan de travail était fendu en deux. Dans la salle de bain, quelques carreaux cassés ainsi qu’une partie de la toiture en plastique. État général de l’établissement ainsi que la Piscine centrale a besoin aussi de rénovation.

The pool areas were great .. however the umbrella's needed replacing as they were weathered .. the breakfast was good however, the roof leaked a fair bit when there was heavy rain it needed repairs, the place overall looked tired and needed a boost, the staff were great, the location was also great .. the villa was nice however, it needed some attention ..

The villa we stayed in was infested with mosquitos even though we used the netting they were in the room .. the netting was dirty with squashed mosquitos and it was hanging in some places, their was construction going on next door to our villa and the men working there were able to look into our villa which meant we didnt feel comfortable being outside .. the whole place needs an uplift, no bottle opener in the villa, no tea towels in the kitchenette in the villa's .. the cabana's near the pool needed a makeover ...

Location was amazing and staff were exceptional, especially Suta, what an asset he is the the property.

We didn’t not like anything about the property, only a few things need updating and maintenance but I understand that is being done in the future.

The staff were friendly and having a Villa right in the centre of everything was great. The kids enjoyed having a private pool and making friends with all the staff. Maintenance was great when called at midnight to fix the heated water for coffees.

There were a few cleanliness issues during our stay; night one there was blood on the pillow that seeped through the pillow case throughout the night, when asked to change it the housekeeping just changed the pillow case and left us with the blood stained pillow. Several times there where stains or dirt marks on the sheets after housekeeping and re made up and cleaned the villa. Towels were not frequently changed out even when they were left where they asked for then to be left if you want them changed. Hand soap was not replaced when finished.

Location was great central and walking to everything. Food was great breakfast lunch and dinners.

Shower heads needs changing in room 5.1 Otherwise everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Desamuda! The location was perfect and far enough from the street that it felt so private! All the staff were lovely and brilliant! Daily breakfast was the perfect start everyday and we even opted for a floating breakfast one day which was very special. Could not have asked for a better home base thank you so much for this slice of paradise!!

J'ai adoré cet hôtel très au calme, ce qui était vraiment agréable après une journée dans le bruit constant du trafic. À proximité de plusieurs restos excellents, facilement accessible en voiture. Tout le personnel était d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et à l'écoute pour nos activités que nous avons personnalisées (comme une journée à Ubud). Nous n'avions pas pris le pdj compris mais nous y sommes allés manger le dernier matin avant notre départ, et c'est un buffet assez complet, on peut même commander des œufs fait minute de notre choix. La piscine est le gros atout de cet hôtel, très spacieuse et calme.

La connexion internet n'était pas très bonne dans notre chambre, elle fonctionnait parfaitement au niveau de la piscine en revanche.

We loved our stay so much. We arrived before check in time and we were so tired. They reception staff were so kind and helpful and were able to get a room ready for us within 5 minutes. We were so thankful to have a few hours of rest before check in time. The room was a bit dated but very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a private pool which was super private and relaxing. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and places to get a massage. We ordered room service and the quality was excellent. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly suprised. It's not a new and fancy place but if you need a quiet place to relax that is still close enough to everything and super comfortable - then this is your place!

Anything booked through them, massages and day trips, were overpriced and low quality. Water pressure was low.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The villa we had was a 2 bedroom with a private pool so we had access to that and the 2 other communal pools.

The only complaint I have is so minor but my shower head jets were a bit everywhere.

Location is excellent - very central in Seminyak, close to restaurants, tattoo centres, salons, cafes.

The lighting in the room could be improved, there were some issues with my AIRCON not working and water leaking

The staff were wonderful, the location was excellent, the breakfast great. Everyone was accommodating and very friendly. Such a nice quiet location, hidden away from the main street and only a 20min walk to the beach.

my only advise would be to put in a comfy couch to sit on after a long day of walking around, you just want to sit, but the chairs are not that comfy to relax on. The TV antenna needs to be fixed as the little time I did turn the TV on the picture was fuzzy. The lights around the villa need to be turned off at night so they don't shine in the room whilst sleeping.

Loved this comfy, warm stay. Basically had the pool to myself for 4 days- very accessible to walk the busy streets of Seminyak as well as bike it to other areas.

The full package is great. This is our second time staying here. The ability to grab drinks and food when required or swim in the many pools or just enjoy your Villa is great. I particularly like the attentiveness of the staff. Always very accommodating and trying to make us comfortable. Notably, Wini, we met last time we visited and she was super kind and helpful to us for our entire stay.

The property has deteriorated a lot since our last visit. I realise in this low cost environment it’s not always possible to get good quality materials which does mean that they don’t last as long however, it was obvious that some of the more important parts of the property are suffering from lack of maintenance. Not to a point of danger however, you can see that some things on the facilities could use a freshen up.

The location is perfect with so many restaurants, pubs and other amenities just a short walk away. The villas offer everything you need to be comfortable and to have a great time. The staff are the best and especially Suena at the front office. He is so friendly and went above and beyond ensuring that I wanted for nothing. He definitely made the stay amazing and homely. Will definitely be back again, and again and again!! 🤩

The rooms are on the older side and could do with a bit of a face lift.

The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, tattoos, cafes, shops, massage, plus its only a fairly short walk to the beach (20mins ish). Although the hotel is near all the busy streets of Seminyak, it remains surprisingly quiet with little to no disturbances. I loved staying in my private little villa with own pool, etc, but also enjoyed hanging out at the big pool drinking cocktails. The bed was comfy and I appreciated the mozzie nets which always feels quite special and the aircon worked a treat. Little touches like the mozzie coils were great, but I had to buy my own lighter to light them because the 4 matches left for me didnt work. I made the space my own and didn't want to leave by the end. The security guards were so lovely and friendly, and I always got a big wave hello or goodbye!

I was really disappointed when I first pulled up in my taxi because the front of the accommodation is really not much to look at and I got concerned about where I had booked to stay. There is clearly some works in progress? I.e. roofing... The check in desk was underwhelming. I wish more guests would have hung out around the bar area as I was on my own and would have quite enjoyed the company, however, the bar and restaurant areas weren't very inviting. A couple of the pillows were smelly, but it was ok because I had 4 to use so I just used the 2 that weren't. Some of the electrics looked a bit dodgy!!! and the 2 lounges by my private pool need replacing.

Facilities are very nice and the rooms are enormous. We loved everything :) Also very close to the Seminyak action.

Location was excellent, close to the street but very quiet. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful Swimming pool was great. Filtered water, hot and cold was much appreciated. Also supply of washing up liquid was very useful Gardens were very pleasant. Breakfast was fine, the omelette in particular!

Some of the fittings were old and tarnished in the bathroom.

Très bon séjour à Seminyak. La chambre était très spacieuse, presque comme un appartement, avec un lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet. Le personnel était également très gentil et accueillant.

La piscine privée est assez petite en profondeur, l’eau m’arrivait seulement à la cuisse. De plus, plusieurs carrelages au fond de la piscine étaient cassés, ce qui faisait mal aux pieds. Enfin, l’homme qui nous a fait visiter la villa était un peu insistant au moment de notre arrivée : après la visite, il est resté plusieurs minutes à nous regarder sans partir, ce qui nous a mis un peu mal à l’aise avant qu’il nous laisse enfin profiter de la villa seuls.
