Um agradecimento também ao funcionário Panaiotis pela simpatia e indicações preciosas em relação a ilha.

Está lejos de todo, incluso de la parada del transporte público. Imprescindible alquilar coche. En Booking pone que el traslado a/desde el aeropuerto está incluido, pero no es verdad. Nos cobraron 50 euros aunque nos habían dicho que serían 40. No arreglaron la habitación de forma adecuada. Entraron y cambiaron toallas pero dejaron las camas mal hechas. Eso nos incomodó bastante

L'hôtel est situé au sud de l'île dans un endroit au calme. Il dispose d'un grand parking, il est entièrement orienté vers la caldera et la vue est splendide. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet diversifié (fruits frais, légumes frais, du salé, du sucré). Nous avions reservé une chambre (Suite Junior Côté Falaise avec Piscine Privée - Vue sur Caldera) et nous n'avons pas été déçu. La piscine privée dispose d'un mode balnéo (jets pour massage), la chambre est grande est très lumineuse. Le personnel de l'hôtel est attentionné et très réactif. L'hôtel propose gratuitement une navette pour vous récupérer à l'aéroport.

The most beautiful view

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με απίστευτη θέα στην καλντέρα και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Μακριά από την πολύβουη Σαντορίνη. Ένα μέρος χαλάρωσης και ιδιωτικότητας. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, καθαρά δωμάτια. Πραγματικά εξαιρετική διαμονή.

Το κατάλυμα χρήζει μερικής ανακαίνισης σίγουρα. Χρειάζεται περιποίηση στους εξωτερικούς χώρους των δωματίων, όπως πχ στους τοίχους του μπαλκονιού και αλλαγή στις ξαπλώστρες οι οποίες ήταν κίτρινες.

Etablissement très bien, bien situé, calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer Egée et les falaises volcaniques. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, attentionné et chaleureux. Il y a de bons restaurants tout proche.

Servizio ristorante e pulizia migliorabile.

Questo hotel offre una vista stupenda sulla caldera con la possibilità di ammirare uno dei migliori sunset dell’isola lontano dal caos di Oia e Fira. Il personale è molto gentile. Ci sono stati offerti transfer gratuiti dall’aeroporto e per il porto all’arrivo e alla partenza, visto che avevamo un soggiorno di una settimana. Infine, un servizio davvero gradito è stata la possibilità di noleggiare l’auto direttamente dall’hotel con consegna e ritiro gestiti direttamente in reception.

La colazione è migliorabile rispetto agli standard che la struttura offre, sia per qualità che per rifornimento e varietà.

La vue sur la Caldeira est à couper le souffle. Quel bonheur tous les matins de pouvoir la contempler depuis notre chambre (levanta) L’intimité est plutôt bien respectée entre les chambres; il n’y a pratiquement pas de vis à vis. La piscine privée est de belle taille et nettoyée tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. L’endroit est calme et non loin du phare d’akrotiri pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Nous reviendrons!

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (pas de véritables jus de fruits) et un peu plus varié.

Colazione ricca e varia, mentre la cena è stata eccellente, con piatti abbondanti e di qualità. Consiglio la Caesar Salad e il soufflé al cioccolato con gelato alla vaniglia, davvero ottimi. La grande piscina e l'atmosfera rilassante rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

la struttura alberghiera è molto bella ed in una posizione meravigliosa per la tranquillità e per la vista sulla caldera e sul tramonto. abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura 10 giorni bellissimi. camera molto grande e dotata di piscina privata, bagno molto funzionale e pratico. camera ben insonorizzata e con impianto wi fi e aria condizionata ottimi. alcuni membri dello staff meritano un plauso. Angelo e Maria i piu' bravi e i piu' attenti!! è una struttura che con poco lavoro può diventare un vero gioiello dell'ospitalità a Santorini!

nella camera avrei inserito un armadio chiuso o una cassettiera per i vestiti. per un soggiorno lungo ci siamo trovati un pò in difficoltà con una nicchia aperta per appendere i nostri vestiti. la colazione non è assolutamente all'altezza della struttura. spesso scarsa, mancanza di cibo già alle 9.45 (la sala colazioni chiude alle 10.30!!!) e mancanza di piatti, bicchieri e tazze per tutti gli ospiti. spesso c'era da richiedere e sollecitare il personale per il riassortimento. il personale della sala colazioni/bar abbastanza distratto e poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti. avevamo anche richiesto yogurt senza lattosio per mia moglie che poi non ci è mai stato fornito nonostante le richieste! il personale andrebbe seguito e motivato un pò di piu'. Angelo bravissimo e gentilissimo come anche la nostra cameriera della camera bravissima e pulitissima.

The hotel is amazing, but view is absolutely stunning and the staff couldn't be better! They even gave us our friends a courtesy upgrade so we could stay in a room side by side, to improve our experience, and it did! 10/10 and I recommend this hotel for everyone!

Il personale della reception ci ha avvisato che l'acqua non era potabile per cui avremmo dovuto usare l'acqua in bottiglia per lavarci i denti, ma ci sono state fornite solamente due bottiglie il primo giorno, poi abbiamo dovuto provvedere a comprarle

Peaceful location with a stunning view over the caldera. You will need a car if staying more than a few nights to explore the island and hotel staff are happy to assist to arrange this and other excursions. Friendly staff and your own plunge pool which was a decent size.

To use the main pool some shade needs to be provided as the sun is very intense. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory but some mornings there were no English breakfast tea bags and no kettle or hot drink facilities in rooms so we took our own portable. We liked the quiet of the hotel but as a consequence people ate out in the evenings despite food being available which meant there was no atmosphere in the evenings, this was fine for us as it kept it peaceful, but may not suit others looking for entertainment.

My stay at Maison Des Lys in Santorini was exceptional. The room and facilities were beautifully maintained, and the staff provided outstanding service at every moment. The breakfast and dinner offerings were consistently excellent, and the front desk team was remarkably kind, attentive, and helpful. I left with only positive impressions — a flawless experience from start to finish. A perfect 10/10.

One of the best stays I've ever had, from the kind welcome by Mr. George who gave us excellent recommendations for our Santorini stay and helped us to rent a quad, the unforgettable location with stunning views, the excellent state of the property and the rooms, the pool view to the caldera is a dream, the free shuttle at arrival from the airport with excellent and welcoming driver Mr. Kostas, who also took us to the port for our departure in complimentary transport, very accommodating staff. Thank you Maison des Lys for an unforgettable couple of nights! We left wishing we could stay more.

I saw some reviews about the breakfast, but it was more than enough, and they let me prepare a tray to take to the room so we could enjoy the breakfast in the room by the pool with the incredible views. Continental and English breakfast options with everything from chopped fruit, warmed toasts with ham and cheese, we had a very tasty and filling breakfast both mornings!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered, and the rooms were absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. As a couple, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect, romantic atmosphere—every detail was taken care of, the service was top-notch, and we want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back

Everything! First, there was a complimentary transfer from airport to the hotel and vice versa! Secondly, the staff are really very friendly and accommodating. Starting from our driver Costas, the receptionists Angelo, Pablos and George until to the lovely ladies of the restaurant Dimitria and Vaselina and to others. Thirdly, the hotel itself is clean with a stunning view of the whole Caldera including the sunrise and sunset! And lastly, the location, it was the best location for us because it is far away from the hassle and buzzle of Fira and Oia. And also our room was upgraded to an absolute paradise with direct view of the sea with our own private pool! I highly recommend this hotel! If you want to spend worth of your money, this is the place to be!

The location and especially the view were simply breathtaking. Sitting there in the morning with a coffee, looking out over the caldera, you can hardly believe a place like this is real. It's exactly how you imagine Santorini – and it somehow exceeds even that. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and designed with real attention to detail. But the true highlight was the hotel manager. This man is like something out of a film: charming, attentive, always one step ahead, with a warmth you rarely come across these days. No wish went unanswered, every recommendation was spot on, and from the very first moment you felt like a personal guest rather than just a number. This level of service turned a beautiful holiday into an unforgettable one. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything – 10 out of 10!

Von den Zimmern/ Suiten hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Caldera. Man sieht die anderen Städte von dort aus. Die Suiten mit dem eigenen Pool sind hervorragend. Nicht nur die Zimmer, auch der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, man hat auch abends einen wundervollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Service ist einwandfrei. Wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht, es wird schnellstmöglich erledigt und organisiert (z.B. Leihwagen etc.). Kostenloser Shuttle Service von und zum Flughafen. Frühstück ist für die Größe des Hotels angemessen und es war alles frisch angerichtet. Zu jeder Zeit konnten wir auch Essen von der Karte bestellen und das hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr empfehlenswert, sehr nettes, aufmerksames Team. Sollten wir noch mal nach Santorini kommen, dann würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Everything. The views were amazing. The breakfast was huge and lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and toiletries. Plenty of everything. The views and staff make this place so special. My room was huge. Fine large fridge. The spa bath was fab and worked well. Loungers outside my room. Some people complain about no kettle, not everyone is Irish or English!! We love tea! Or maybe feel we need the kettle just in case..... Simply ask and you shall recieve!!

Pokoje z widokiem na kalderę. Spokój, cisza. Bardzo czysto. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo dobre śniadanie - bufet. Niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy personel. Transfer z i na lotnisko w cenie pobytu. W pobliżu taverna z przepysznym jedzeniem. Ok. 1-1,5km miasteczko Akrotiri- spacer ciasnymi uliczkami charakterystycznymi dla Santorini. W miasteczku kolejne bardzo dobre restauracje.

Alt var perfekt her. Super bra service, veldig fine rom, utsikten og rommet vi hadde var veldig fint. Anbefales på sterkeste.

Fantastic views of the island, great facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We had the suite with the hot tub, which we used every night.

Hiking trails, while very nice, are not quite as spectacular as the one from Oia to Fira.

Angelo, à la réception, vous réservera le meilleur accueil qui soit. L'hôtel est situé dans un site exceptionnel, à l'écart de toute activité touristique intense. Situé sur la pointe extrême sud de l'île, il offre un panorama sur la Caldera tout à fait impressionnant. La construction reste dans un esprit grec, avec la qualité et le goût qui l'accompagnent.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue époustouflante. Une chambre au top avec piscine privée, nous étions peu nombreux dans l'hôtel, nous avons eu le droit au petit-déjeuner emmener en chambre, au top. Emplacement éloigné des villes trop touristiques des arrêts de bus proche de l'hôtel. Belles plages proche de l'hôtel Un personnel bienveillant, agréable, souriant, aux petits soins pour ces clients. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Was mir an dem Hotel besonders gefallen hat, war die ruhige Atmosphäre und dass man die aufgehende Sonne so wunderschön begrüßen durfte. Ich denke, die Lage ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf Santorini geeignet.

Für ein Luxushotel habe ich deutlich mehr Ehrlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Service erwartet. Besonders enttäuscht war ich darüber, dass mir gesagt wurde, mein Zimmer sei bereits reserviert und deshalb kein später Check-out möglich wäre. Da mein Heimflug jedoch erst am späten Abend ging, wollte ich gerne etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben. Umso enttäuschender war es für mich festzustellen, dass das Zimmer weiterhin online buchbar war. Zusätzlich hatte ich bereits vor meiner Anreise per E-Mail erwähnt, dass ich meinen Schnapszahl-Geburtstag alleine in Ihrem Hotel verbringen werde, und höflich nach einem möglichen Zimmer-Upgrade gefragt. Bei meiner Ankunft gab es jedoch keinerlei Angebot oder Reaktion darauf. Natürlich erwarte ich keine kostenlosen Extras oder große Gesten. Dennoch hätte ich zumindest eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, einen freundlichen Gruß oder irgendeine Form von Wertschätzung seitens des Managements erwartet. Gerade in einem Luxushotel hinterlässt das einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck.

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à aider. La situation géographique est excellente car à l'écart des "grandes" villes (Fira et Oia), en conséquence il y a très peu de monde, ce qui est bien plus agréable.

Havuzlarda ısıtma yok. Su soğuktu. Konumdan dolayı tepelik bi bölgede olduğu için sürekli esiyordu. Havuzlardaki suyun bakımını ve ısıtmasını sağlamaları gerekirdi.
