Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The place is very well located in the city center. So there is no doubt about location of the guest house. The person who welcomed us was very good and polite. He was very active on replying to the questions. There is a free parking near buy where we parked our car. It might be a bit difficult but if there is no space there is a cheap parking for 24hrs nearby.
It was very hot in summers. I lt would be nice if there was a fan inside the room. It would help with the heat.

Мы проживали в номере где не работала роллета, а также кухня о которой идет речь при бронировании находиться в соседнем здании. Сам номер на третьем этаже без лифта …

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Pésima experiencia y trato abusivo. Pagamos la reserva completa de dos noches. Sufrimos un gran retraso en la carretera por el tráfico y avisamos por teléfono de que llegaríamos tarde. No nos ofreció ninguna alternativa (como un cajetín con código para la llave). Le dijimos que buscaríamos otro sitio para dormir esa noche y que iríamos a la mañana siguiente para hacer el check-in y disfrutar de nuestra segunda noche ya pagada. Nos canceló la reserva de forma unilateral y no nos permitió alojarnos el segundo día, quedándose con nuestro dinero y dejándonos en la calle.

У них даже не представлены такие фото на сайте. Это был самый худший опыт за все время бронирований отеля по всему миру. Я никому не советую !!!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is perfect, right in the historical center and on the Camino. It was nice to be greeted and welcomed. The bed was comfy and the room spotless. Loved the balcony view of Santa Luzia! Near restaurants and grocery store.
There was no coffee maker or hot water pot in the “kitchen” (and the nearest coffee shops were closed on Sunday morning).

Leider hat es überall nach Pestiziden gerochen und der Geruch ging schlecht raus, da es nur innenliegende Fenster gab. Ich fasste vorher extra Einzelbetten angefragt, das wurde im Dreibettzimmer auch bestätigt, bezogen war dann aber nur das Doppelbett.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend. Für Pilger eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

War alles super nur eine Kleinigkeit - da ich gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafe bzw. frische Luft habe nachts. Das Fenster im Erdgeschoss geht auf aber nur so eine Art Lüftungsschacht bzw. Hauswand. Das hätte ich ganz gerne vorher gewusst. Aber wie gesagt alles andere super.

Estava um calor insuportável e não tinha nem ao menos um ventilador, tive que deixar as janelas abertas e a 01:00 da madrugada o pessoal da recolha do lixo bem embaixo fazendo seu trabalho. Não dormia com o calor e para amenizar não dormia com o barulho🫣🫣

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Wij hebben onze reservering geannuleerd na de kamer gezien te hebben. Een heel kleine kamer met buiten de kamer toilet en douche! Vlak knder het dak, en geen airco. Schandalig voor 85€ (zonder ontbijt).. Nu zitten we in Coimbra in ern nh hotel voor 101€ inclusief ontbijt!!! Prachtige kamer met allerlei voorzieningen, inclusief een koffieapparaat. Wat een verschil. De host van Enjoy Viana Guest House moet zich diep schamen voor deze uitbuiting.
Zie hierboven: het geheel was beneden alle peil en de host zeer onvriendelijk. Gelukkig konden we gratis annuleren, maar dat is ook het enige positieve dat het vermelden waard is.

All the furniture and fixtures are brand new, it is ultra clean, the owner was lovely and friendly and, for a pilgrim like me, the fully equipped kitchen was a lovely surprise. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Viana do Castelo.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Enjoy Viana was centrally located and easy to find. The room was nice for our family of 4. We arrived late, yet the service was friendly and timely.
It was warm inside. It would have been nice to have a fan or be able to open more windows.

Reservé habitación con baño y me dieron una habitación con baño compartido. Cuando llegué vi que el baño estaba en el pasillo, pero como en el descansillo de mi piso sólo había otra habitación, entendí que la otra habitación no estaría alquilada y el uso del baño sería "privado", pero una vez instalado, escuché que el la otra habitación había gente y que también utilizaban el baño. Como yo ya estaba acostado no bajé a reclamar y tuve que compartir el baño

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Really good location. Clean facilities. Quiet even during local events like the local medieval fair where music is blasted quite loud.
One set of keys given for all room occupants makes it tricky to have people go off on their own without concerns of leaving people locked in or the room unlocked.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Sehr schönes Zimmer auf unserer Pilgerreise. Das Zimmer war groß, die Dusche ebenerdig. Es war sogar noch ein Zusatzraum mit einem Bett da, dass wir aber nicht brauchten. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Hotelier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage perfekt, ruhig, aber in wenigen Gehminuten in der Einkaufstrasse und bei Restaurants.
Es war etwas hellhörig und laut. Die Aussicht war nicht gut, man blickte auf 3 Wände. Aber für Pilger kein Problem. Es war, warum auch immer, für uns etwas schwierig, das Hotel zu finden. Aber vielleicht lag das an Maps, wir brauchten drei Anläufe.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Great location in the old city of Viana - what a beautiful place! We loved the convenience of the Funicular, the river and the shops/restaurants! This was a great place to sleep as part of our Camino walk.
Pictures on Booking.com were not showing the actual building but rather the views of other old buildings!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Juste Parfait : Serviable, on nous a laissé prendre la chambre très en avance car elle etait déjà prête. Celle est est fonctionnelle, tres bien équipée, très propre et très confortable : Grande et belle douche, savon, shampooing, sèche cheveux. Literie confortable. Bonsoir conseil pour trouver un menu pelerin excellent à 9€ . Proche du centre commercial où trouver tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, bref : PARFAIT
