VERDANT by Vista Manors Deluxe Rooms with Balcony, Gym and Swimming Pool

Our host john was great. Very responsive and helpful. Good air con, beds were good.

Internet kept crashing, it's quite a distance from the main party of town and a decent Cafe or restaurant. No condiments or shampoo. Pool and gym access were difficult and both were not great facilities. I felt it was expensive for what we got. No water upstairs. Toilet downstairs got blocked and often workshop flush. Not the greatest in a hot foreign country.

This property was idea for us. It had everything we wanted and the location was perfect for us. Our hosts were brilliant and so helpful. Will definitely use again.

Water pressure was too low, there was no water on upstairs toilet, toilet downstair is clogged. Shower is just a drip so you need to fill up a tiny bucket to take a bath. Floor is greasy, outside is very dusty

L'emplacement, assez loin du centre, Le bruit de la rue. La piscine, l'eau était trouble. Les canalisations de l'appartement sentait mauvais. Et il y avait beaucoup de fourmis.

Nice apartment in a good location. Close to the airport and the SM Mall. Good bed, stove worked well for cooking with a frypan and pot, basic silverware.(could use a flipper, and a pair of scissors) Good air conditioner and a bonus fan. Lots of storage space and a kitchen table and chairs. Shower temperature only got lukewarm and spilt under the curtain.( there is a bucket and mop to clean up) All in all it was still a good location to stay and get to know Puerto Princesa. Thanks for having us.

There are ants so maybe you should leave some ant killer to use when needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Puerto Princesa. John was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. He was always available and ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful room with all the comforts. Quiet good AC and bed. Small gym, with AC. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

Towels were hydrophobe and a bit smelly. No sheet on the bed just a blanket. We were not informed about limited staff availability due to new years celebrations. So we were stuck with smelly towels and no sheets. Good communication could have prevented this.

This accomodation was the best we had in the Philipines: - facilities were great; - bed was very comfortable; - all tours picked us up from that location; - far away from the noisy part of Puerto Princessa; - you can easily rent a tricycle to go to town if needed and the price was around 100-200 php;

It was completely new, very well equipped, shower had even a mop and broom, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very recommend!

It was a bit far from city, shower water was all over the bathroom floor. Shower doesn’t have separation or inclination that the water stay in shower zone. Toilet brush didn’t have its own container (not sure how it’s called).

Everything was great!

Une chambre familiale spacieuse et très propre dans un environnement sécurisé. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’aide apportée par John qui était au delà des attentes. Un grand merci! (Netflix disponible)

La piscine est correcte mais pas en très bon état pour un immeuble de ce standing (pas de joints, carreaux cassés, eau sale) Manque de pression dans la salle de bain (douche et lavabo)

Excellent appartement ! Très cosy, joliment décoré, moderne, spacieux, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le frigo est grand, le lit très confortable, tout comme les oreillers. La télévision est de grande taille. La résidence, avec gardien, est très bien entretenue et située à proximité du petit centre-ville. Il est également possible de louer un scooter directement par l’intermédiaire de Johann. Johann est très réactif, serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons communiqué par WhatsApp et, grâce à lui, nous avons pu participer à l’excursion vers la rivière souterraine de Puerto Princesa. Son hébergement offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement !

Very nice property, brand new studios, well situated in the heart of Puerto Princesa. My short stay in this property was absolutely fantastic! I really recommend this place

Nothing. All was super clean and brand new furniture, whether in the bathroom, the kitchenette, brand new everything!

John was so accomodating.

Close to city proper. John is very accommodating and the place is very nice and comfortable. It's clean and complete with all the kitchen utensils. Swimming pool is so good as well, clean and not crowded.

Cosy and new ,close to airport PP,within quite place with proper security

The property was so clean, had everything we needed as well and it’s in a good location about 10 minutes tricycle ride from the airport. The owner welcomed us, and helped us with our bags, was always ready to help and answered really quickly as well. Theres a pool on the premises too but didn’t end up using it. Loads of activities to do from Puerto Princesa as well and I’d definitely recommend staying here for at least a week to experience everything nearby with such a nice room to come back to.

Maybe a bit far from the very centre but very cheap to get a veichle in so this didn't matter.

The room was very well equipped and had all we needed. It was nice to have a proper dining table and kitchen! The pool and gym were nice and the staff were very communicative.

The room and bathroom were good and clean. The staff were all helpful.

The swimming pool has been poorly designed so that it’s impossible to do lengths/laps. Also if there was ever any grout in between the tiles it has long gone and the edges are sharp. It could do with a really good clean as it’s got a lot of sand in the water and lots of insects and leaves, twigs etc. The gym is poor for a property of this standard and needs extending and refitting. Location is also a bit of a negative.

The place was really safe and quiet. The owner is really attentive to your needs.

Safe and quiet

Security staff make you feel safe. Housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the place tidy. Very quiet. Permanent residents were very kind and helpful. You can rent a motor, buy a ride to the airport, and get laundry service from the wonderful people in bldg 2, 5R. The owner of 2M is very kind and responds to messages quickly. The room is clean with plenty of space for 2 people. The pool was my favorite place in the morning and evening.

There were some hiccups. But most had to do with a catastrophic flood the night we arrived and was out of anyone's control. Some other things I did not like have nothing to do with Verdant or the room owner. There is no taxi service. Only tricycle. One road leading into and out of Camella will beat you to a pulp. Rent a car if it's feasible for you.
