Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The view and closeness to the ocean is unbeatable. Apartment is light and airy with everything you need. Kitchen stocked, even a Nespresso coffee machine and airfryer. A fun touch is the popcorn buckets... Crisp white linen and bath towels provided. Easy communication with Erika and Charlotte.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024The size of the property both inside and out were fantastic, along with the location. The staff we met were always friendly.
The sofa, whilst it looked inviting wasn’t as comfortable as we expected, and we felt it was oversized for the maximum number of guests permitted. It would have been good to have some darker curtains in the main bedroom to allow for better lie-ins when desired.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024The view and position was great. The beds and spacious 3 rooms. The patio is massive and covered. The towels are lovely. Frinton 4 is ground level so no stairs and best position in the block.
There wasn't a Weber gas braaier but I thought there was supposed to be one. Small hiccup and nothing serious. The dryer had to be fixed a couple times which was done swiftly. If your vehicle is high it won't fit in the garage. The front door needed to be lifted up to be locked. It doesn't sit on the hinge properly. It doesn't lock otherwise. Small issues which didn't rly affect the stay in a significant way.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2022Everything it's home away from home. Excellent view of the beach. Beautiful furniture. Everything that you need from your own house, you will get it there. Entertainment games for us play. DSTV full package even Netflix. To get this apartment it's not easy it's always fully booked. Thank you so much Erika and Charlotte for keeping it neat like that. Definitely we will visit again for the 3rd time.
